Still a good store for all your grocery requirements. Just don't like to go there when it is very busy. Also parking can be dodgy. So becareful of parking there as my friend experienced a car jamming incident where her boot was opened and her bag stolen. Other than that they have so much to fulfill your grocery needs.

Manager and staff unfriendly and very unhelpful they know nothing about pick n pay store or rules . I asked questions about a voucher and they knew nothing about it and was unable to assist. I asked about the app also unable to assist with attitude . Went to a different store and immediately got the help I needed.

Friendly customer service! Great food!! Strong packaging! Quality products! Value for your money! And even though inflition is high picknpay always try to accommodate and make prices of whatever is in the shop accessible and they go out of their way to keep their customers! They get a high-five from me!

The layout is not great, the shop is always full and the aisles seem small/narrow. Shopping can be frustrating as you can barely move around freely. (same goes for the parking) The foods at the deli and bakery are always fresh, though ;) And the centre is always kept clean

Since I can remember I used to visit this place as a child. I've seen it transform into this place it is today. I love shopping here because the staff are friendly and always helpful. The Pharmacy compliments Pick n Pay because they are just as friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing shopping hrs, clean store, helpful staff, lots of parking..... But if you're not comfortable in crowds... Stay away. They're almost always packed with people, to a point that you can taste other people's breath as you walk down the aisles

The store has enough staff always. Very clean and everyone friendly. The fact that theres a clean public restroom thats always clean is a cherry on top. Actually theres two cherries on top, another oe being their business hours.

Nice n busy even have a liquor store that's stays open last my and there is a pharmacy right next to,what more can one ask for and plenty parking space for cars.Only problem is there is no publicity c toilets

Never ever had an issue with this store. Staff may not look super friendly, but ask them anything...if they dont know, they will find out. I adore good customer service, and this store does it.

Wonderful fact about this place is they close at 9pm in the evening And they have a pharmacy just before you step into pick n pay and also a liquor store for convenience

Many Specials and full was a great experience after so many years used to shop here at 2am when they were 24hrs open. First shop in Cape Town to he open 24hrs

Just before closing time and deli counter was empty, floors dirty and only 3 tills was open. Needless to say, a quick in and out took forever.

Busy, but effectively managed. Queues were not long (time of day was just after 12pm). Happy to be in and out in less than 30 minutes …
