I had orderd the mega meal and when I received it there was like no sauce and it was dry. I had called customer service (the lady I spoke to was very helpful) she suggested a replacement order of the pizza which was fine with me then this specific store called her back to tell her they won't do the replacement pizza unless I give back the old ones which was fine but my daughter is sick with covid symptoms so I told them that it probably wouldn't be a good idea to take them back ( we didnt even want to eat them anyway) she put me on hold to tell the store and they refused to send the replacement pizza so the customer service lady just gave me credits instead and I was okay with that just annoyed that I had to reorder and pay for delivery again and it took over an hour. Now back to the pizza the first ones were dry no flavor or suace at all also the wings I received were alll drums, I think I had 2 flats outta the 8 I got. Anyway just super annoyed with the whole situation as it could have been dealt with better and quicker from the store and employees I'd like to point out tho that the customer service lady was very helpful and kind. Probably won't order pizza 73 again as this is the nearest location to deliver to me.

I’m the least picky eater and I've been known to like pretty much everything - regardless of what other people say. Hell, I've eaten 7-11 food for months on end and was completely fine with it. But yesterday, I noticed that our pizza was substandard before anyone even mentioned it. When I picked up the first slice, it did not droop at the tip but was as hard as a 10 day old cadaver. It was not juicy or soft but was hard and crunchy throughout so I had to use some effort with each bite. Also, I’m not sure if they put any cheese on it or sauce for that matter. Toppings were sparse on nonexistent, and I don’t feel we should have to play Where’s Waldo with our pizza. Very disappointing when we were starving and looking forward to the experience that a good pizza brings when you’re famished and have a hankering for one. The icing on the cake: both of our stomachs were unsettled after eating the pizza so I’m fairly sure the cadaver reference was pretty fitting. All we wanted was good pizza and not a laxative. Thanks.

Wouldnt pick up the phone after Delivery messed up my order so i drove into the store. Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free deal + 3 pops. Added on fries. Order was $47. They missed one pizza and refused to give me the other pizza due to a malfunction in their system. A solo pizza deal was ordered rather than a buy 1 get 1 free deal. (Their systems fault). They kept telling me its a great deal, cause normally 2 Large pizzas are 38$. Yet my one large pizza, pops, fries was $47. Yeah makes sense. Rude, no customer service whatsoever. I don’t even want to give one star on the basis of a recent incident that happened with us.We had an extremely bad experience with this location. We ordered pizza and there was a Big bug in the pizza. We Called back at the store and they never accepted their mistake, they told us to come back to the store with the proof in order to show them there was a bug. We went to the store and as usual they did not accept their mistake and on top of that they treated us so badly . They told us we have intentionally put the bug on the pizza. One of the worst pizza 73 i have ever visited The customer service was too bad and the staff itself didn't know which toppings they had in their menu. The pizza was not made properly lacking cheese from all the sides and the base was not cooked properly. I've ordered from this 73 location since we moved here. We didn't order for quite sometime due to the pizza not being what we wanted. I order a triple threat medium. It was set for pick up ready in 15 20 mins. I get there to pick up the order. It's not even ready I thought it's passed 20 mins. So that really annoyed me that the pizzas had to be made as I got there. The toppings on the pizza weren't enough nor placed properly there was areas that had no toppings at all. I should of called to complain that was my fault. I won't be ordering anymore from this location.

THE WORST PIZZA 73 IN THE CITY!!! Back to back I ordered wings and both were absolutely horrible tasting AND I had to wait 25 minutes for them as a walk in. I called there "so called" customer service and the idiot picked up and was nothing but combative told me I had to go into the location and talk with them!!!!!!!??? I love this location. I usually just get a big box of wings because they are by far the best in the city of Edmonton. This time I had very fussy company and they specifically ordered everything done to their satisfaction . I went to pick up the food and asked the manager if I could look at the food before I left the store. It was just coming out of the oven so I pushed past the gate and entered the kitchen. Just ordered a small pizza from the solo deal. The delivery driver walked across my lawn to get to my door, waited 30 seconds after ringing the doorbell and then started to walk back as if nobody was home. I answered and he walked on my lawn AGAIN to the door. I paid and started to eat the pizza and there was a really foul taste. Like one of the ingredients had expired. I gagged and had to spit it out right away. I called customer service and THE BEST THEY COULD DO was $5 credit on my next order . Just awful customer service on all ends.

I ordered a simple medium size vegetarian pizza today evening. Because I ordered in Punjabi language, it doesn't mean that the pizza we need is in the Indian style. They make nice pizza always but this is the second time they make an Indian style pizza without asking me or confirming from me. It was too much spicy that my kids didn't even eat a single bite. It was specially for them. At least ask over the phone that what king of pizza would you like?

Staff was so rude and very unhelpful. Ordered 2 pizzas but only one came and went to go in person to ask for a refund or for them to at least give me the other pizza we ordered and they refused. Never go to this location, so unprofessional and they should learn how to properly train their staff instead of letting people with no common sense work there. I order from this branch all the time and usually the service is okay enough for me to go back. This time we waited way to long for our food and when it got to our home it was cold and 3 chicken wings missing from the box of 20..... the donair pizza I ordered had next to no mea on it as well. Will not be ordering from this branch again. Oh and top of all that I gave a 5 dollar tip to the delivery drive who couldn't even speak english

We ordered a pizza for pick up. From this store. We went to go pick it up and the guy tried charging us twice what the bill was. Wouldnt give us our pizza. I had pizza 73 calling an asking why I didnt pick up my pizza. Well, the guy trolled us and laughed when we left, unsure why he wouldnt give us the pizza we ordered, and why he was being so rude. I dont think we will be back. Extremely rude staff.

Used to be pretty good but the last two times I've gotten a pizza the toppings were 2" from the crust and very sparse. 9 pepperoni pieces on a medium pepperoni pizza is something I'd expect from Domino's, not Pizza73. Don't know if it's the entire chain cutting back, or this location, but I'll be getting it from elsewhere next time as this was no better than a $5 superstore pie.

Wings aren't properly cooked, whole order is not correct, worse place in the city to get pizza, along with Fort road, don't order pizza 73 from clareview, you will not get what you pay for and costumer service does nothing to correct the issues, disgusting pizza, disgusting health standards, and disgusting cooks. After years of being a customer i will never order pizza 73 again

Soooo does anyone else think its ridiculous that you order the mega meal... includes 2 pizzas 2 toppings each.... but you want 1 pizza with just 1 topping and the other with 3 toppings... yet they will charge you the extra topping instead of just giving it to you because it's not on one of the pizzas??

One of the best pizzas of the town! Highly recommend to try the veggie pizza and shawarma chicken pizza. However, never ask for a pizza with 1 slice of cheese in it! coz u will probably get more slices of cheese. Moreover the staff itself recommends to buy a cheese pizza on side than getting one slice (coz its hard to measure it according to them!)

Ordered one veg large pizza and cauliflower bites at 17-May-22 11:00 PM, customer service was very poor, girl available in front she denied to make half n half pizza after that she talk very rude with us when we order second item. cauliflower bites is half cooked and sauce is very less on it. This is my first and last experience with this store.

I bought 2 medium pizza, it was so dry and burnt. I called the customer service and I was told I can go back to the store, that store was already contacted regarding my complain. So I got there to have my pizza replaced but to my surprise the lady that attended to me was so rude. I had to leave the pizza there and leave. Thanks for nothing.

Quality, to be honest, is average. They are above average for options though. Great selection of sauces, decent selection of toppings, some of the better wings for a chain pizzeria. But if you want decent topping coverage, splurge and go for two to three toppings, rather than sticking to only two on their every day deal.

Ordered a $60 meal with pizza and wings and pandera bread through skip the dishes, pricey meal, but having a celebration. And then the wings didn’t show up. Spent and hour on the phone and the restaurant, ended up getting the run around and they gave me an $11 dollar discount. So 1 cold pizza and bread = $50

We got out pizza delivered. Holiday Special 2 pizzas, 4 pop and the 2 bite tarts. The food was hot and delicious and the order was without error. Perfect! We have been fans of Pizza 73 for a few years, we've tryed others but for price and consistency of quality Pizza 73 beats them all.
