I am thrilled to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. There was 0 customer service. I tried calling, no one answered but someone sent a text asking how they can help.. I text them back and told them I was in the building where there was no receptionist. There was no response. Staff walked past me so many times. Just garbage. In response to the reply, I understand some may not be taking on new clients, but the fact that I was physically there, waited, and called multiple times does not excuse the lack of customer service. My time isn't any less valuable than your existing clients. Seems like Dolores and Alexandria are the only reason this place has 5 stars. Do better.
