Great experience with Phresh Gourmet. Placed an order with Phresh Gourmet on Friday for the first time after receiving an impressive customer service interaction from Mr. Manny during an initial phone call. He was very informative and courteous during the entire conversation while describing what Phresh Gourmet has to offer. The website information was clear and precise with lots of healthy & delicious individual oven/microwave to the table Phresh Gourmet dinners to choose from. The delivery gentleman was very polite and also displayed that Phresh Gourmet takes pride in all that they offer to their customers. We received a 30 miniute notification as previously promised prior to the delivery in which was precisely what the ETA has specified it would be. Based on the delicious taste of what we had to eat so far, we look forward in continuing to place our orders with Phresh Gourmet during the next ordering cycle. Overall, very pleasant staff with no regrets and 5 Stars. Thank you very much Mr. Manny & your staff for making our busy life simple while consuming healthy & well prepared dinners on the go.

We ordered for Phresh Gourmet once. The food was ok, but the service was awful. Upon delivery, the driver tried to contact me to confirm our location. I didn’t see the call right away, but called him about 5-10 minutes later. The delivery driver insisted he was at the right location and couldn’t find a way in the building. Our Lyft drivers often get confused too, so I knew there was a high chance he was at the wrong location. The driver was incredibly rude and kept insisting he was at our complex. I asked him questions to gauge if he was and it was clear he wasn’t. My boyfriend took the phone and went outside to find him. Just as we suspected he was around the corner. He was incredibly rude throughout the entire delivery attempt. I brought this complaint to the business and their response was far from what I would expect from a new business. They said they would talk to the driver about the situation and that was it. No apologies or follow up. Needless to say, that was the first and last time I ordered from them. Terrible first experience.

I wanted to like this place. I enjoy supporting local businesses and liked their compostable containers. However, Phresh Gourmet has just been struggle after struggle. I have had deliveries missing meals. I have been served meat that had gone bad. I have paid for meals, and the order been accepted, but never delivered. At no point have I been refunded or credited for these errors. Today, I learned that they changed their delivery radius, so now I am outside their zone and have to go to their warehouse if I want to use my remaining credits. I received no notice about this change, and, again, no option for refund. And I only learned about this after I texted a number from a previous communication - not called or emailed them, because that has never gotten me a response. This place just takes your money and does the bare minimum to do their job. AVOID.

I lived in Georgetown for about 10 months and couldn’t have been happier with my decision to try Phresh Gourmet. I had tried a couple of other meal prep services when I first moved to the area, but Phresh Gourmet had the best service and the best meals, by far. The meal options are all healthy and full of flavor. If you lack the time or desire to prepare your own meals but still want a healthy variety of quality meals, I highly recommend giving Phresh Gourmet a try. Cost is very reasonable and the 40 meal/month subscription actually saved me money compared to doing my own shopping and cooking. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I have to say Phresh Gourmet has my made life easy! Being a medical student, I often don’t have time to prepare meals and stay consistent however with phresh I’m able to get healthy, fresh meals delivered. One thing I really like is that the menu changes weekly offering variety of meals to choose from and price of meals are very reasonable compared to the other meal prep services I have tried. If you’re like me, strapped for time and would like to have well balanced meals that you can have on the go or at home then try Phresh. You won’t be disappointed!!

I've been ordering from Phresh Gourmet for 2.5 years now since I moved to the DMV, which in and of itself says a lot - I have been pleased with the meals and service this whole time! The meals are fresh and well-portioned, and every week there are a good variety of options to choose from. Also, the meals only need to be heated up (they are not frozen nor require additional prep), which is very convenient. Service is top notch also - from deliveries to answering any questions I may have. I highly recommend Phresh Gourmet!

Phresh Gourmet is good. Manny the owner is really great. He is responsive and does a great job with answering questions. The food is clean, delicious and presented well every time. Compliments to all that do the preparation. The meals are very tasty and enjoyable. Even my toddler daughter who is finicky enjoys them. As far as delivery goes I have to give credit the company on making sure the food gets delivered in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Phresh Gourmet.

This is my first week ordering from Phresh Gourmet. I wasn't sure what to expect as I can be particular about food. I am pleased to share that the meals exceeded my expectations in terms of taste, portions, and cost. The meals were appropriate for the health-conscious population and the taste was appropriate for an individual with savory tastebuds as well as a child. I will be ordering more frequently as my budget permits. Would definitely recommend.

I am a professional UFC fighter and I’ve been working with Phresh Gourmet for almost a year now. They have been a critical part of my training by keeping me fueled and healthy. Not to mention their food tastes SO GOOD. These guys work so hard to provide quality and healthy meals for their clients. Not sure of the quality of food yet... But I have placed an order that is to be delivered today(hopefully). When I call the mailbox is full and I do not get a response from email or their Instagram. I took a leap of faith after the good reviews here, but scared that I made a mistake. Basically I have to sit around all day and wait, so forget running errands or visiting my family like I usually do on Sundays. Need better communication

Phresh Gourmet is where it's at! This meal prep company gives you a variety of meals to choose from. My problem when it comes to health progression is over eating, meals are proportioned evenly for your day to day intake. I never feel full or hungry after eating a meal. Even my attitude is better after every meal too. I really suggest purchasing Phresh Gourmet meals. The owner and the food are great.

Busy mom approved! My 13 month old son loves his meals and I am able to manage my time better now that my meals are prepared, packaged and ready to eat every day! Phresh Gourmet is a great weekly meal delivery service. We used them for three months after my son was born. The food was delicious and the time savings were a life saver. We ate healthier food, more delicious food, and less expensive food than we would have otherwise. I heartily recommend them.

Food was fresh! I had the grilled steak w/ teriyaki, wild rice and asparagus. Exceeded my expectations of quality and preparation. And the clearly labeled nutritional facts were a nice touch too. Definitely look forward to choosing these guys/ gals for meals in the future!
