Our experience with Allstate Roofing was an exceptional one. We began our search for a roofing company by reading all the information online and then reading all the reviews that we could. We interviewed nine different companies. Allstate Roofing had excellent reviews. They gave us the best bid for what we needed. What made Allstate Roofing extraordinary was the fact that they have a great team. From Chad coming to give you an estimate and being very straight forward to Veronica answering any and all questions you have relating to completing the project, whether it be your insurance or mortgage company to Nelson the superintendent being present every day the crew was on the job (which was 8 days for our complete re-roofing because we had a lot of damage), handling every problem or situation during the project. Allie handled questions and got us the paperwork we needed. Kathy handled an unexpected banking problem. The people that did the work were polite and considerate. At the end of the day, they always made sure that everything was cleaned up. We knew that Allstate Roofing did their job well when the inspector for the mortgage company came twice and said that he had seen many roofs, but that Allstate was doing the job right. He also mentioned how well they cleaned up, even though they were two days into the work because he did not see nails and debris everywhere. He came back when the roof was complete and stated that Allstate’s work was outstanding. Even after all the work was completed, we had noticed a loose tile and wood, Nelson came back out and had Brian fix it that same day. You can be confident that any question or concern will be addressed promptly and thoroughly with Allstate Roofing.

I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my roof. The workers were busy from the moment they arrived until almost dark. In fact, one evening it was dark then they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their commitment to getting the job completed. I cannot say enough good things about Brad Robertson. Brad is the person I met with when getting the quote on my roof. From then on, he took a personal interest in seeing that the job was done well. He was there every day checking on the quality of the work and the diligence of the workers. He pointed out a small issue that was never mentioned by other prospective companies. He was and is a great representative of your company and the excellence of service that you desire to extend to your customers. Every time I spoke with the office staff, I was treated with respect and courtesy. It was a pleasure to speak with them. And, having the owner of the company, Chad, personally stop by at my place of employment to get the paperwork signed and the job set in motion was a bonus! It speaks highly of Allstate Roofing! With all the rain we had this past winter, our roof developed a small leak that required professional attention. We received quotes from multiple roofing companies but our decision to select Allstate Roofing was an easy one. Chad came out to inspect our roof and determined that the problem was a localized issue and gave us a quote to repair the problem. He was professional, focused on the problem area and didn’t try to expand the scope unnecessarily. He explained what repairs were required, materials to be used and provided a written quote complete with images of the section of roof requiring repair. The pricing was straightforward and competitive. Once on the schedule, the office staff kept us informed of next steps and what to expect. On the day work was to begin, Brad (Project Manager) and the crew arrived on time ready to go. I must say that this was as painless as it gets. These guys were good! Finished the job that day, cleaned up and left my home without a hint they were even there! I will not hesitate using Allstate in the future. Had my roof replaced 5 years ago by Chad and team. I had called a few other roofers as there was some storm damage that needed to be repaired. Allstate and Chad worked with my insurance company adjuster to obtain authorization prior to starting the work, something none of the others offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing tiles and all around did a fantastic job. I did spring for a little extra protection from the heavier grade underlayment which I am very happy to have done so for the minimal upgrade cost. We knew some places required wood replacement and all materials and costs were provided upfront for those repairs so no surprises. The roof has held up great in 5 years and shows no signs of rework needed. Allstate started and finished the work as scheduled and with an amazing amount of quality put into every step. I was very happy to have dealt with the owner of the company rather than a standard salesman type from a larger outfit. I would highly recommend using Allstate and letting them show you their professionalism for any of your roofing needs. I would definitely use them again.

After careful research/analysis, I chose Allstate Roofing to replace the underlayment on our new (to us) 25-year old house with a cement tile roof. From the detailed original contract (with several options, such as single or dual layer underlayment), through the installation process, things went extremely smoothly, and without a hitch. The crew was terrific, and the on-site “manager,” Nelson, was readily available to discuss small issues that came up during the re-roofing (such as some stucco cracks in a wall facing a flat portion of the roof that I could not see, but they patched without any further charge). Every day, everything was cleaned up, and while the entire job took slightly more than six days (from the anticipated five), there were no complaints and everything went smoothly. Even the “matching” of the inevitable new cement tiles with the original ones was done with care and precision—and advanced consultation with me. I pay a lot of attention to detail, and Allstate Roofing did also. The price was fair (particularly considering the guarantee), and, on completion, everything looks great.

To set the stage; colder/wetter/windier winter than normal; tough labor market. Both of which have made it challenging to get work done in less than 4 - 6 weeks. To add to that I would guess that the cosmetic work that I needed done probably fell at the bottom 5% of the business being generated from the work that I needed done. However, I'll tell you that the approach Chad took to assessing and recommending what was needed made it seem as if I was a top 5% customer not a bottom 5%. Chad came prepared with estimates, answers and clear recommendations on how to proceed. Timelines were outlined, but he continued to work it after our discussion to compress the timeline significantly to get the work done. It's not always going to work out in our favor, but I'll tell you if you are looking for an honest, professional, understanding approach to the work that needs to be done standing on the foundation of decades of experience, then Chad and Allstate Roofing is your next call if you need work done on your roof. I hired Allstate to repair a section of our tile roof where there was a leak where my roof met a vertical wall. Given the recent rains, I had to wait for about 3 weeks to fit into their schedule, but the crew arrived on time and took care of most of the work in a single day. The owner of the business originally came to look at the job and give me an estimate, and showed me why their work was likely superior to other roofing contractors. The on-site supervisor checked the work when the crew finished and he had the crew make some changes because he felt they were necessary to ensure a tight seal. The on-site supervisor (Brad) worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the solution before he let the crew finish. I was very pleased with the final outcome and the 10-year warranty on the workmanship. Allstate was not my lowest bid, but I believe in the long run they will be worth the difference in price.

This is the second time I've used Allstate Roofers, as I am doing my roof in sections. The first time I was looking for roofers, I had a hard time getting anyone to either call me back or give me a quote- called a dozen places. Allstate is responsive through phone and email. Their customer service, attention to detail, honesty, clarity, made this whole process painless. The price from their quote did not change. The workers left no trace of being here in my yard (grateful for that!) And the worker called when he arrived and when he left. They had a follow-up call and email after as well. Even if I got a slightly lower quote some where else (which I couldn't since no one called me back) I would honestly pay a little more for the quality of service and work.

My roof was recently damaged by high winds. I called my insurance, and two local roofing companies for estimates. After choosing Allstate Roofing, they installed a temporary tarp while I worked through the insurance process. When the time came, Brad came to my home and repaired my shingle roof with shingles that match so well that it’s not even noticeable where the damage was! He told me he also “tabbed down” the surrounding shingles so I won’t have any more problems. It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve had more high winds and hail, and the repair is holding up beautifully. Thanks to Allstate Roofing for excellent customer service!

Chad and the team at Allstate Roofing were fantastic. I could not recommend Chad and Allstate Roofing more. From seeing their ad in a local flyer, to the initial phone call and Chad coming to our house, the service was excellent throughout. Everything was clear, and there was no annoying upselling. We had a broken roof tile that needed attention. Chad arrived on time, he was polite and professional and had the job done quickly. These guys really are great, and I highly recommend you use them too. We will definitely be using Allstate for any future roofing issues and recommending them to all our friends and family.

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

Ours was a very large re-roofing project. Once contracted, Allstate Roofing just had to fit us into their schedule. Everyday the 5 man crew showed up on time in the morning and left work right on time with a well-deserved lunch break. Supervisors showed up each day to assess the work (they manage several jobs at a time). The projected deadline of 5-7 days was met. The employees took their time to DO THE JOB RIGHT. I was updated each day about any minor issues. Overall, this job went as well as can be expected (since every job has some hidden discoveries)

AllState Roofing was very Professional from start to finish. From the time I met with the estimator to the day they finished the roof. Everyone was very polite and respectful of my Property and to my house hold. The job started when they said it would. The guys started each morning at the time stated, and finished when they said it would. Dailey the property was cleaned up and all debris was installed into their dump trailer. They have roofed two of my personal properties over the years and I will continue using them.

We had our roof done by Allstate a few weeks ago and we had a great experience with this company. They did quality work, they were punctual and very communicative throughout the whole process and great to work with. This is my second experience with Allstate roofing. My confidence in this company is so high that I didn't even receive a competitive bid. Just called, received quote, 2 weeks later had a new roof. The roofers are very courteous and my wife felt very safe dealing with them alone. Roof was done in a very timely manner with the highest degree of workmanship. When the job was complete there was not a single trace left behind, all nails, screws and roofing materials were picked up and disposed of.
