When I needed physiotherapy for a diagnosed Iliotibial band syndrome (I was feeling pain from my hip to my knee on my left side), I decided not to return to my previous physiotherapist. So I scoured the internet for a new therapist. I chose Physiocare based on on-line reviews I had read. The initial assessment by Prateeksha at the Westboro Centre was very thorough. Her description of the issue and what needed to be done in terms of in-clinic therapy and home exercises over time was easy to understand. After my third appointment, I was already telling friends and family members that if they needed physiotherapy they should consider Physiocare . Prateeksha and all of her staff at the Westboro Centre were wonderful. You will find the entire staff friendly, respectful, polite and carefully attentive to your needs. I just recently completed my treatments and the pain I was feeling is almost all gone. I'm continuing with my home exercises. I am very pleased with the services I received from this center. I have a hip impingement and it was difficult to find a specialized physio therapist. Prateeksha and her team are all very professional, personable and treat their patients with care and great attention. I needed to do a minimum of three months physio therapy and after almost two months, my pain was finally going away. The exercises provided were (and still are) very helpful. Prateeksha was able to help me understand my issue and give me a plan that worked for me and my lifestyle. The Physiocare Physiotherapy's Westboro Centre is a very professional Physiotherapy centre. From booking the appointment to the follow up and the therapy, everything was very streamlined. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A thorough assessment of the patient's condition and requirements is done at the start of the session. The highlight of my experience was the post pregnancy Pelvic Floor session with Gunjan Vermani. Gunjan is an expert and highly professional. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and helped me understand the various muscles and ways to exercise on my own at home. I would highly recommend this sessions, with Gunjan, to all women in their postpartum phase.

I was in need of a Vestibular realignment after some inner ear issues I developed and the Westboro staff at Physiocare was excellent in treating my issues. I was suffering from Vertigo and within two visits they were able to realign my inner ear “crystals” and eliminate my vertigo symptoms. They then helped me recalibrate my overall balance, which was a byproduct of my vertigo. I was given clear and useful instructions for at home exercises I could complete to help improve my balance and I am now well on the road to recovery. Overall they were great to deal with, very informative and very accommodating. Highly recommend going to the Westboro branch for your Physio needs!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Pratiksha Viradiya has been looking after me, assisted by Yatri and the results have been very good. The atmosphere in the clinic is wonderful, positive and lighthearted, making you feel very comfortable and the ladies are very respectful, professional and listen carefully to the patients. I am almost sad that I don't need to go any longer. I have been given the best exercises by print-out and video to do at home. I was treated by Prateeksha Viradiya and her team for several months for a concussion. Due to my many symptoms, I had 2-3 appointments per week over the course of several months. Not only are Prateeksha and her team extremely knowledgeable, but their professionalism and good humor made each of my visits very pleasant and helped my recovery tremendously. After assessments I got very professional treatments which was impressive and I really appreciate skilled Physiotherapists and their assistants for doing such a great work.

The clinic is really awesome and super clean. Each and everyone of the staff there is very friendly. I have completed a course for my knees there. Prateeksha , the physiotherapist and her team helped me reach my goals. I really feel a great improvement at the end of the course. They are also very flexible with appointments and cancellations. As I was wearing hijab, they were extra careful to keep the curtains closed during my session. I would definitely recommend this clinic for everyone!

My 87 year old mother was having incredible pain related to Sciatica. We tried 2 other physiotherapists without any improvement until we discovered Vijay at Physiocare. He was very patient and he used several different methods (using various physio machines in addition to using his hands) to help relieve the pain. She has improved significantly and is able to walk without her walker. The centre also takes all the necessary Covid precautions to ensure our safety. Thank you Vijay!

I feel bad that it's taken me so long to write a review but I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. I was quite injured just before arriving in Ottawa for a two week contract and needed help fast. Not only did Prateeksha fit me in quickly, she arranged her schedule (around the holidays!!) to help me as much as possible. Everyone there was very kind and helpful, and they were all integral to me getting back to work as quickly as possible. Thank you everyone!

After falling and spraining my neck I became incapacitated with pain, but the expert physiotherapist Aakanksha assessed the problem most carefully and did a wonderful job relieving the pain in only a few days. The clinic was very accommodating, offering a next day appointment. The therapy was so effective and comfortable that I would not hesitate to go back if needed in the future, and I heartily recommend the clinic to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

This is by far the best physio place I’ve been to - Nafis and Prateeksha are incredibly kind, funny and most of all very effective in what they do. They’re constantly moving to provide quick service to their patients which I really appreciate. As others have mentioned, I’ve never felt rushed and feel I get a lot out of the hour-long appointments. Thanks to them, my back has significantly improved since starting sessions earlier this month.

Never needed physio care before a recent mva. So where does one go? Web reviews led me to this Wellington Physiocare and from day one I felt comforted and the treatment since has been spot on. Will I recover to the same old self? No idea - since still plodding along in good hands. All staff are experienced and excellent. I do recommend you avoid any mva. But failing that, I do recommend this place for guided recovery.

I had a recurrent shoulder dislocation and for months, I was wearing an arm sling. Consequently, my muscles, of my left arm from top to bottom, were frozen. I wasn't sure what kind of treatment I would get when I made an appointment for a blocked duct from breastfeeding, but Gunjan was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, proficient, kind. All the staff are very Friendly. I am going there to visit the acupuncturist. Zoe provides a great treatment. she gives advice to help myself to increase the effect of the treatment.
