We got two pizzas, two drinks and a garlic bread. One of the pizzas was a margarita, the other bbq beef. When I opened up the pizza boxes and saw what we had just spent $38 on, i can’t adequately put into words the horror I felt from what was laid out in front of me. Both of the pizzas were over cooked, dry, lacking in toppings, uneven, half the pizza slices had more crust than toppings on them, it was the most let down I’ve ever been by a pizza store. The disappointment I felt having wasted money on on what may as well have been some brick hard pizza bread and enough toppings between the two for one pizza, it honestly wasn’t enough to promise myself and my family we’ll never return but i had to leave a review, if this review deters even one person from wasting their money then I’ll feel better about the situation. I don’t know how on earth they were deemed acceptable to be sent out to a customer, but from previous reviews I can see that it’s a regular occurrence. If it’s open, go to the pizza on Webb a few doors down, they’re 100% better all round (from the pizzas themselves to the customer service) and if they’re not then go to the McDonald’s around the corner. I have called customer service daily for the last 3 days wanting a refund and I keep getting stuffed around and Narre Warren Pizza Hut haven't attempted to contact me back either! I ordered x4 of the promo x4 pizzas and x4 sides. So I got x16 pizzas and ordered x16 garlic breads for my daughters birthday. This cost $200. I ordered for delivery to get to the birthday at 5:45pm. I called them and they said it would be an hour as I chose 6:45. No!!!!!!! So I explained they are going to be over an hour late and he was extremely rude! My email and everything states 5:45pm! Apart from being an over an hour late since he got lost literally just going over the main road we only received half our order and the pizzas were burnt. Today I was told I have to wait for the store to call me and fix this?!?!?!! YOUR KIDDING RIGHT?! THE STORE THAT I HAVE WANTED TO CONTACT ME FOR DAYS REGARDING MY MONEY BACK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE NOT HELPED AT ALL! IT is one big stuff around! Ordered food that was delivered to the wrong house. I called after a while when food was not delivered and was advised another order will be dispatched. Still nothing after 1 hour so called again and the manager of the store started making excuses so I went to the store in person. After a heated argument with the manager, I was provided with the order. However, they refused to refund delivery fee despite me collecting the order. Also, I have been purchasing from this store for years and they have said that the chicken they use is halal. When I was having this heated argument with the manager and told him that the only reason I purchase food from this store is because the chicken is halal, he said that it is not halal. Worst experience ever. My partner had ordered a pizza for pickup before he arrived to this store at around 11:30pm. When he arrived he was ignored by both workers. As he walked up to the counter they continued to ignore his presence and the assigned worker at the counter walked off as he approached. My partner had to ask about the pizza, only for them to bluntly say “not ready.” Both workers were not in uniform and continued to speak to each other as my partner waited 25 more minutes for a pizza he ordered in advance 30 minutes ago. Throughout his wait he was unsure if the pizza was even being made. Both workers made this experience very unpleasant , frustrating and the customer service was appalling. Indubitably the worst customer service I’ve heard of and that he’s experienced. Do not buy pizza from here unless you like being treated like you don't exist

I ordered from Uber eats and my food was delivered as priority so there wouldn't be a delay. It arrived cold and the cheese was barely melted and in clumps together. I called to mention this and the lady I spoke with on the phone said it was an Uber issue, not theirs and hung up on me regardless of my calming/ pleasant tone. I then called back to ask if it was something that would be safe to reheat being a chicken pasta and was told again it was the Ubers fault automatically assumed I wanted a refund without actually listening to what I was saying despite me never asking for my money back. Either I run the risk of developing food poising or I have to now through my dinner in the bin and waste $30. Extremely disappointed regarding the lack of response and help I was after, will never order from here again nor recommend.

Went in at a quiet time of the day, 3pm. The pizza was a little under done, the base itself being pretty pale and lacked crunch. The toppings were fresh, but quality control on the tomato wasn't great as there was a fair few cores. The store looks pretty old, making it a little hard to tell if the shop itself was clean or not as there was general structure damage that looked a little rough. All in all, not a bad place to grab a pizza.

Tried to do this but it would not let me choose pick up option. There needs to be more transparency with deals ! What a headcase! Terrible, honestly sort your stuff out or hire people that can! Ended up eating elsewhere. I see in another comment this has happened before. If they don't want to do their jobs they should go work elsewhere. Two teenagers were smirking at each other while my husband tried to ask why he couldn't order in store. I have been customer of Pizza Hut Narre Warren for over a decade but for past couple of years their quality of food and service is going down and down. Last night we ordered two pizzas and clear instructions to cook it bit longer as we have noticed that they started under cooking probably to save energy cost. When my son brought the pizza home it was again under cooked and furthermore pizza toppings were covering hardly 3/4 of the pizza, means they are selling just the bread at the cost of a proper pizza. We usually order every Saturday, 1pm, I order early morning, usually about six hours ahead, today our delivery was forty minutes late, like warm, chips soggy, no apology from driver who threw the bag onto the ground, spiller the contents out and handed it to me, all the while speaking Arabic or something along those lines, we order each week and the usual driver is spot on in time, polite, friendly, we give him $5 tip because you can set your watch by him, if this happens again, good bye Pizza Hut, to many pizza places around that you have to put up with this, on your tracker, the pizza sat in your store for 40 minutes done, hope it doesn't happen again. If I could give zero I would. I put in an order for three pizzas and sides for delivery. Two hours later, after multiple calls, the store says the delivery person tried to ring the bell, waited five minutes and tried to call me then left the food on the porch (none of which was true). I was promised call backs but waited and no call back. Three hours later I ended up going to the actual store. To their credit they made my food. The least they could do is refund my delivery fee, but one week later I still haven’t heard back from the area manager or customer service about this, and the store had marked my complaint as ‘resolved’. Don't waste your time with a discount code, they only tell you it doesn't apply to the pizza the code is for. Horrible service! Ordered a hot and spicy pizza with no pineapple or jalapeños because my toddler is allergic to pineapple, but they made it with it and was refusing to even remake a new one. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! They said they were too busy to remake a new one even after clearly telling them a child has an allergy. They had clear instructions to remove it as the online site had no option to customise the pizza and they have the audacity to say they don’t check the notes when they are busy. Then why the hell is there an option to write special instructions Disgusting. Will never go back or recommend to anyone! I would give them zero stars if I could. Awful.

On 28th Nov 2023, we were at the shop to pick pizza. Girl working there was super rude and unpleasantly unprofessional, she not only hung phone while I was ordering pizza she gave the wrong pizza. When I asked to speak to manager she walked away. She raised volume and tried to put blame on me. I asked her to listen to recording to which she walked away. Most awesome pizza and ribs ive had in years.. I rang back to leave a tip (because OMG best pizza). I spoke to the pizza chef and she didn't want to accept a tip because the compliment was enough (awesome attitude i love it) however i honestly feel that everyone working at Pizza Hut in Narre Warren on the 28/09/2020 deserve to be rewarded (and not just complimeneted) on their service to the community during this coronavirus period. I asked for serviettes, so i can enjoy my order with my family and friends on the park picnic. They just told me, they do not provide serviettes... How ridiculous this is. I also noticed other customer experiencing the same. No serviettes... This is totally not acceptable for a pizza restaurant. Wondering how is the head office actually look after the franchisee in term of service. I’m not one to submit reviews but, I felt I had to with this one Very bad service… If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff (not in uniform) see me enter and continue to ignore me and speak to one another in the kitchen. Firstly, we were testing there ingrediants and products as its what we do for a living, until we found a hair in our pizza! So we threw it in the bin and contacted them about it. The lady of whom we spoke to was rather rude and persistent that we give her proof, so we did. Which meant digging through the trash! Absolutely disgusting! Now I realise why I stopped ordering from Pizza hut 10 years ago.... Today, they forgot my drink with my delivery order and the pizzas looked like thick dough frisbee discs where my meat lovers pizza was basically a margherita that had minimal toppings on it. I also don't rate their steamed garlic bread which I could've mistaken for a dumpling based on the amount of condensation in the packaging. However, I do admire Pizza Hut's commitment to constantly driving away customers, they've been pretty successful in doing that.

Home delivery. Food was absolutely dry and no idea where the mozzarella was on the pizza. Large pizzas are small and the only option available online. There are much nicer pizza shops around. Eden rise or Casy Central will be my next go to. DO NOT!! Send me messages on any specials you have to offer since I wasn't given an option Again I even edited this review and stated DO NOT!! This is the most terrible Pizza Hut I ever had bad experience. The guy who is working here really bad. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I ordered Tuesday Special pizza. ( Large BBG Pizza) But they said, before the order, it should be informed to the counter. What a joke. If it is an offer they should give an offer. I was waiting long time until the manager come to get my refund. Be cause, the lady said that she can’t refund. Finally, manager got late to come she gave me refund. It was a really joke.

While the pizza is good, the service is not. Twice we have ordered online and it has taken almost 45 minutes to process, then the store doesn't ever answer the phone. Even had to call head office to try and get answers of where our food was. The website said 28 minutes until delivery from the time we ordered and it has been 50 minutes, still waiting for the pizza to be made. This is annoying, yes. But what makes it worse, is this is not the first time we have had this experience. Not good enough.

Disgusted. Refused to sell my fiance a deal at the set price in store and said we had to order online which was incorrect. So I had to order online and go in store myself. I ordered veggie sensation family pan pizza in store. But on pick up I couldn't find any olives on the topping. On enquiring I was told that they might be hiding inside the pizza so I cannot find them On the outside. I took the pizza home and my family agreed to play the game " find hidden olives" only to discover that "THERE WERE NO OLIVES AT ALL ON TOPPING". VERY CARELESS SERVICE. The worst pizza shop and customer service is so bad. The attendant who took my order appeared nonchalant and when I requested chille flacks to be on pizza it was not done. When requested she didn’t admit her mistake but suggested chillie could be put on top. Informed her that I wanted chille to be blended with cheese when cooking. Lets see, it's very expensive, portion size is too small (large is actually medium), not enough topping and it was late! Ordered online for pick up, app said it was ready, took about another 15min. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Hang up on me multiple times. Puts a refund through 6 days after the order was cancelled and advised 1 to 4 to 15 days for its return. Staff is rude and disorganized. I suggest the one in dandenong who helped sort out their mess when the issue arose and sent out class A pizza. Narre Warren's store is a joke and they will take whatever they want. Customer service is not included.

That was the most less than average pizza I have ever received. Order a pepperoni pizza and chicken pizza with chips. The chips were oven chips and not even done properly. Ordered through Uber eats. Hour and a quarter to receive the order and all of it stone cold. In all very very disappointing and NOT worth the money. Sorry guy’s I never do these reviews but that was outrageous. I will not be coming back.

Called for a delivery at 6 pm (New year's eve ) I expected a wait time but was told it wouldn't be very long ,but didn't come till 9.30 .couldn't contact them (16 times i tryed )even opporater had no luck said she got hung up on just like I did. When it did come it was cold and the chicken pizza had hardly any on it , other pizzas had very little topping , poor quality will not recommended them.

I've ordered here about 4-5 times. First time was 10/10. Every time after that was just trash. Bad customer service and just careless. Last time I ordered from here my pizza arrived and looked like it had been dropped. Literally! These guys are a cheat. They don't care about reputation. I have an entertainment voucher and they bluntly said they won't give the discount and asked me to talk to head office. To be honest I get pizza from them all the time and each time I ask and PAIDED for extra Italian sausage I don't get it. I just got two pizzas one with double Italian sausage and I got like 8 pieces for 5 dollars. What a scam. Pizza tastes ok but don't pay for extras cause you won't get it.

First time ordering absolutely discusting. Order extra toppings on a large pizza and get 5 tiny bits of Italian sausage. And 3 bits of mushroom Nearly $7.00 for a chocolate lavacake thats so small!

bought take away pizza, wings, cheese jalapenos, all need to use hands to put into the mouth, funny thing is, they told me they run out of serviettes sauces on chicken wings nearly less visible... not very little sauce, luckily not few drops of sauce, but pretty close :S

This place has poor customer service and they don’t care. Pizza was very dry and stale. No sauce on the base of the pizza and very little toppings. I would never order pizza from here again.

second Time ordered here as it is closer to work and not going anymore. first time tandoori pizza was not good and other veg pizza had no veggies. second time I put in the instruction that more veggie. but no veg in veg pizza and limited chicken in chicken pizza.

First time ordering. We ordered a large meat lover , cheese burger pizza and seasonal wings. Both my girlfriend and I had repeat diarrhea after consuming the food. Probally never going back . Dont know what happened to the foods, but our tummy felt very ill.

Editing my review. Just had the worst pizza from here. It came way under cooked with a raw base and massive raw chunks of pizza dough in the crust. Totally inedible. Will not be ordering from here any longer.

Most disgusting pizza ever. Almost 1 hour late and stone cold. Customer service didn’t care. When asked for a refund they offered a store credit. Yeah right.........because we will order from them again.....NOT. Word of advise, don’t waste your money.

To be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst pizza i have ever had. No toppings at all, bread was so thick and hard. 0 star for customer service. I Would never go back and won’t recommend.

Best pizza shop in and around Narre Warren. Staffs are friendly and helped to get deals for 4 pizzas and sides at affordable price. Quality of food was perfect, with enough toppings and well cooked. Would highly recommend this place.

The quality of food has declined dramatically at this place!! The pizza was literally inedible. At $5 more I could have bought something actually resembling food. Lesson learned

They say after paying that they do not carry 5cent pieces so any pizza paid with cash is 5cents more. What a way to make an extra 5cents per pizza. So wrong, pizza $15:95 - becomes $16:00

Pizza is ok, but the service is horrible. Took 90 mins to find my pizza delivery, they kept hanging up when I tried to call to find out what’s happening, ended up having to go to the store to find out what’s happening

These people are a total joke. They don't deliver take your money and after six calls tell you someone will call you back and now hang up. Don't not buy from them because it's a waste of time go to a real pizza shop.

5$ worth of ingredients on 4 pizzas that cost over 60$ , crust was sweet like they stole it from cake shop and thick as it was meant for a cake .. couldn't even give it to our dog once was enough never again

The shop is dirty. A dead Cockroach was on the floor, the windows and walls dirty. Cleanliness is as important as the food taste.

One of the best Pizza hut outlet in South east Melbourne where high cleanliness and hygienic standards are maintained maintaining quality. Always uses separate cutting knives for vegetarian pizzas.

Great pizzas, tried most of other pizza shops in the area definitely my favorite. Even classic base is golden crust baked at the perfect timing. Will always come back keep up the good work guys!:)

Always friendly heading down, great prices and great food. Best pizza hut hands down. It's a shame there is no decent parking however. They also don't deliver 6km away for some odd reason

Best pizza place in the area. I ordered a delivery and received within 25 minutes the guy with turban was very polite and returned even 5cents in the change. Will definitely order again.

Pizzas are ok, pretty oily and a large is not the same size as other pizza shop larges they are smaller. It would be nice to get a smile or at least a friendly welcoming from the staff.

The pizzas always have a lot of flavour and cheese. Great vegetarian options as well and lots choices. Service is good but a lot of the time you see the employees standing around.

I asked for less cheese in pizza and got them all filled with so much cheese. It was disgusting.
