I caught COVID while traveling to Atlanta for work and had to hole up in my hotel room. I was desperate for something to eat and ordered from this restaurant despite its many bad reviews. I guess COVID really does give you brain fog! My food failed to arrive – multiple witnesses at the place it was supposed to have been dropped off (hotel bell desk) never saw it. This restaurant and DoorDash – whom they use for delivery despite not mentioning that – engaged in the classic shell game of blaming each other and saying only the other can fix it. The restaurant nevertheless charged full fare and refused to make it right. To boot, when I called later to try to get my money back, and when they finally answered, the staff member I spoke with was consummately rude and unhelpful. An employee who claims to be a manager named Sarah hung up on me, yelled over me on 4 separate occasions, claimed that talking with customers is "not [her] job", and told a rather suspicious story about how the only one who can refund orders is the store General Manager, whom she refuses to name or let me ask any questions about, but who is (oddly!) unavailable for an entire week (at the height of the busy summer season!). I guess this story is just possible and I'm happy to be proved wrong if the store G.M. is going to call me back next week and make this right, but I'm not optimistic. Long story short: only order from here if are truly desperate, you feel lucky, and your credit card is good at refunding invalid charges. As a former pizza maker and delivery driver, I know that missed deliveries are a normal hazard of the business – maybe your driver goes to a wrong hotel or something. I also know that they absolutely cannot be handled in this way. The restaurant I worked at did not treat anyone that badly, even people we outright knew to be scamming us. Shame on this restaurant for treating customers like this.

Want to risk your life for pizza? Then this is the location you should go to. Ordered curbside pickup. Got there and 4 men were standing outside doing God knows what. I called the number to say I was there and kept getting rerouted their national hotline? It rang for 7 minutes. I was honestly concerned for my own safety so I was hesitant to get out of my vehicle. I tried calling again to no avail. I eventually went inside when the guys started roaming further away when they heard the cops. They abruptly walked back. I tried opening the door and it was locked. You have to ring a bell to get inside, likely due to the crime. I had the worst gut feeling but I was inside so I asked for my pizza. The lady got my name and gave me a receipt. I do not tip when I am picking up my own pizza and endangering my life. She walks away and I could see her cutting my pizza. I sat down and waited. She knew I was there but blatantly ignored me. I spoke to another guy who said he was getting a pan pizza because they dropped his pizza on the ground (hand tossed). There was another man at the counter requesting people on the phone to send him money through cashapp, dare I say dealing in broad daylight at his place of work. I went up to him and asked about my pizza and I noted it said it was ready 15 minutes ago on the app. He asks the lady why she put my food in the warmer instead of giving it to me. She blatantly lied. I grab my pizza and go. There the men who looked like they were up to no good on the curb again. I got into my vehicle and abruptly left. I got home and the food was cold, basically like it was day old pizza cold. It could have been the guy’s pizza that was dropped on the ground for all I know. I am warning everyone not to go to this stab n grab pizza hut. Not worth the danger and the food is trash.

Don’t order from this location if you want a good experience. I didn’t leave a review from a couple of days ago when I ordered since I always try to give a place at least two chances before bashing them or talking about a negative experience, but I ordered again today to see if the experience was any better. It wasn’t besides the delivery time. Order 1: I ordered the $11 pizza box deal around 7, and I don’t get the order until about 10. I called the store asking for a refund, and after some back and forth due to me not understanding that I’ll get a refund when they say they’ll cancel the order, I’m given a refund. Due to the refund, I decide I’ll try them again. I also just want to add, they apparently had one driver on a Friday night which is unheard of at anywhere primarily focused on selling pizza. Order 2: I ordered the exact same box deal. The order came promptly which was a good start, but when I open the box, the breadsticks have no seasoning on them so it’s basically like I just bought hard bread, the cinnamon sticks are just as burnt as the order before, and the pizza which was light sauce and extra cheese wasn’t even the same quality as the pizza before. By that I mean, it wasn’t extra cheese and some areas were light sauce while other areas were heavy on the sauce. This time I didn’t even callback due to no intention of ever ordering from here again. I don’t typically write reviews, especially just to complain, but if you want a decent experience, don’t order from here. The drivers are nice, but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality of food and the headache that will inevitably follow.

Definitely zero stars. This place should be closed. I ordered a pizza and the driver never showed up. They did not try to call nor knock on my door per the instructions. I spoke to the register and the manager over the phone multiple times. They said they didn't know who to believe: me or the driver. They said the driver had calls to my phone. I have Google Voice with forwarding and showed no calls received or missed. The driver or manager decided not to do deliveries anymore. I spoke with the manager and she stated that the driver returned the pizza and canceled the order. I asked them to bring it back. This was after an hour and 30 minutes! Then, I called back to see what happened to the order! The manager stated she remade the order and it would take another 45 minutes! The driver never showed up with supposed remake of my order. I contacted Pizza Hut customer service both times after staff interactions. It might be cheaper for them to just not have deliveries even though it's listed as such. Most people would not even go a full three hours to wait on their pizza. Pizza Hut corporate sent a coupon for a free pizza, but there are only two in Atlanta and out of that two, only this establishment offers delivery. Safe to say, I'm not ordering from this one ever again. I agree, boycott it. I used to like Pizza Hut more than Domino's and Papa John's. Now, this Pizza Hut has ruined my interest in ever ordering from them again. Please fix this establishment ASAP.

I ordered a delivery online at 9:30. This store always takes a long time to deliver, and the delivery time said it might take over an hour (even though I live 0.9 miles away), but that was fine, I was in no hurry. But now it's after 11:30 and I called the store for a status update since they close at midnight. The guy on the phone told me I did not order, and that they have not been taking delivery orders all night (contrary to the attached picture) and that if I did order a delivery, they canceled it. But the pizza hut site still says my order is being prepared, even when I refresh it--see the attached screenshot. When I told him that my card has been charged, he told me I was wrong (my bank disagrees, but we'll sort that out tomorrow, I guess). He said I could come to the store to pick up a carryout if I placed another order, but I'm not about to do that when I've still got a pending charge already on my card. Plus it's now 11:30 at night and I have work in the morning. This store is usually fine for carryout, but you are taking a gamble if you order delivery from them. Really just the worst I've ever seen. I mean I've had deliveries not show up before from other restaurants, and I get it, stuff happens. But at another place they'd let me know my order was canceled or give me a coupon or something instead of just pretending that I never ordered.

I ordered online from this location last night around 9:18 pm. I didn't get my food until about 11:00 pm. Ridiculous. I did not receive ANY updates on the site until I had called them around 10:00 pm. A lady answered the phone and I told her how it's been about an hour and I had not seen any online updates on my order. (I wanted to make sure they were actually making it and not blowing it off because it was getting closer and closer to closing time, which was 10:45 pm). It seems like as soon as I told her this, I had received a mobile update that my order was out for delivery. So I had to call the store just to get them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place? After she had finished updating me on my order, I began to respond and she hung up in my face in the middle of my sentence. I know she did that because I wouldn't have the chance to ask her name. So I couldn't really do or say anything about that. I waited on the order until about 11:00 pm, I had not received any further updates. I did not receive a notification that my order was delivered. So I checked and found that it had been sitting there. I checked my food and they still didn't give me the wings that I ordered and paid for. Terrible customer service, very rude as well, and no care for getting the order right either. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Possibly the rudest disturbing phone conversation with a business I have ever had. Let’s start with the lack of a greeting… I was placed on hold which was actually just putting the phone down so I could hear the ruckus that was going on. The very dismissive tone of the young lady speaking was disturbing. I couldn’t imagine being that annoyed with life. The unpleasant exchange was a reminder that simple manners and respect for another human being isn’t being taught by parents nor business owners. I never felt more uncomfortable on a call. I called for a Friday night pizza with my family and instead I felt like I was getting in the way of someone’s weekend or as though the employee was so unhappy with her workplace that had no reason to care about the quality of work ethics she poses let alone dignity for herself as a person. We all start somewhere. I don’t expect anyone with career experience or education to be long time employees of an establishment such as this. However I do expect for businesses to impart some degree of customer service standards that are executable by a civil, sane, and self respecting human being. I’m appalled.

Ordered a pizza from here because of the T-Mobile $8 deal. I shouldn’t have though. They have a $12 minimum for delivery, and I understand that but once you add enough to reach the delivery minimum they charge almost $5 for a delivery fee. The driver does not get that fee, so in reality it is theft and a false advertisement fee. Because I don’t believe in being stolen from I chose carry out. The confrontation page and email said it would be ready in 15 - 25 minutes. My partner went to pick it up, and had to wait 1 hour for it to be ready. In addition to that they did not want to give it to him, even though he had the email confirmation as well as the screen captures from the website. The person at the counter gave him extreme attitude, that even I could hear over the phone. Can’t say that I will do any business with this location moving forward. There’s a Papa Johns, and many other food choices equally distanced from the house, that I will choose to do business with. I’m addition to the poor customer service, the marinara sauce for the breadsticks was watery and only a quarter way full. Smh.

Tried ordering online and they never got the order. Then tried ordering over the phone and they priced it more than quoted online (even after factoring out the online-discount). They said I would have to order online again if I wanted it, but then if I ordered online they wouldn't get the order according to their original statement about the paying by cash option. Come on guys. What the heck. UPDATE: After a year, I tried again...I ordered two hours ago...still no pizza. I called the store after an hour of waiting, and was told it should be here in 15 minutes....almost an hour later and still nothing. No pizza, no call from the driver. Update to the update: Just got the pizza, 2 hours after ordering it...and boy oh boy did they manage to botch it. The pizza was completely overcooked and cold when it had gotten to me...Add to it, they also got my drink order wrong. It's impressively bad....NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Anyway other delivery service is a million times better. Zero stars.

The word apathy comes to mind. I’ve gotten the entirely wrong order before and the Grubhub driver was just like, “You’ve gotta talk to the store.” There’s no way to call the location when something is wrong! It goes straight to a call center and even then it takes ages to get through to someone. And don’t even think about adding any special requests. Ya know. Like EVERY OTHER CHAIN PIZZA APP LETS YOU DO (I.e. bake the pizza well done). They’re not going to honor special requests. They don’t seem to even read them. They truly do not care. I went into the store once and spoke with a manager while I was waiting on my order. He told me about the trouble they’d been having because corporate won’t let customers call the location directly. He offered to give me credits on my account (he’s the reason I gave two stars instead of one). But credits are kind of useless unless you go in to the store to order. Since I can’t call them those credits will just sit there until I can go in.

Ordered a pizza three hours ago, and called after an hour and fifteen minutes to check the status. I was told it was in the oven and would be out for delivery 20 minutes max. I just called again and finally reached someone at this location after being on hold for twenty minutes and being transferred by the call center three different times. When I finally got through I was told that they tried to deliver the pizza and they couldn't reach me. The delivery instructions literally said "Call upon arrival." I received no call, and double checked that my number was entered correctly. It was. I guarantee no attempt was made. I can't believe what a joke this Pizza Hut location is. Avoid at all costs. Don't waste your time. Edit: I emailed GPS Hospitality per owner's response below since they wanted "to make this right." I didn't hear anything back so I sent another email a couple weeks later. No response again. Guess they don't care that much about making it right.

The order took over an hour to arrive after I received a text stating that it was out for delivery. I called the store and was on hold for over 20 minutes, the phone was answered and I gave my phone number and was placed back on hold and never did speak to anyone. Our order finally arrived and we were missing a pizza (ordered 2, received 1). The delivery driver called and was told that they did in fact forget one of our pizzas, she said she would go get it and come back. Over an hour later we still had not received the missing pizza so I called the store again and talked to Maunel who explained the driver had not even made it back to the store b/c of traffic (we are a 5 min. drive). I asked for a refund and was told they would refund the pizza we were missing. I understand being busy but this experience was extremely disappointing. I am keeping an eye on my account for a refund, as of this morning it has not shown in my account.

They cancelled my order. I kept calling and they would answer and ask if they can put me on hold but before I could answer I was on hold. I would hear someone answer then hold again, They were purposely trying to get us to hang up. So I waited on hold for 32 minutes decided to hang up and call back. I finally got a answer and they said if it was a delivery it got cancelled because the driver tried calling…. I called once I put the order in so I know that was a lie and yet again another excuse to just not provide service. My app said my order was still being made so now I have over $30 order that just got cancelled ? And no one decided it would have been nice to let your guest know that they cancelled my order because clearly didn’t want orders. Customer service here was beyond TRASH. The girls in the front answering phones tonight between 9pm-10:30pm unprofessional. Truly disgusted at the managers on how they run this place.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Came in town for a company convention and figured since this was less than a mile from my hotel it would be hot and efficient. Unfortunately it was neither! I ordered buffalo wings and received naked wings. No ranch, or plates. They said they didn’t have plates that’s why they didn’t send anything. Cheesy bread was really doughy and half cooked. The pizza was cold. I came all the way from Detroit and had no rental car so I paid for a delivery and tipped the driver handsomely. I also didn’t get any napkins. The manager would not accommodate me by picking up the items. They were really nasty when we called and asked us to bring the items to the store. I have no transportation as well as a special needs child, which is why I had it delivered genius! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone in town or out of town

i never write a bad review and that’s very apparent if you check out my profile, however i’m honestly just annoyed and disappointed in this place. i ordered a lot of food and gave the driver a huge tip, only to find out that this pizza hut outsources their deliveries to door dash, even then i was honestly fine with it because i just wanted my food. when the food came, none of the pizzas were anything i ordered, not even a single one was correct. again, i was honestly fine with that. however, the dough was still raw and the pizza fell apart when you even try to lift it from the box. i had no other option than to just take my losses and throw everything out. i’m hoping that my complaint through pizza hut’s support is acknowledged. i hate complaining but i just wasted a lot of money on food and i want to make sure no one else wastes their money too.

Worst Pizza Hut ever and if I could give a negative star I would! Did not receive all the items I ordered through the app and only number for the store was a remote office that took orders. They said they could not help me and would transfer me to the store. I did this 6 times and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Each time I called back the person who answered gave me same answer how there was nothing they could do and said they would transfer me to the store who never answered. After 6 calls and over 3 hours I quit calling. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this place again. I looked at the reviews prior and saw a lot of negative but had never had a bad experience with the Hut so gave them a shot I strongly regret.

This location is horrible. I ordered for a group of people at my job and they were suppose to deliver the pizza. My order was $73.83 and we never received the order. When they were approached about it they said door dash delivered the order and it was explained we never received the order and didn't eat!!!!....... The person in the store on 08/24/22 was very rude and unprofessional and among all, she had her kid running around in the store which I'm sure is a safety hazard. A complaint was called in to customer service, they provided a case number but still no resolution. At this point, this location has stolen from me and did not provide or deliver the goods that were ordered. I will be notifying BBB as well.Beware!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. My girl ordered a pizza at 9:30pm and was told it was on the way to delivery at 10:15p, at 11:30pm we had not received our pizza as we only stay 4 minutes away from the Pizza Hut location. My girl had to drive to the Pizza Hut and was told the pizza was “on the way” as the manager was on the phone with the driver. We asked for the pizza to be brought back to the store. When she checked the box at the Pizza Hut store when the drive returned the pizza and wings were COLD. The manager gave use a refund for the delivery charge, but this is the 3X we have had issues at this location. Never ordering from this store ever again.

I am only writing this review in hopes that it will help improve the service. I placed an order 30 mins before this place closed online. Usually websites are setup to stop taking orders when it is close to time to close. I get that. Pizza Hut, being a huge company, I expect no different. I placed an order and 5 minutes after placing it, I was called and advised my order was cancelled because they close at 11. I ordered a personal pan pizza. Doesn't take long at all. I feel like if you're open til 11 then you should be able to fulfill orders til then. It sucks having to fulfil orders when you're ready to go but that's what the restaurant industry is. please do better.

The store called at 06:20 pm and advised that they did not have breadsticks and didn't know why it let me order them. I advised that I could cancel from the app, but I advised it would not let me cancel the item. The associate stated she would speak with her manager. When my order arrived, the Doordash driver advised me to pay him cash to get my order. I advised I paid via Apple Pay and showed my receipt from Pizza Hut. I contacted the store multiple times to resolve this and was placed on hold and hung up on one time.

I have frequently ordered from this location. Tonight my order was delivered by Door Dash. Precious was the driver.She was loud and very rude,telling me what I should have done pertaining to my info instructed how how to get in my bldg and the floor I'm on. All of this is on my profile. She set my food on my door mat without waiting to hand it to me,It didn't take but a second for me to answer the door because I was right there when she knocked. Pizza Hut you will lose business when you have people that is so rude like this woman was.

Their food is good, but they really need a drive thru. I went and the door was locked with a doorbell to ring and a man was standing outside at the door asking for money. He told me the door was locked. I called the number for curbside and it didn't even direct me to that location so I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do. While I was sitting there 2 more people came to to my car asking for money. I almost left and said forget the pizza. Someone came out of the kitchen just before I was going to leave and I was able to talk to them. The employees are nice and the food was hot.

At 4:20 pm. I ordered a one topping pizza and asked if I could pay by phone and have my daughter pick up the pizza in person and the answer was no. The store is only 4 blocks from my apartment. She could have walked there in 5 to 7 minutes. They said the only way I could pay by phone was to have it delivered with a $3.50 delivery fee added. There was a 45 minute delivery time. I wasn't home but my daughter was there so I agreed. The pizza didn't get to my daughter until 5:55 with no apology. She was very hungry so she accepted it. They will never get my business again. Think twice before you give them yours.

Their phone line is disconnected so curbside pickup through the app doesn't work. Went in to pick it up, girl at the counter gave me my receipt, went to the back and was not heard from for 15 minutes. Another employee approached the shelf where they place completed pizzas and asked why this pizza was sitting here when the customer was in the store waiting for it. Girl claimed she had just put it on the shelf a few moments ago (lie). Pizza was completely cold.

Great place to eat at. Chery was so nice to me. She knew exactly what to say to make me feel welcomed loved and appreciated. I enjoyed their salad choices as well as their drink beverages. The pizza I order was delicious top with ground beef and mushrooms are I am Muslim and do not eat pork. I appreciated them having other options and for understanding and respecting my religion. I also would like to shout-out their boom decorum as they was piping. I enjoy every single minute of my visit and definitely will be coming back also will be suggesting to friends. Happy Thanksgiving!

I ordered a pizza and it said that it would be about a two hour wait. About an hour and a half it shows online it's on its way. Two and a half hours go by from when I ordered so I call the store. I got hung up on, and call back. They say it's out the door and should be there in fifteen to twenty minutes. An hour goes by from the phone call so I decide to call again to cancel my order. I call three times, got hung up two of those times, and stop during the third time as it's not worth my time. I doubt I'll ever hear from them. I just hope I don't have any trouble with my bank.

Short and simple: Ordered pick up, pulled into a dark trash filled parking lot. Several ppl (not customers) loitering in the dark parking lot. Very unsafe environment. If the outside looked like that I can only image what the kitchen looks like. I left and got a refund. That pizza was not worth me getting robbed or food poisoning.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Took an hour and a half for my pizza to get to me under 2 miles away. A doordash driver brought it for some reason. I had to go outside and find him down the street because he had no common sense to follow basic traffic directions. I was missing both of the sauces I ordered, along with a cold pizza. I called the store the next day and the guy put me back on hold in then middle of me explaining what happened. Super unprofessional store.

I ordered delivery with an one hour delivery time. I was staying at a hotel in Atlanta. At delivery time ( an hour after I ordered), I received a call from Pizza Hut, to tell me that they close with in an hour, and they will not be able to deliver my order, however I am welcomed to come pick it up. I advised the lady that I was at a hotel without a vehicle. She told me they can refund my money and it will take 3 - 5 business days. Why was that call made when I placed the order instead of when my order should have been delivered. Mess up my entire night.

Ordered around 5:30 pm, and only some of our order arrived around midnight — almost 7 hours later! We had already reordered at this point, which never even showed up, despite us living less than 5 blocks away. The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. We are still trying to get a refund for the $200 that they over-charged us. The prior time we came here, there was a shooting (which wasn’t their fault), and so we couldn’t pick up our pizza. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Maybe you could actually give me a pizza? I think that would be sufficient. I guess that’s just too much to ask. Instead, I received no pizza even after waiting an hour and a half for it to get to my apartment, which is 10 minutes away from the Pizza Hut I ordered from. Absolutely unacceptable service. A little over a month ago I ordered takeout from here. The pizza and breadsticks lacked any kind of flavor and, y'all, they gave me completely RAW boneless wings. Have you ever bit into a piece of uncooked chicken? It's a sensation I don't wish upon my worst enemy. I reached out to their customer service, was told the concern was being sent to the local store and would be contacted within 3 days.... still have yet to receive any kind of acknowledgement. Read the reviews, they are real. The national call center system is a terrible idea. We ordered pizza and within 30 seconds, the app said it was out for delivery. How? Then we waited an hour and called the call center who put us on hold for 5, 10 and 28 minutes each time telling me that they will forward me to the manager at the store nearest us. Never happened. They charged me, and nothing arrived. Still trying to get a refund. Avoid this company. I grew up on them. They are not the same entity anymore. Do better.

The website would not allow us to add the pasta to the deal, so I just ordered it separately. The whole time I was ordering it told me it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. AFTER placing the order I received an email with our delivery time at 6:10 AM!!!! No I do not want my order at 6:10 in the morning. We called the location and they confirmed the time as they did not have any delivery drivers. Why did it even allow delivery as an option? So ridiculous. We cancelled the order.

Would do zero stars if possible. Placed my order but it was canceled with no explanation. When I called to try to get an explanation I was placed on hold and continuously hung up on. Anytime I got someone on the phone they told me all they can see is my order was canceled and I would need to be placed on hold. Awful service. Never got my order and will not ever order again from this Pizza Hut and will make sure to tell all friends and family to go elsewhere.

I ordered four boxes of pizza for my students a whole hour before I went to pick it up. When I got there the lady had me on hold for about 8 minutes. I finally decided to walk in to see what was going on and she told me her system had to reboot to see what it was I ordered. So bottom line, she did not have my order ready in a timely manner but it was the correct order which was good. This is not a Pizza Hut that I will return to going forward.

The quality of the product has gone down dramatically. The cheese has been changed and the Thin & Crispy crust that I like is not as crispy as we like. I have tried the pizzas at 2 different locations thinking that maybe just one location had changed the cheese but it is the same the last 3 times I have ordered pizzas. Worse location ever. Would give zero stars. Did contact less. Used app, checked in when I was there. Parking lot of full of homeless and random people smoking. Felt so uncomfortable. Called the store after 10 minutes of waiting in the car. They answered the phone, but they were having a whole conversation in the background Called again no one was answering, homeless people were everywhere so I wouldn't go in. After 30 minutes I left.

A terrible carry out experience and the absolute worst pizza I’ve had ever. I ordered a big dinner box and couldn’t eat more than a slice. I tried to get refunded, but kept receiving templated emails from their third party customer management platform. “We value your feedback.” That’s the biggest lie ever. Ridiculous quality of food and absurd management. Trust me, do not eat here. There are a dozen better places within a mile.

Imagine the shame when my best paying cx called me to ask why he had to pay for this surprise lunch that my company was sending to them. When I went into the Pizza Hut on Boulevard the place was still with love it was different from all other time I have ever been inside the store the general manager had that place very clean as a matter of fact I was feeling some type of way but when I walked inside the place it's like it sparked the fire in my bedroom when it was low great job to tangent she was very scrupulous glad to see the story back alive

This Pizza Hut location is an abomination. If you try calling them to modify, cancel, or even to speak with them..... good luck. They will not answer... Ever. This place is a joke of a franchise location. Go for a Dominos or Papa John's location if you in Downtown/Midtown Atlanta.

The Pizza Hut app took my money after the store was closed about three weeks ago if not longer. I have talked to customer service about a refund multiple times & still have gotten nowhere. Now I’m at the actual store location & I still can’t get any help. I repeat do not buy Pizza from this location.

I placed order online and my card was charged. I called store to confirm they had my order they advised me they had my order and it was due for delivery at 11:30pm due to they had a 2 hour delay. I received a text at 11:00pm saying my order was on the way. The pizza never came. 12:00am I called the store someone picked up the phone and said we closed and hung up the phone. Very poor customer service.

I made a mistake ordering on the app. When I arrived to pick my order up, I realized I ordered the wrong pizza. The cashier behind the register was very helpful. Her name was Nikki and she got a remake made for me even though I made the mistake. She was very understanding and gave great customer service. A lot of places would have been rude and made me pay for another pizza since I made the mistake.

This is how this location makes a Detroit style pizza with pepperoni. I think the cook remembered to put the sauce on after it baked. It was inedible. (The missing slices were reassembled by me and cooking in my air fryer at time of picture). Corporate offered a free large pizza as consolation but they’re nuts if I’m sending that order to this North Ave location.

My pizza was ready but the lady in line ahead of me had a problem with her order so the cashier took her pizza back and was gone over 10 minutes! Took two hours to get here and I live half a mile away. Pizza is cold and looks like it's been sitting out a while. Garlic knots as well. curve side pick-up should mean what it says. I had to go in to get it. The boneless chicken wings size was not equal there were more than a couple that was very small. so make the bits have an equal size . I spend $10 and dose the service I got worth it . Not at all.
