Josh Bowslaugh is fabulous. I booked an initial physio session with him after encountering an extremely painful lower back injury while playing tennis. In a thorough initial assessment, Josh correctly diagnosed my extreme pain being a muscle spasm and fortunately nothing worse than that, even though I was thinking it was something worse. He taught me many effective stretches as well as treatment methods I can practice at home to expedite my recovery. Josh's goal is to ensure his patients eventually have the skill set to help themselves instead of being reliant on the physiotherapist. Currently I am doing follow up sessions with Josh to not only learn the stretches that treat emerging pain but also incorporate incrementally more difficult exercises that strengthen my lower back, so that I can prevent the lower back injury from happening again. The exercises are tough but had a positive impact in my overall body comfort -- for example, I do not feel as much discomfort after sitting a long time -- and develop more confidence in my lower back strength. Josh has a calm demeanour, is easy to talk to, and has a great deal of knowledge that will put you at ease. I also appreciate that Josh always asks for your consent before suggesting and implementing any kind of new treatment -- it's very professional and I think many others would feel the same way. I feel much better after three weeks of physiotherapy with Josh, and I intend to keep it up at least for another two weeks to learn more of the strength exercises. All the front office and admin staff are also really friendly, and the overall establishment is evidently clean and sanitary. Highly recommended!

Physio Pros saved my vacation! I had injured my rotator cuff and was having intense pain and mobility trouble. Even trying to put on a shirt was agonizing. I made a last minute appointment just one day before getting on an overseas flight with a young child. As a parent himself, Paul understood the urgency in my situation and pulled out all the stops. He even insisted I come in first thing the next day to check on progress and do more treatment. I am not exaggerating when I say that I was virtually pain-free by the time I boarded that evening. By the 2nd day of my trip, I had all but forgotten that I had even hurt my shoulder at all. Because of Paul and Physio Pros, I was able to enjoy my trip with full mobility, and even work out and run over 60km while I was there. There is no way I could have even worn my carry-on backpack if it wasn’t for Paul. They have a truly amazing team and I can’t recommend them enough.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are! I have seen a lot of Physios and these guys are by far the best! Paul - he truly truly cares and you need that when you are dealing with multiple issues. He is literally the "one-stop shop guy" from adjustments, cupping to dry needling! I couldn't have asked for a better professional alongside my health journey. I have been working closely with Joshua as well and not only is he knowledge, he really makes you work hard in the gym. He doesn't go easy which is where the change happens! He makes working out fun and answers my countless questions. Evelina- she is a sweetheart and makes me feel right at home! Absolutely recommend! I have been going to Paul for the past couple months with a shoulder injury that has been an issue for over a year now. I’ve gone to other physio clinics previously with no improvement but after just a few sessions with Paul there was already a noticeable change in the way my shoulder felt. Within 2 sessions he was able my interconnected and complex pain issues under control. Now I can’t even remember being in pain for 4 years - really incredible! He uses multiple therapies, education, and a holistic approach - and even considers your lifestyle (length of drive to the clinic, work schedule, etc.) to create an effective treatment plan that works for you. He’s one of the few practitioners that understood how to treat autoimmune MSK symptoms - I’m truly grateful for this and very impressed too! I've been going to Physio Pros for shoulder and neck pain and in a short time so far, Paul and Josh have done incredible work. During a single visit Paul's technic definitely brought back normality to my vertigo symptoms. The staff are extremely friendly and down to earth. Paul takes the time to listen and then explain in simple terms.
