Went at pharmacy4 less in parkmore at night time.. worst experience got a discount coupon on email thought to redeem it but the person standing there doing bills said i donot know how it works you can ask pharmacist and when went to him he said i donot want to get into argument which i was not doing just asking politely if he knows as the other person said i donot know and he said same thing and even said come in morning as we won't do it now.. how rude someone came to buy stuff and want to redeem coupon. Moreover, specially the parkmore pharmacy is not good to buy stuff they have done it intentionally and for the second time they ignored my coupon and said you can pay full as we donot know how it works.. i am not sure what sort of training they are getting if theu donot know hpw to operate POS system or computer... would not be visiting them from now will switch to other pharmacy as they have very poor customer service and a very less reliability towards people who are sick and want to get their medicines or other stuff... worst service at night donot know about day but donot go during night time as they won't help you just getting paid while sitting idle and on phone...

Very disgusting service and very worst attitude toward the customer or is it because of the skin color? Today I bought nasal pray for my baby in Pharmacy 4 Less at Parkmore shopping centre not even 1/2 hr time frame, I went back and told them that l bought the wrong one, and also have 2 months left before it expired had make down sticker on it. Only ask if I can exchange it if it is possible, not for a refund. And they said we don't do refunds for any products once it the seal it broken. Then I asked them this product almost expired and it had a make down sticker why do you guys still charge full price? She raises her voice you just make excuses and get a refund, don't you? I responded look I just point out that your products almost expired and got make down sticker on it and why selling at the full price? Let me check with my manager just so she turned up gave me the looked and her staff gives him 15% discount. If there is zero star I would give them I instead of 1

I was abused by the pharmacist, he gave my husband generic meds without asking if that was ok…as they had no stock of the PRESCRIBED MEDS! Usually we are asked if we would like the generic… Which meant a double trip to the chemist! then made us wait for over 20 minutes with a sick child at home… When we asked what is happening with the refund the pharmacist who was on call tonight 16 Oct eve shift started shouting at me and refused to give his name. Shouting on top of his voice in a threatening manner stating my husband should have stated he wanted the original ? Not allowing me to talk? Is this how you treat your customers? Honestly shocked and disappointed with this abuse and lack of service. I will be making a formal complaint for being verbally abused! UPDATE: Thank you Ali for taking the time to look into the matter and sort it all out. It shows you care about your customers and that alone speaks for itself

Overall, generally a good experience. Staff are very helpful and pharmacists are generally wonderful. However, there seems to be one particular pharmacist who isn't very interested in assisting me every time I come in. The very first time I was served by him, I had asked for some assistance and was replied with a very blunt and judgemental look - unclear if it was religious based or race based. The next time, I had interacted with this pharmacist, once again was greeted with blunt replies and wasn't very happy to assist. However, when another person came alone, he was more than happy to assist them. Once, again I'm unsure if this is due to my cultural background. A very bold statement to make, but this has honestly how I have felt, every single time I have an interaction with this specific pharmacist.

I see a lot of comments about how helpful the staff are and how caring they are I walked into the place tonight and was totally blown away by the lack of help offered by the pharmacist the guy was a complete tool too busy playing with his phone to bother helping out with my questions. Is this what the world has come too if your looking for professional advice and you get stuck with some young guy who is too busy playing on his phone to help and once he decided to get off his ass to help people out you get lied to. I can tell you one thing if you want to be ignored by staff and be treated like your not even there then this is the place for you if this is not you then I suggeste you find a much more professional establishment.

My children and I have been loyal customers for the last year. Recently, however, I was served by one of the pharmacist where I felt unnecessarily interrogated and intimidated, especially with my children by my side. I had only come in that day to pick up my daughter's diabetic medication, however, probed about other irrelevant questions. This pharmacy use to be very caring and pleasant, not sure where the regular pharmacists are but they have clearly dropped the ball. I just hope that other parents like myself do not go through what I did. I have decided to take my prescriptions to a more professional pharmacy.

I have been using pharmacy 4 less for years now. Theres no other chemist I would rather go to. I absolutely love this place. The staff are incredibly friendly, I have managed to get to know a few girls there. They genuinely talk with the upmost respect and integrity. The owner Nael is an absolute legend, gives the most appropriate medical advise and knows exactly what his talking about. He has helped me tremendously throughout the early stages of my pregnancy. I will continue to come to this pharmacy and I have brought over most of my family. Thank you team. keep up the great work.

In my opinion, this 24/7 pharmacy is basically the best thing that has ever happened to SE side after Daniel's donuts. I went in one night way pass mid night wanting some cold and flu meds since I couldn't sleep due to my blocked nose. They actually didn't have any night only tablets which I really needed but the pharmacist was really helpful and gave me the cold and flu and some antihistamine tablet that was supposed to be used in night tablet to help sleep. Seriously she went out of her way to help. Thank you. I was able to have a great sleep that night and wake up in time for uni :)

OMG 24 hour pharmacy! I had my mum's birthday breakfast gathering early Sunday morning and didn't have any presents. I went out the night before and literally was just going to the breakfast. I managed to score an awesome deal on two of her favourite perfumes as well as getting some make up to cover my previous night's hard work lol. It was like 6am and I was just so thankful this pharmacy was open. They even offered to gift wrap! Oh I also managed to get these cool hungover relief tablets.

I am registered nurse by profession. I came to buy Panadol syrup and gastrostop for my family from Pharmacy 4 less at parkmore shopping centre in keysborough, Victoria.3173. The lady staff was very rude. I think she worked Thursday night shift. I said I want to pay for this item. She said what? Then I thought she is not the staff. She behaves very badly. This is the second time I had experience from same shop.

I'm a regular here as they have a combination of experienced pharmacists who can communicate effectively with respect to complaints/needs, excellent customer service instilled into all staff members, and of course the 24/7 opening hours help. Keeping scripts on file and getting reminders is also a big help for when scripts are nearing expiry or repeats are due. A great community minded Pharmacy.

My go to pharmacy! They keep my scripts on file, I can get them any time so I never have to worry about making it after work during peak periods. The staff are so friendly that even for things people might get embarrassed about, they are approachable and professional. Prices seem good, even if there is better out there I'll still support these guys being open 24/7 is invaluable to the community.

I came here with my husband yesteday the pharmisist was not polite, couldnt eve say hello. Second time was tonight, sae isue with a young man was too busy in computer didnt speak nicely. Both my husband and i felt that ww are not dealing with proffessiona pharmacist. The security was super polite ad geeted us good evening, one would think that the pharmacist would be much mor polite.

Drove 90 minutes there & back at 4 am this morning just to arrive to a 24 hour chemist to find they’re closed… Without any notice on their website or on their google ad. They did have a small laminated sign on their door claiming the reason they’re closed is due to staff shortages. Would’ve taken the same amount of time to put the same notice on their website / google.

This is the third time we have gone to the pharmacy, and have had issues with Escripts. The pharmacist need to be educated about Escripts. I would never go to the pharmacy on a public holiday or after 9pm again. The last time we actually had the script issued by another chemist and thus was the 3rd or 4th time we were purchasing medication from this script.

Very unhappy with service. Kept waiting for 15 mins and overpriced and gave me the wrong medicine. And this happened twice.will never ever go their for their such a poor customer service.the guys looks like they are learning not professional at all. I will continue to shop at chemist warehouse down the road cheap price and lovely customer service.

Not open 24 hours as their website and Maps state. To avoid disappointment, call first to check that they are open. Today, 19/11/23, I phoned and found out they close at 12 midnight and reopen at 8 am. For the kind of service provider, they should have the courtesy to update their timings on the website and on Google maps.

I went to four different chemists on the weekend trying to get someone to certify my qualifications in order to get a new job and everyone turned me down besides the kind gentlemen at pharmacy 4 less. Disappointed! I wanted to return a medicine we bought on the same day with receipt and all, they refused! they were not even trying to make any customary suggestions to revolve this, I know that they might be required by law to offer a refund but this enough for me not go back there again .

Waited on the phone for 20 minutes to check if they had the medication, my husband got there before I got through. Told him they don’t bother stocking antivirals for covid anymore as no longer relevant which is not true for elderly & immunocompromised. Very poor advice from a pharmacist

This is our family pharmacy... they often go above n beyond to help us. When my Mum needed a Webster pack but they were really busy one of the pharmacists dropped it at our place after work. They are always ready to help over the phone or advise us with medicine choices.

When we give to them prescription , once they prepare our medicine before pass to us they shut explaining about the medication .how to eat… how many times a day… here not like that … straight away he told me pay counter there…really very disappointing me….

Their prices are all more expensive than other chemists, so if you are not careful enough to match price, then you are paying extra for everything you buy there. Also limited pharmacist so takes a long time to get your script. Not my favorite chemist.

I visited this store at roughly 3am on the 6/1. I walked in, was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I continued to walk down every aisle as I was struggling to find what I needed and still then was not helped. I waited at the dispensery

I like how it's 24 hour chemist but the down side is that one of the pharmacist seemed quite blunt and gave very vague answers. Also the customer service was sitting down with his phone while serving us at the counter - very impolite!

We had a bad experience during after hour service but it was quickly sorted. Phar the owner personally called and was extremely nice and sorted things out quickly. This is our local chemist and we recommend it very much!
