A couple of years back when I had used their services, my interaction was only with the pitstop support and they did a good job. However, my recent experience has been pathetic. I booked the service using pitstop's app. After that, all my interactions were with the partner (whom the app assigned). Car was scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday by 12 noon. The partner called and confirmed the booking and assigned a driver. But, no one came. Pitstop support, which is chat, said they would talk to the partner. But, no message from them. The status showed as driver assigned. No one picked up the call to pitstop. After several calls to the partner, the driver turned up the next day. He was supposed to take the car to the garage, but he did some basic checks and said that everything was ok. After more calls to the partner, they took the car to the garage. I messaged pitstop as to how do I make the payment. They messaged that they would send a link for online payment (net, card, etc.). After a couple of hours, I got a call from the driver that the car has been delivered at my place and that the key has been given to the security. I then called the partner to ask as to how to make the payment. He asked to pay by UPI to his number. I told him about the message from pitstop regarding the payment. He said that that was not valid. I again messaged pitstop to confirm that I could pay directly to the partner. When there was no response for more than 30 mins. I made the payment to the partner directly. During all this process, the status of the order remained as driver assigned. A couple of days after the service was done, pitstop send an email that the car would be picked up and then later another email that the service has been completed, with a link for payment. So, pitstop is just an app without any service support. Better to go to a partner directly.

Dear Users, I chooses Pit-Stop to get hassle free services as presently almost authorized service centers are not operational in Bengaluru for General Motor . Almost 3-4 Services done by PS and based on that recently due to summer I asked them to get the AC checked as cooling was not up to the mark and then the team came put the AC Top Up and immediately suggested us for AC Diagnosis at garage as they could not able to know the issue at home /door step and they picked up the Vehicle next day and asked me to change the AC condenser I said OK and then after two days I got the Car in night and AC Condenser and Engine Belt they replaced . Next day I started and drove the Car approx 15 KM and reached my office and started getting call from Executive Sharukh from Pit-Stop that please rate us five star and I said let me review the AC efficiency and I will let you know but he was requesting and based on last services experience I gave 5 star too ( apart from all charges ) . Then there were some 2-3 days I haven't used the Car and the day I took my Car its stated sounding like Sports Car and I was shocked as whole engine was giving huge noise and my car had never diagnosis with any such issue in any of earlier services also Car just completed 30,000 KM and that's Petrol Engine . Immediately I made a complaint and ask them to get it checked then Sharukh said on Friday that Monday will get it checked ......SURPRISED . And now till complaint they are not bother and asking inspection fee to send there team to check on the issue what they only created .......... Be-Aware - Take in writing before they took your Car that any new fault they will take care else one after one new thing will come and they will end your vehicle life .

First I heard from about Pitstop about the prices and services of car from a colleague and he told Pitstop will put 1000 rs in wallet on registration. My friend referred me hence he and me both got additionally 100 rs, so total of Rs.1100 in wallet. My car rubbed in a piller while parking and right rear door got dent and scratches (posted pic). 1. I booked for right rear door repair. Driver cum mechanic Mr habeeb reached on time to pick the car. 2. Habeeb informed me that it has dent also, if I want to remove dent it would cost extra but charges are very less. 3. When car reached the pitstop shop they confirmed with pictures on app. 4. Advisor Mr richard called me informed me evrything and took me consent for additional charges which were around 800 incl everything. 5. I got all the update in work on car with photos on app, which was exciting and satisfying 6. Work completed as per schedule but it was raining, habeeb and Richard called me and asked is it ok of they deliver tomorrow otherwise today also they can give. 7. But as in dark and rain o wouldn't have inspected my vehicle properly so I agreed for tomorrow. 8. I got inspection report which has various parameters measured about car like tyre pressure oil level oil quality coolant level and many other. 9. I was occupied somewhere so I requested Mr Habeeb to deliver the car in my office and he agreed for the same. Work was satisfying and very economical. It costed me R. 1217 for denting and painting of right rear door ( subtracting Rs. 1100 of wallet and 20% coupon discount). And best part is they have cleaned the car free of cost. The service provided for pick up and drop was excellent , hence 5 stars. Pictures of before and after are attached.

This is by far the worst and most stressful experience I have had with not just a car repair company but with any company. If you are looking for a hassle free service, look somewhere else. They are nothing but a middleman connecting you to a garage which they neither own or suppervise. They take no responsibilty if your vehicle is fixed or not, for their suggested solution to the problem your vehicle was facing but will charge for it nonetheless. This is coming from personal experience because this what happened when I gave them my vehicle for repair: 1) They promise a bunch of things for which they have no provision. They say they have an expert at the garage but there is no one from Pitstop there ever to make sure the garage is following any protocol 2) The garage they have tied up with don't have the proper tools or expertise to diagnose the problem, let alone solve it 3) Basis their own analysis (which is nothing more than a guess) they give you a solution. Once they do implement the solution, they don't check if it fixed the problem but give you your vehicle and charge you the cost. 4) When you reach out to Pitstop that the problem hasn't been fixed but you have been charged for it, they don't have any support system which responseds to you. I have been following up with them since December 2021 and they still haven't responded back with any solution. They have also disconnected their phone number for reason unknown.

BETTER STICK TO AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE - learnt hardway. I gave my vehicle for general service PITSTOP bangalore. Initially process felt smooth and normal. Received vehicle after service.on my way to home town, after driving about 100 km suddenly ABS error popped and Immediately informed and requested support. But they were confused and couldn't resolve problem. As a precaution I was driving slowly, just after couple of minutes my vehicle's rear wheel CAME OFF THE VEHICLE ALONG WITH HUB. I was shocked, called and informed pitstop staff. It seems like they are hardly bothered and lack empathy towards seriousness of issue and manager denies responsibility as customer already drove vehicle and they have lot of positive feedback from customer. This is such a lazy and negligent answer. Simply put, they will get cars serviced from road side garages with unprofessional people and charge you less. They call these garages as pitstop certified. I tried to escalate and reason with them, but they're ignoring me. HELLO PITSTOP!!!YOUR CUSTOMER NEED A RESPONSE, YOUR MECHANIC FORGOT TO PROPERLY FIT MY VEHICLE TYRE AND WITH LUCK, ME AND MY FAMILY ESCAPED A ACCIDENT. Customer please exercise caution, please dont go blindly by reviews.

Pitstop is one of the most unprofessional and unethical businesses I've come across in recent past. I got my car serviced from them a few weeks back and they told me the brake pads needed replacement. I got the brake pads replaced by them but the new brake pads made a squeeling noise on putting brakes. I've been calling, emailing and trying to chat with them on their app but they don't even acknowledge my messages. Yes. All my messages have remained completely unanswered. They were very prompt in visiting my house for vehicle servicing but have become totally unresponsive now. It's pretty clear this it's being done intentionally to avoid doing any rework on the car (within the 30-day service warranty they provide). Pitstop is one of those businesses which rely on great advertising to attract new customers but their services are nowhere close to what they show in their ads. A highly unskilled workforce presumably led by an ignorant and unprofessional management is what defines Pitstop. Be cautious. I got swayed by their beautiful social media ads and lost my time and money. Look around, you'll surely be able to find better alternatives.

1. Booked online appointment for car front bumper painting 2. Customer care executive informed me that the overall cost would be ₹2499 which was a good deal. 3. Agreed for painting cost and scheduled for a slot. 4. The partner arranged for free pick up n drop which was good. 5. The painting quality was great. Nothing to be complained about quality of painting. 6. Received estimation slip and to my surprise I could see labour charge for detaching and attaching the front bumper along with denting charges. 7. With all these the total charges were around ₹3500, which is ₹1000 more than quoted. 8. I do believe that nobody would paint the bumper without removing it. 9. I did reach out to Mr. Prashanth who was my point of contact for the activity and shared my concerns. 10. The next day, painting was complete and Prashant reached out to me and informed that the total bill was ₹2499 instead of ₹3500. 11. Prashanth did inform me that company agreed for the same and there will not be any labour & denting charges. 12. I do appreciate Mr. Prashanth for considering my concerns and providing the best support during the entire activity.

I had availed the Home service of PITSTOP for my Tata Zest, Diesel. Firoz and Shakeel came to service the car. They were right on schedule. They are were very Polite and Professional. They explained me everything while doing the servicing. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They showed me the condition of the brakes how worn they were etc... All the fluids and parts topped up like coolent, brake fluid, oil filter were sealed pack and opened right in front of me. They checked the Air filter and said it is in perfect condition and just needs cleaning, which they did and reduced the cost from the invoice. The service center would have just replaced it and billed me for that. They cleaned the vehicle very professionally The complete servicing took almost 80min which was very good. The costing was very reasonable. Overall very happy with Pitstop, Firoz and Shakeel. Would recommend to use their services.

My experience with pitstop was really bad and terrible!! I had nice expectations about pitstop before leaving my car for small minor work. You should tie up with garages who are little professional and does the work neat without we pointing out the errors. I had to send my car back 4 times to the garage for doing the shady work, I felt I wasted time and energy by getting the car work done by you guys.. The worst part here was that the Garage owner was calling me and threatening me to remove the review that I had written on their google page, he was like if I I don't remove the review I will come to your house and deal with you. Woww what partners you have I have attached the pictures also after the painting was done, there are white patches all over. I have escalated it to Pitstop but they are being very careless and ignoring my calls to take an update.

Pitstop is the worst, first they delayed in picking my car, later they took 2 days to complete a general service where no parts were replaced and above that they have misplaced the gps navigation card provided with the care which is worth Inr 8000 to 10000. Rafiq from Pitstop was the person asked me to make the payment before delivering the car saying that he will take the gaurantee of service, now when I am saying that they have either stolen or misplaced car’s navigation card, they are not showing any interest, this service from Pitstop has been worst. If I can get a support from Pitstop official it will be of great help Please be aware of Pitstop and make your payments after checking the service and spare parts especially if it’s Rafiq from pitstop

Pathetic experience at Pitstop. Given my car for service on 9th October. After inspection the service advisor recommended for clutch and brake disc replacement. I confirmed for the same, and that was the biggest blunder I made. I had to follow up with Pitstop team innumerable time to get my car back after 5 days. They kept on promising of handing over the car and kept on missing their own deadlines. The behaviour of their service advisor Mr Nikhil was also rude. Neither he updates the customer nor he picks up call and respond. Even the service is not at all satisfactory. The clutch work they did is shabby and due to that burning smell is coming when applying clutch. Stay away from Pitstop. They will take away your peace of mind.

I came across this garage via pitstop application. I had a very smooth and transparent experience having done repair work of my vehicle here. Since my vehicle was unused for 7 months, there were a lot of problems in the vehicle. Also it's a 8 years old car. Richard and his team did a great job in explaining me the major problems. I had issues in my clutch which became hard after the engine gets heated up. And the AC was not working. The diagnosis was up to the mark. The team was not in a hurry to do just the business. They took their time in diagnosing the exact issue and resolved the problems promptly. No unnecessary changing of parts which kept the overall cost in check. I am very happy with the service. Got worst experience with Pitstop. They take an appointment as doorstep service later they are calling and saying us that, this service is not considered as door step. If we ask while booking an appointment why it was stated as doorstep service. For that their answer is ‘they stopped door step service by last may and their tech is not able to update in the app’. If we ask escalate this issue, their simple answer is drop and email to support team. This is really misleading the customer and taking advantage of situation. In other platform like GoMechanic, if it is not doorstep service. They have that very clearly on the app or website. I am not sure how come for pitstop thay are not able to update that in last 4 months.

It was a very good experience sitting at home and getting my Duster serviced -. Very professional approach from the time to fixing the pick up timing to taking the vehicle to servicing . Fahad the Person who came to pick was very polite and asked all queries and the same was conveyed to the manager Richard. Manager again called me and took all the requirements and infact i wanted to change the Clutch but they said it can run for another 10k. All the work was done very thoroughly and delivered to me at my house at no extra cost. finally the bill was not very high as we expect from the showroom services. Very good Pitstop for your service...Happy to leave my vehicle to you guise.

Good service and follow up. Irfan and team provided great advice and service. There is room for improvement in giving timely updates and communication between customer, pitstop and workshop. Service prices are on on-par with authorised workshop prices but needs more professionalism and workmanship. Nothing too great to write further pitstop does the job at the convenience of our doorstep which authorised service can never provide brownies mainly for this alone. Rest of the things needs more training and transparency instead of taking customers for a ride. All the best to pitstop and I will definitely return for the timely service at the convenience of my doorstep.

My experience with them was horrible. Even after spending Rs.10K, they could not solve the problem. Despite repeated requests nobody came for reiinspection though they have given assurance to do so. I had faced same experience with a local mechanic that's why I approached Pitstop. Here also same experience. Now customer can take a call about this firm. Don't want to mention any body's name in Pitstop with whom I had interaction. Finally I got it repaired from other source. If they are genuine and customer friendly firm, they should come forward and compete for the loss I suffered. They don't deserve even a single star, but iam giving them one star as my rating.

Spent Rs.20,000 within 2weeks for Chevrolet Beat servicing with Pitstop, Mumbai. Despite that engine light, ABS lights were on when my car was returned (which was not the case before giving it for servicing) and car started giving problems almost within 1 month of servicing.We also found that most of the parts of the car were replaced by faulty old ones. Brand new wipers were replaced with shoddy old wipers. Fuse box was damaged because of which car started giving problems with startup. Have been calling Pitstop personnel and they don’t respond to the call. Very bad service. If you don’t want to damage your precious car, better don’t think Pitstop.

Car wash and wax - I won’t talk about the quality of work because it’s just okay. I want to point out their sense of timing. Pickup was for 10 am but it was done at 12pm . Delivery was promised before 4.30pm but the car was delivered after 8pm . Since 4.30pm I have been hearing that it will take another 30 mins to deliver. Unbelievable they took 8 hours for wash and wax . Plus once you are taking someone’s car please make sure to return on time . It’s not a 100 or a 1000rs item. If I have to rate the overall service then it’s 1 out of 10 due to seer negligence of time. Plus no executive is available post 7pm so no one to contact also . Sorry state.

I had a very pleasant experience with Pitstop Pune. The team arrived on time wearing company dresses. Explained me everything what they are doing. Showed me the seal of every bottle they opened including the engine oil, brake oil and coolant. They also did a diagnostic of the car to check engine performance, battery performance etc. I would definitely recommend Pitstop to anyone who doesn't want to get looted from car company authorized service centers. Things to note: Hyundai recommend engine oil is 5W30 but they provided 10W40 which every mechanic told me is actually more suited for Indian weather conditions.

It's been the worst experience this time with Pitstop. Have been regularly getting my car serviced from pitstop with their door step service, this one time they took the car to workshop and messed it all up. The engine oil they didn't fill completely, the alignment was not done correctly, they charged extra and so many other issues. When initially given 1 star the advisor called and requested to change it and that he would refund the amount and rectify the service. But none of those happened. Have the call recordings for the same as well. Escalated the issue to Pitstop as well, yet to hear from them.

I regret passing on my vehicle to them. It returned to me in a horrible state - ofcourse worse than the state in which I handover to them for regular annual servicing. Complete lack of ownership and empathy for the customer. The person I was coordinating with first was indifferent to my concerns. On siting an escalation , he sited medical emergencies. Later he pleaded no escalation on grounds of him bearing the consequences. But where is customer in middle of all this ? NOWHERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and never own up to the loss. I WISH I HAD THE TIME TO SCREW THEM BEYOND AN INTERNET REVIEW.

I tried Pitstop (Bangalore) for my car repair work last week. The work which can be done in 2-days took 6-days due to the lethargy of the Pitstop service team (Nikhil Pinto and his Manager). Nobody is accountable. There is no follow up by them. I had to interface between the Garage and Pitstop for every minor thing like inspection report, estimate, invoice. I had called them and the Garage so many times so that the work moves. Garage people also won't do anything unless Pitstop approve. I complained using Pitstop app and twitter too, but they never responded. I won't recommend them.

Pitstop customer care response is worst. They say they will check and give a call back if we call regarding any issue, but they will never respond. Didn't expect this kind of service from pitstop, after service you have to run behind them for small issues to get fixed. I got tinkering done not at all a good job, after service still my vehicle showing service due reminder!! After visiting service station again this issue not resolved. If we try reaching customer care they doesn't respond.!!!! It's better not to service vehicle through any of these apps I feel...!

I got my car body dents repaired and basic service done at Pitstop. Almost all panels of my car had dents and scratches. My car was picked up all bruised and battered and delivered back looking like new. Every single minor job was attended to and I received my car in a very clean condition. Before starting the work I received a quote for my approval and on completion I was given an additional discount, which was very welcome! Arvind, who handled my car kept me updated of the progress and sent me photos as well. Overall a hassle free, professional experience.

My experience with Pitstop was great! Since the roof and bonnet of my car had become dull due to parking it outside, I chose to get the same re-painted. From the time of booking till delivery of my vehicle Mr. Praveen kept in touch with me and throughout the time that my vehicle was at the service station, he provided daily updates. The work done is top-notch and can hardly tell the difference between the original paint on the other parts and the re-paint. Would definitely recommend Pitstop to everyone for professional handling of the service.

Worst experience with Pitstop, people who look at the attractive discount and go will regret after service. Pitstop executive is least bothered about while service and post service and no one point of contact and customer is left clueless where the vehicle is after the vehicle pickup is done. Then gets a call from garage explaining with all non related issues than what the actual service was opted for. Finally invoice for received with unexpected charges with no work done…and end up dispute with garage and Pitstop with no resolution

Such a bad work for the full body painting work. They give to the local workshops near your location, nobody to look after the quality of the work. There are no standards on the work done and to be delivered. If you are lucky, your car will go to the good nearby workshop. Otherwise you have to fight with the local workshop guy. There is no support from the customer team, no follow ups, no mobile app for iOS and on website there is no proper way to follow up. Please do not give your lovable car to pitstop and suffer like me.

pitstop doesn't have better control on their service partner, and it's a big lie when they say pitstop executive does verification of service on the vehicle before delivery. Coz i lost one of my vehicle parts;i noticed when they delivered my car. and still i didn't get it. so advise to all customer, don't pay the bill, until you do verify your car Condition. else you will regret as i do. This review meant to encourage pitstop to interospect, and have some policies in place to penalise such partner rather to lose customer.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service. Did a full car service with wheel balancing with them. Booked in the night for the next day. The team was promptly on time, took the car to their garage and kept me informed throughout about what was going on. A few additional things which they discovered were informed to me, explained well along with pictures and consent was taken before replacing them - like brake pads, AC filters etc. And the car was returned the same day. Am super happy with the Pitstop team!

Excellent and professional service provided by Mr. Naseem and team. My car bumper came out due to an accident and the left door was damaged too. They took really good care and repaired the parts and now the car looks like brand new. Very happy with the service and prompt response by them. Didn’t had to remind them anytime and I got regular updates on the work done via email which was applauding. Must recommend to everyone to go for their service and experience professional work at reasonable rate.

It is ok for routine service. But it is not a replacement for a regular garage. The same person may be sent to do multiple types of work, which means expertise is limited. I had a good experience with the routine service. Experience with brakes was acceptable . But they could not fix an electrical problem where one light was not working, and instead made it worse by making the left reverse light go as well. They will need to get mechanics certified from manufacturer if they are serious.

Very happy with the work done by the Pitstop team today on my Maruti A Star. I had opted for the oil leakage inspection. Earlier I had told same problem to a reputed service center but they could not find and fix it. But pitstop (affiliated workshop) quickly identified the issue and replaced faulty oil sump. Mr. Arvind from Pitstop is very supportive and genuine in giving quotes and getting service done. He made sure for timely delivery and I am updated on status during the process.

Very poor service and an even poor customer service. They did not let my interiors dry and fungus started appearing on the seat and on other interior parts. I asked to them to check every tyre, they said everything is fine and just filled air. The day I take my car out, tyres punctured. I wrote about this in mail, called the customer care and complained , but no action till date. They just don't care. No on even apologised. I had to dget my interiors cleaned again

Broke my right rear drum break while trying to remove it for inspection. The mechanic hit it so hard with the hammer. This company is very unprofessional and they do not check the qualifications of the mechanics that they send. I saw the other bad reviews and still booked Pitstop. Don’t make the mistake I did. Update: it has been 7 days and no one has been responding to my customer service requests. This is the worst company running in India right now.

They did a really great job. From the time I contacted them with the details of work needed everything was done professionally. Photo of my car was shared in whatsapp and They gave me quote. Once agreed they gave me a date and time to expect my car back. They did call back and shared photo in the app to update with the work. Car was delivered before the promised time and the work is neat and the mechanic did not even expect extra money.

Cheaters. Order number 579612. Do not book with PITSTOP. I booked a car service on there App. Paid money. Technician Sai Kumar was allocated to get my car service done. No response from him. Rebooked it again and then still no response. Had to cancel my order. Requested for refund and have been chasing them since 1.5 months with no response. If anyone knows PITSTOPs customer care number then can you please share. They are CHEATERS.

My 1st app experience for car service. Pleasantly surprised with the customer support and the overall service. They keep updating the progress with pics in the app and feels like you are connected throughout the service. Kudos to Ranjit who assisted on the adhoc request as well. New Fortune Motors which was aligned for the service did a great job. Just make sure app is working without any lag, otherwise all is well.

Upon confirmation, they picked up my vehicle and delivered on time. The service advisor inputs and communication was really helpful. I also got an additional discount on the quote provided. A big no to purchase tyres from this place. This dealer is a big fraud.. at first he will talk very politely, will convince but pist customer service is pathetic. No respect to women, very arrogant and cheats you when it comes to claims of tyres. He has no knowledge of the work he is doing and just tries to loot money. I had a very bad personal experience. Very professional approach from pick up to delivery. Rohit Nair the executive assigned to my car planned the repairs very well in advance, was in touch every day where required more than once. Pictures of progress, spare parts used were sent every day. Made every effort to deliver at the earliest. All commitments were fulfilled. Very satisfying. Highly recommended always especially during the pandemic.

Don't put you car in Pitshop hands. They will do body wash. For simple issue(without any spare parts replacement), they charged me around 1500 Rs. It's not worthy. They will take our car to local car garage shop which is nearby our home. They are not experts. Do not trap on free wallet amount 1000 Rs(very limited validity). We can pay only 20% of service cost from wallet. Not recommended Pitshop app.

The staff have been very helpful and the customer support team is really quick and responsive. Mr Sunil and Shobith have been very helpful and very Calm to serve us. They need an appreciation for their work. Yes, you all can rely on their services. They're a lil more affordable than what the services centers would charge you usually. Just be a little cautious of where your vehicle is being Serviced.

5star service :- My car broke down on 22nd March 2020 and the next day lockdown started and car got stuck in there garage till the ending of Lockdown 4.0 in btw they helped me out with Uber coupon so that I can go to office and One Gentelmen Mr.Ranjith was in continuous touch ,giving daily updates in this scenario also !! I gave my Vento for vibration, breaks and noise issue. Pitstop engineer checked everything properly and explained everything step by step. Estimate was explained in details and it didn't exceed after service. I also got decent discount with Pitstop VIP services. Overall great work team, keep up the good work. The quality of service and response from customer service has degraded. I have been using Pitstop service but my recent experience with the team has been pathetic. I have spent 17k on the service but the work done is not at all upto the mark. I did raise question and they have raised a ticket on 6th June, post which there had been no action. I did follow up but no response till date.

Professional Service!! I was tired of road side mechanics trying to fleece me off on my old Honda Civic. The Person in charge for my query was Rohit Nair, he was knowledgeable, Professional and articulate, he explained all the issues clearly and got the car fixed. Quite impressive. Finally there is a reliable option other than company service stations, for getting cars fixed.

After service AC stopped working. Only a month back AC filling was done and was fine just before giving for servicing. Ideally they broke. Customer care no callback. Service advisor asking for more money for checking AC though it was broken by them.service advisor taking cash money and no valley amount applied. Hence in loss. I took service for my CIAZ from Car Spa Tatanagar. It was good service. On time and prompt followup. Only change which I would like to see is that they should show which brand of engine oil they are putting in our vehicle as I saw they are using used Shell box having new engine oil which was taken from some barrel which was not satisfying. Overall it's good.

I had taken their services twice until now. They provide best services without worrying abt safety of our beloved car parts. Just buy the necessary things for your car by referring to car manual. Later, handover these things to the pitstop mechanic. They do rest of services such as replacement & so on. I would recommend others to try their services once.

Too expensive. Go only if you just want to just get the regular service done with a fixed rate. If any spare parts needs to be changed, avoid going to Pitstop. They provide OEM spare parts and charges double the amount of the original parts. Very bad experience with them.

It was good, they have shared the pic of each process what they have done, removing and pouring engine oil is also shared in a video which is good. Just that interior cleaning wasn't properly cleaned, hoping they consider this and take care my feedback next time.
