Truly pathetic service... I ordered 2 pizzas for my kids birthday and it was never delivered...after 12hrs i received a message stating that you order is delivered and enjoy your pizza. Customer care won't work after 11pm till 11 am. When I connected to customer care and connected to store manager chandrashekar, he is laughing and saying it's not a problem and says call me after 5 min I will check and update. He says I don't have your order details at first...when gave them order details..he says his system is down.. but just in previous call his staff spoke with me and said they have the receipt and accepted it's not dispatched at all. When I said the same he was saying that person is not working with pizzahut. And they disconnected the call. I will go to consumer court for the discomfort and the mental trauma they gave me.

Rubbish… Frustrated with the response of the customer care and refund process…I have placed an order and paid the amount of 665.70 on 15th August 2022 @6:45 pm and the pizza is supposed to be delivered by 7:30pm. At 8:15pm I got a message that my order has been cancelled by DUNZO. I called the customer care and they informed me that the store person will call me. I have reached to the customer care till today multiple times and every time I get the same reply that the store person is going to call me ASAP. It’s 5th Sep and still I didn’t receive the cash back into my account. You are not able to refund back the amount after more than 20 days. Customers please be cautious. Do not get into this situation like me.

1 star for online order: Worst delivery experience ever. I have ordered online, and order got delivered after 1and half hour. And the thumbs up bottle I received is half empty. My place is just 5 min walkable from the store. I could have done takeaway If they have called me before. During the order, I have called pizza hut customer care several times, they kept on saying that restaurant people will call me back, but it didn't happen. 2 start for dine in: Restaurant maintenance is very poor. Air conditioner is also not working and have to eat in such a hot place. But overall, if we exclude the service, taste is good.

Worst experience, I ordered mushroom pasta for a pick up and when I reached store someone informed me that mushroom sauce is over shall I put tomato sauce. For a quick bite perfectly fine, service staff have to better their attitude. We are not walking into a brand like pizza Hut for charity food. Being on the prime metro line was expecting little more from the other outlets.

As I have ordered pizza and soft drink from here but got the pizza but there was no soft drink in the parcel as this was not expected from them as the chicken was not cooked properly and their are only onions in the pizza

Worst experience with pizza hut food was very bad,even though for taking order also waiting time is 45minutes after taking order service time is one hour totally we have waited for 2hours to get pizza that also not baked well overall bad experience. Please maintain sufficient staff also మరిన్ని
