Organized stalking done in coordination with them from deer valley airport at 102 e deer valley rd. ....they even use helicopters from flight training schools at scottsdale airport when the mayor, city and individual "cops" have already been sued and responsible for military stalking of many u.s. citizens over last 25 years. Scott Sowerwine lied about citizens and is a "church" "Higher up" in North Phoenix. Chief williams, fbi, cop "meche" "hopkins" "Richards" are all involved with the gang stalking of citizens. MANY of these "cops" have lied, fabricated, targeted citizens over the last 20 yrs......exact numbers would be hard to know but it's a lot of people. they involved w/ door kick SWAT retaliation with and for "sheriff" dept and FBI stalking operations/retaliation/revenge operations. these familiars for demons sit behind desks and destroy reputations, spoof emails, phones, texts, calls; spy on phones/computers illegally and are ALL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE so called "dept. of justice. this info. just mentions a couple things......they're guilty of thousands of crimes on the population. cowards. Cow ards.
They send 1 car from 56st./Bell rd. To 23Ave./Highland Ave. At a school getting out, man pills gun because I'm trying trying to get in my blocked driveway. Kids everywhere! Thier response time 22 minutes! Gunman sat 10min then picked up student from same school. Police had description, lic#, Could not catch him? What's wrong with this picture? Police take 22 minutes from 23 miles away to investigate gun/school? I no longer have faith or trust in Phoenix police, I dont call 911, they do nothing anyway! Been watching for the gunman to return, should I call 911? They sure hassle the homeless alot, of course they don't fight back. Sorry they act like little babies. They need to learn to fly the junkie Helicopter at the right height! Not 50 feet at 65 miles MPH over my house my Drones are allowed 400 feet above my house. Helicopters are to be 500 feet. I realize they are allowed to do what they want. However I don't need some Hot-Rod pilot causing a big mess. Learn to fly that thing, I'll be taking videos! In case I need to prove my point. Have a nice day. New Donut shop up the street!
I have had a number of great interactions with officers and supervisors in the Desert Horizon Precinct but a recent professional interaction with Officer Scott #9202, 61B was incredibly helpful. I had experienced a very troubling incident at my apartment complex on which I absolutely needed police guidance. I encountered Officer Scott outside a Goodwill to which he had just completed a call response and asked to talk with him. He took all the time I needed, offered excellent ideas, explained general police policy excellently and helped me effectively in my making a decision about potential next steps, if any, on the matter. Keep up the great work! PPD, over the 20+ years I have been in Phoenix, has been a TOTAL best of life experience. By way of disclosure, I am an active 8 year participant in the PPD Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol program.
The Off Duty Police programme headed by Officer Lozoya has been instrumental in deterring crime, boosting resident safety and enabling people to feel safe while walking to get their mail at night. Officer Lozoya and his team of Off Duty Officers monitor foot traffic and vehicle traffic and they stop confirm people entering property are authorized. They cruise the property ensures garages are closed too! I love that they have the ability to trespass people who should not be on property and they have also arrested people too. It is hard to define what “safe” means, but when seniors on our property continually thank the Officers for their presence and ability to deter crime, you can attribute their comfort to the success of the programme. Thank you Officer Lozoya for all that you do for us. Your duty is greatly appreciated. - Jeff Brown
Called because I needed to be fingerprinted for Federal Employment & instructions specifically stated this to be done via Police Dept. In calling this police station ( which I support via my tax dollars) I was informed fingerprinting was not done at this station(???). How do they then process DUIs & other criminals... I was instructed to "call around" to other stations which are no where near my home or tax base to inquire whether they might provide the service. I was otherwise directed to a private agency that charges an exorbitant fee for this service which I will not be reimbursed for by the employer! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A VERY RUDE OFFICER ANSWERING THE PHONE!
A Phx detective told me, "If you are a burglary victim your case WILL NOT be investigated because the City Council has cut the budget for police for a decade. If you call every day and bug someone you might get them to look at it." Thanks, Phoenix City Council! I didn't need my possessions anyway.
I had a great interactions with officer LaRosa from Desert Horizon Precinct. She was incredibly helpful with an incident at my rental complex. She took all the time I needed, offered excellent ideas, explained general police services. Thank you.
The cao for my area does not like the block watch citizens who try to help better there area.they are slow to respond to 911 calls.and they dont do there job right.alot of the white officers are racist towards the black and latino community
Took 5 trys on the phone, kept sending mr on a path to the origin. Kept hanging up and finally got to a person. Problem resolved. Officer politely came to door to inform me of the resolution. Happy.
Always have been responsive to issues or suspicious activity in our neighborhood. Glad they are close by.
It's not a good place to be. Avoid it
