If not for the generally good concept store (in terms of physical set-up and products available), I would have only given one star. For me, the strength of any business starts with the people. If the customer service given by salespeople is below par, no matter how strong a brand may be, the customer can always buy from another manufacturer — especially when there are so many options in the market these days. BMC should note this: the sales rep at this store just didn't seem interested in my business both times I visited the store. I actually had to try hard to strike up a conversation with the guy. The whole point of salespeople is to make the buying process easier for customers, no?
