Food - I would give them 3 out of 5 as the same taste is available at la Pino pizza at much less price. This is my personal opinion which may vary person to person. Service - I would like to give 4 out of 5 as the staff was humble and helpful. They packed the pizza and delivered it to my car which was parked outside, thanks to them. Atmosphere - I would like to give 4 out of 5 stars as this medium sized, pretty well decorated outlet. If you want to escape the crowd and spend some quality time with your close one then you can go here and enjoy.

Feeling burn sensation in eyes due to onion told the staaf they didn't care about it ac wasn't working nor they on the fan and the food was hopeless it's completely waste of money and the staff is also confused didn't add topping they're confused with the order as well i told them to order tandoori paneer they just gave me veggie tandoori

It's new outlet of pizza hut near PGI, good staff , space is also good. Pizza hut's new Momo's is a must try, it's really good have tangy flavor,is bit spicy, good amount of cheese and felling was also good , I loved the Momo's . Spicy garlic bread is just perfect, and it's goes very good along with Momo's , you can even try those masala from Momo's on garlic bread it will bring new taste. Veg pizza was good, but didn't like panner pizza.

The pizza was so dry and not baked well. The crust was very dry and also the marinara sauce was spread so less that I couldn't even get the taste of the pizza. Basically it all depends on the chef cooking at that particular outlet. I like the pizza hut at the phoenix united mall but this outlet was disappointing.

This is an unacceptable experience. Pizza Hut Vrindavan failed to deliver on time, which is unacceptable and very disappointing. The order was placed at 3:33 PM and the Pizza Hut system said it would be delivered by 4.03 PM, but it was not delivered. After that, I had to cancel the order. The customer service was very poor in this case, and I would not recommend Pizza Hut Vrindavan to anyone.

I have visited the outlet on 17 May 2023 at 1815 PM I Ordered Pizza and two Cold drinks the amount was 605.85 INR i made the payment through Paytm But was told it did not happen so I paid with cash. I was told that that the amount will be returned with in 72 Hrs but still no refund has happened when contacted paytm Customer care it was communicated that I have to contact the out let.

If there were no stars to rate i should have marked it. Height of brazeness!! They didn't bother even to take any orders. Visited today but Had to exit without any (sort of what to say)... Hope the management will take cognizance against the employees involved.

Veggie Pizza और Spicy Garlic Bread

So after 4 months of complaining about burnt pizzas from this outlet, I ordered again today. Same old story. I am posting pics too. If the owner sees this review, your staff garbage, your pizza is garbage, even you don't have enough delivery person and this all results in waste of money of the customers. Improve your services or lose ypur customers.

Do not consider this PizzaHut . Reason is simple pizza not good . Not properly maintained cleanness walls are dirty . ketchup bottles dirty . palassio PizzaHut better

Please don't waste your money by ordering pizzas from this branch. They take 1 hr to deliver and send old pizzas. Crust feels like it was made few weeks ago. And even found a hair in one of them. Very bad experience. Will never order from this branch of Pizza Hut.

There is nothing to find out, either family time' or with friends. You never get what combination you order. They will adjust your order as per their convenience. Further, no AC is running, so you feel relaxed. So , Domino's dominates ....!!!!.

Third class service from pizza Hut, they are delivering pizza box with upside down condition, whole pizza topping and cheese get stick over the cartoon box.... DOMINO'S IS BEST IN SERVICE.

The building is still under construction so it's dirty from the outside. Also the delivery guy was touching all the food with bare hands. They need to improve.
