Absolutely pathetic place - 16 counters, with 3 tellers on station, more interested in chatting to each other and ignoring customers than doing what they're actually paid to do. No wonder the place is busy falling apart and going under. 25 minutes, and the queue hasn't moved an inch. A ridiculous waste of government resources!

They don’t answer any of their calls the whole day is this even acceptable? Is this what we pay our taxes for ? These people need to be reminded who they working for and that us the community we need to hold them accountable for this it been two weeks trying to call them and till this day no one ever answers .

I struggle a lot with this post office, their parcel tracking efficiency is very low, they will keep your parcel for months saying it hasn't arrived while it is piled at their receiving end, it seems like there is no supervision and no interest in serving the customer they get paid to serve.

I have received 2 years of backlog items from WISH totalling nearly R500 of handlng fees for each little item. I cannot pay this! Unless you can packet all those little packets into one big packet and deliver to my address without cost, you will have to send them back.

horrible as they give you a fax number that is not working and when you phone they don`t give you any proper answer or assist you at all as this is so bad that you don`t want to go there or make used of them

You wait months and months for a parcel delivery, if you lucky you get it after 6 months of not years go by and you forget the parcel you bought even exists. Only God can save the South African post office.

Good service. I always make use of this post office. Never any hassle. You can renew your motor disc licence here; line is much shorter than the departments and the service is much better.

The people that work there are wonderful, the actual Post Office is in a sad state. They are making do, with very little if anything at all

Very very slow service even though the line was short. It takes them an average of 20 mins per person even for simple package pick up

Went there 16:40 and it was already closed while here on the net was saying open.

They dont do motor vehicle licensing at Pinetown Post office.
