I am appalled by the utterly bad service my partner and I received from, Dylan Malgas on the 27th of September at 12:30. I have completed intensive customer training courses and are well equipped to distinguish that Dylan need to receive proper customer service training. When I explained to him on how this situation could of been avoided he totally disregarded my opinion. This was our first and last visit to this specific store.

This shop is convenient just to buy daily needs. Safe environment. Can get very busy. Not a place to do monthly shopping. Risky to visit at night time. I have not heard of recent robberies but I don't go there at night time. Ample parking,even for disabled people

Unsafe and they have a pothole AND if you're lucky you get service. I decided not go there after I waited 15min after and 8 hour working day and just decided never again.

Pick n Pay Gabriel Rd is the best. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bakery items are fresh and the store is clean and well kept.

It is fast and convenience at our door step and 24hrs services everyday .
