Came here after a really bad day, but the lack of hospitality doesn’t fly with me. I walked in and wanted to sit and eat in the restaurant but apparently only employees sit there? Walked in to three employees chilling in the dining room and no employee at the register. I tell the lady who gets up that I want to sit in the dining room and she just walks away. Doesn’t say a word or anything. She disappears around a corner and gone for well over a minute, not a word to me. She appears and I ask am I just supposed to seat myself and she’s like no you have to order up front. Did she say that while I stood near the podium to be seated? Did she say that before she walked away? Did she say that walking up to me and then past me when she left the dining room?I will not lie. I snapped. I did say a cuss word or two at her a little but at what point did she show me any hospitality? It would have been different if I didn’t see all of the employees around doing either nothing or cutting a pizza with one and with your phone in the other. I’m not coming back. Also, if lack of cleanliness is a big issue for you, don’t come here. They’re dining room is still apparently closed due to lack of “working” employees. I’ll stick with my regular place in Fishers from now on. It’s clean and employees will treat you like an actual customer. Also, I don’t condone cussing at people but I’m sick and tired of the lack of hospitality. The employees had no problem saying bye when I didn’t even get a hello. Edit: Also what made me angry was that I had to call twice to get my question of whether or not the dining room was even open. Then I walk in and see all employees doing nothing. Not one person could answer their phone system?

If I could give this location less than one star, I would. First off, I placed my order online at 8:30 and despite my confirmation email saying I'd receive my order at 9:10 the food arrived over an hour later. Did I complain then? Nope. But fortunately I opened the boxes to find all my food was wrong and half of it cold. The driver was still in my driveway so I explained to him that the food was wrong and he tried to right the wrong and give me my money back, okay sure. But then says he's going to drop off the food he just gave me to who it's supposed to go to (who do you know who's food it is when you just gave it to the wrong person in the first place) and that he would go back to the store, get my actual order and bring it back. I contact the store and who I really hope isn't the manager, answers and basically admits he knows the order was wrong and then waits for me to ask if he plans to communicate with the driver to get me my food. He did however, give me a $20 credit (which means I'm no longer hungry or irritated, right?) Two hours later and I've heard nothing! I call the store, it's closed and I've got no contact for the driver. In no way shape or form is this what I'd call good customer service. I should have listened to all the reviews listed. I love Pizza Hut but the 82nd street location is a joke. Definitely never ordering from here again.

My name is Sergio Garcia, well on Saturdays October 22, about 1:30 pm, I was send by my Daughter to pick up a Order of 9 Pizza and three orders of Wings for my Gran-Daughter 7 Birthday Party,. When I got to your Location, there were two Gentlemen’s of Indian Descendants standing and Waiting for their Orders, quickly informed me that there was only one employees working, I proceeded to Waite, as soon that I could, I got the Employees attention to verified my Orders, The Lady did, She informed about her situation and that I was going to be ab 20-30 minutes Waite, I told her Yes. Well this is when the impressiveness happen, “One Employee on the Job” Who later I ask for her name, Mrs. “STEPHANIE MARTINEZ” . Ms. Martinez was on the Job, very Diligent and Master of “All”, Ms Stephanie was in Charge!! A very Humble person, what we called in the Military “The Duty Expert” She had me ready to go on the time she promise, them even help me to carry the 9 Boxes of Pizza to my vehicle, Excellent!! Job Well Done..A Very Please Customer. I return to the Birthday Party on Time, all were Happy..Ms. Stephanie Martinez you are a Employer Golden Gift, a Cooperate Very Promising Step-Up Management Leader. Very Impressed!

I placed an order for delivery from this store today. Estimated delivery was for 6:17 according to the app. At 6:19, the app suddenly changed from “we’ve received your order...” to “out for delivery” but the time never changed. At 6:30, my wife called the store to find out where our pizza was and was rudely informed by the delivery driver that it was not, in fact, out for delivery. When my wife asked to speak to the manager -who’s name was Roy, the delivery driver slammed the phone down and began ranting about my wife and the store loud enough to be heard over the phone while Roy was coming to take the call; when called out on this, Roy didn’t so much as offer an apology. After looking to see where our order was at, we were informed that the order - now an hour ago made - was sitting in the store and we could “come and pick it up if we still want it,” otherwise it would still be another hour or so until it would be out for delivery. Canceled the order and told them to refund it. Worst experience with a Pizza Hut in my life. Looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst customer service! I ordered a pizza to be delivered and received a text the order was being delivered by door dash. Sometime later I received another text that the order had been delivered however I did not receive my order. I waited 10 minutes and followed up with the manager Michelle letting her know about the text. She informed me that the order was not there and out for delivery. I again let her know I had not received. She instructed me to call door dash. I did not place the order through door dash I placed the order through pizza huts website. Michelle told me they use door dash for delivery. Again, why do I need to call doordash to figure it out. She told me she did not have direct contact with door dash and I needed to google the number. Bad management!! Bad customer service!! *****UPDATE***** two weeks have gone by still no pizza nor have I been given a refund. Guess Pizza Hut is ok with shady practices and and not taking ownership of their restaurants. I see why Pizza Hut is not doing well anymore

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and cheese. The breadsticks didn’t even come with the delivery and the pizza was not only cold but it was undercooked to the point most of the pizza was dough, it was not edible. Upon calling to tell them the issue, I was told the ovens were off so there’s nothing they could do other than offer me a $20 credit. Being as though I’ve not ordered Pizza Hut in a year due to bad service befor, I’ve tried calling this morning to simply get a refund. After being on hold for over 25 minutes at just after 11 in the morning, I assume they’re simply not answering their phones. I will be going to the store to sort out this issue since they’re literally not reachable. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. ...(update) only to show up at Pizza Hut to be told the opening manager didn’t show so no one is available to answer phones today and dispute being open for 45 minutes I will have to wait until opening duties are done to be attended to. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.

My pizza was smashed when I opened up the box.. I tried to eat it anyway and it was so undercooked the crust still felt like dough. So my boyfriend called them and after being on hold for TEN minutes I decided to call them on my phone. A woman picked up the phone and I gave it to my boyfriend. She was on speaker so I could hear her too. My boyfriend was nice to her and she was rude and had an attitude towards us. That’s when I got mad. She asked for my boyfriends phone number 3 different times throughout the call. At first all she was only gonna give us 10 dollars credit to my next order. I ORDERED A PIZZA TODAY BECAUSE I WANTED PIZZA TODAY. 10 dollars credit to my next order does nothing for me. She could probably hear me getting mad in the background cause after a while of my boyfriend repeating himself I started complaining about the pizza I wasn’t nice unlike my boyfriend cause she said finally said they’ll make another pizza and that it will be here in 25 minutes. I’ll be keeping my eye on the clock.

Worst Pizza Hut I've experienced in my life! Ordered online for pick up an hour later. Drove up to pick up my pizza. Signs were on the windows for curbside pick up only. You had to call the inside, which I did. Guy answers and said my pizza was coming out of the oven and it would be out in less than 10min. Never asked what kind of car I was driving, nothing! Hung up. I waited another 30min outside. By that time a line was forming at the door to pick up pizzas. Another guy said he had called over an hour before. Girl comes out takes another guys money, goes inside. She comes out with a different guys pizza and no change for the first gentleman. Meanwhile, I'm still standing there empty handed. The guy waiting on his change just walks off and says forget it. I finally got my pizza after another 10min of waiting. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again!

This Pizza Hut is the worst. My company made an order that was never delivered. They also lied to us 2 times trying to tell us it was delivered. When we asked to speak to a manager the girl on the phone (Brandy) told us she was the only manager working today. But five minutes later she told us a manager was out delivering our pizza that they claimed had already been delivered twice. We had to drive to the store to get them to give us a refund for the pizza we never received, and THE ORDER WAS NOW MAGICALLY AT THE STORE! Turns out it was not delivered two times like they said it was. Shocker. Brandy the “manager” hid in the back of the store when we were there asking for our refund (after they tried to get us to take the pizza and pay for it). I’m still not even sure they refunded the order.

I can't offer 0 Stars but that's what Pizza Hut deserves. We tried calling the store and no one ever answered. The order was placed on line and the order number was: 3230607103747001431034869 Not only was the food stale and cold because you dumped the order to Door Dash for Delivery and it took 1.5 hours. But there was approximately $30 of missing food. You did NOT deliver: • Mozzarella Sticks with a dipping Sauce • 3 extra Ranch sauce ordered as side items • The Parmesan Cheese shaker • There was NO sauce of any kind with any item. • The Breadsticks weren’t even cut…they were a “slab” of cold dough with cold and dried cheese on top. Pizza Hut should close that location if it is a Corporate Store or should revoke the Franchise if it is a Franchisee. Everyone should be ashamed.

For starters, they didn't get my order correct. One of my pies was supposed to be Italian sausage AND pepperoni, but I only received the latter. Plus, one of my two orders of breadsticks had ZERO parmesan seasoning or butter on them. Totally bland and flavorless. Our cheese pizza was overcooked; cheese burned to the point where our kids wouldn't eat it. All of our food was lukewarm at BEST. Finally, I placed the order in the middle of the afternoon for a 515 pm delivery, and it didn't show up until after 530 pm (this after receiving a text at 444 pm that it was "out for delivery"). Based on all these issues, I don't believe it was the delivery man's fault that it came late. Will not order from this location again. Will always do carryout from a location that's further away.

This place is terrible. I ordered a big dinner box with naked wings and a 2 liter of Pepsi for carry out. They said it would be a 20 minute wait. I got there exactly 20 minutes from when I ordered but the wings weren't done. No big deal. I can wait a few extra minutes for the food to get done, but by the time I left there with my food it had been an hour since I originally placed my order. When I got home I started eating the pizza and it was soggy and cold. It was by far the nastiest pizza I've eaten. I went to eat the wings and they were super hard even though they were cooked last...and they forgot the marinara for my bread sticks. This is the third time they've messed up my order. I won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Is there a no star option? I love Pizza Hut but I will definitely never order delivery from the one on 82nd again. Trouble ordering because they're out of every deal on the website, out of stock on some pizza ingredients also. Our experience: as soon as we opened the two pizzas we ordered (pepperoni and chicken with alfredo), we thought they looked a little "off" because all of the slices were different sizes.. At first we thought maybe the slices moved when the pizzas were being cut, but after taking a few bites we noticed the alfredo sauce tasted spoiled. How long have these pizzas been sitting around??? Were they left overs from the buffet? Did they just reheat them? Basically a waste of money. Not satisfied at all.

So I order on Sunday. I know, according to the pizzahut website, they do not start doing deliveries until after 6pm on Sundays. I get that, no problem, that is why I made my delivery arrival for 7pm. I made my order at 5:30pm, I did not get a notice it was out for delivery until 7:15pm. Again, not mad, I get it. But when the driver arrived she found that they had not put my wings in and said she was running right back to get them. Wings never arrived. This is not the first time this has happened. I do not hold it against the driver. I have the feeling she was running in and out quickly due to demand. Put this location has repeatedly gotten stuff wrong, even when doing carry out. I would go somewhere else if you can.

Ordered 1 Pizza and an order of breadsticks for delivery. at 7:15PM. We never were contacted by the store. When we tried to call at 930pm the store of course was closed. We called the corporate number, they asked for a order number which we provided. The order then sent out a text saying a door dash driver was going to deliver it. We opened the link and watch to this point 4 seperate dashers get asigned, drive to the store and then the order go back to dasher is on the way to the store as it was reassigned. We were never even contacted to be given the option to pickup and are now without dinner over 2 hours later. If you actually want your pizza delivered pick somewhere else.

This place can be hit or miss. The last several times I've stayed in the area I've gotten pizza here. I haven't dined in before, so I can't account to that, but their delivery service needs work. I'm not sure how it works with the estimated delivery time on Pizza Hut's website, but I just had a delivery 40mins late, and missing sauces I ordered/paid for. Previous experiences have been about the same with delivery, but picking up is much quicker. Although quicker, their service inside isn't the greatest. I've waited inside for a pickup for several minutes before being greeted on a number of visits. Overall, I think I will be giving Marco's a try next pizza night.

It was delicious and my family loved it. The people who worked there were really kind! Overall heaven of pizza places! It was awesomeio. I would have tried the Cinnabon, but my uncle wouldn't let us get it. I bet the Cinnabon would have been just as delicious as the pizza. I loved this. Ordered delivery for our kids so my wife and I could have anight out alone. We prepaid and gave a 15% tip for a 3 mile drive. Driver dumped all the food on our doorsteps spillin just under $50 worth a food. Thought an animal got to it but later and looked at our security footage and found within 30 seconds of ringing the doorbell. She was cussing and visibility mad that we were not at the door waiting for her before dumping the food on our doorstep. Since my wife and I were out on date night, we instructed our kids specifically not to open the door for the delivery person but to wait until they left to retrieve the food. This is what happened...

We have had constant issues with this Pizza Hut. I placed an order at 5:30pm with an estimated wait time of 30-40 minutes. An hour later I called the store 3 times and did not get an answer once. The order was finally delivered at 7:15pm and was missing multiple items. When I called the store again, someone picked up and before I even got to explain the situation they said that if I had a problem with the order I needed to call the manager, but they did not have their number. I was then told I will need to call the next morning and was hung up on. This is the 3rd and final strike for this store. I will not be back.

whatever you do DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. We've had pizza "delivered" twice before and the first time literally took 3 HOURS and it was the wrong stuff. 2nd time we never received the pizza because they couldn't locate our place and when my boyfriend called the 1st time to check on it they put him on hold for literally 5 minutes (he ended up hanging up out of frustration) and I called to inquire about it. They said they called several times and never got an answer so they gave up. The lady I spoke didn't bother apologizing and seemed like it was our problem. Ya'll need to work on your customer service.

Don’t order from here. They don’t have care and consideration to ensure your food is prepared or delivered correctly. They didn’t send an entire pizza with my order. They often don’t include my 2-liter when I order one. Plus, they use DoorDash for delivery, and they take no responsibility. Good luck getting ahold of the store. They don’t answer their phones because they have a phone answering service that takes their orders for them. I’m done ordering from them.

Ordered a pizza at 1:47p with an estimated delivery of 55-65 minutes. After almost 2 hours, 8 telephone calls to the store which were NEVER answered, I called the main line and told them to CANCEL the order immediately and was told it was cancelled and refund was in process. 10 minutes later I get a text saying my pizza was on its way. I called the main # again and was assured it was cancelled. Suddenly, a driver appears and said they just got the order "20 minutes ago and to please take" The pizza was very cold and old, meaning that it had been sitting for quite sometime! REFUND NOW!!!

So tonight I ordered my pizza at 9:37pm.... I was given an estimated delivery time of 10:17 pm. I called the store at 10:36 and they gave me a $5 discount because the second driver called in sick... So I was nice and graciously accepted. Bad call. She assured me my food hadn't sat on the warmer for an hour. But when my pizza finally arrive at 11:21pm the cheese was cold, the garlic knots were so tough you couldn't bite through them literally, and the wings looked like they had used the last little tiny pieces of the bag. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, horrible food.

Ordered 3 pizzas , breadsticks and sauce at 5:56pm using the app. We had to call to make sure our order was received. At 7:15pm a door dasher dropped off our food on the doorstep, but we were short one pizza. We attempted to call the store and received a recorded message that the store was closed, even though the website said they were open until 9pm. We contacted Pizza Hut corporate customer service and we were notified that an incident report would be submitted and someone from management would be contacting us in the next 24-72 hours.

Absolutely the worst Pizza hut location. After waiting an hour for the food, they brought me the wrong order. Called several times and nobody answered, on hold for over 15 minutes. When I did speak to someone they said they would "try" to get my order out on the next delivery. Waited another hour and again couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Their excuse was they had 1 delivery guy and his car was "messing up". Do yourself a favor a don't bother ordering from this location. It's basically throwing money in the trash.

Placed order online. The information online said pizza would be ready in 35 minutes. I went there after 40 minutes and was told my pizza would take 15 minutes. While I sat there waited a woman went to the window and inquired about 11 pizzas she ordered. She was told that they were still being prepared, and would take an additional 25 minutes to bake. After I waited an additional 20 minutes my pizza was finally ready. I was so frustrated I forgot to get napkins, crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Horrible! No professionalism at all! We took our son for a 530pm interview with Chustal Ford.upon arrival we saw her outside. She went into the restaurant right before we did. When we told the worker that we were there for an interview, he went to get her and came back and lied and said that she left because of an emergency. Mind you, she never walked passed us! We took off early from work to get our son to the interview on time, just for her to lie. Never again will we visit this Pizza Hut.

My 2yr old daughter and my husband got food poisoning from this Pizza Hut on June 2nd 2018! I called them the very next day to let them know and get the problem resolved, the manager on duty took my name and number and said a higher up manager would call me back the next day... NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! It is now June 7th 2018 and I still have yet to get a phone call back or the problem resolved! None the less Pizza Hut just lost my business for good and they were my favorite pizza place!!!

Food was good, but the service was atrocious. Was told food would arrive in an hour it got to the house two hours later. There was no way to contact the store to check on the order. When you call the number for the store you get India and when they supposedly forward you to the store no one answers. Other pizza companies have online trackers you can check to see the progress of your order. Probably won't order from Pizza Hut again if the food has to be delivered. Others do it better.

Ordered 2 Pizzas at 12:15 PM for my training class. I have a conformation delivery time of 1:06 PM-1:16 PM. I called the store after we waited for our food and was told that that the window for my delivery time isn't until after 2:06 PM. Can someone please explain to me why I would have to wait 2 hours for my order. Will NOT be ordering for this location ever again and to top it off the person that answered the phone had an attitude because I questioned why my delivery was late.

Trust the recent reviews. This store has gone down the drain. It’s absolutely pathetic. The food doesn’t get made properly. They don’t have delivery drivers. It could, and most likely will, take over 2 hours to get your food. They absolutely will run out of product. They won’t care. They won’t have good attitudes. They won’t have satisfactory service. So in review, this store is incredibly poorly managed, and does not deserve your business. Go elsewhere. You’re welcome.

My wife ordered pizza and a lady named Amanda called her 45 minutes later and said she couldn't except cash payments so we agreed to pay with a debit card then she proceeded to tell us that she didn't have a delivery person available and if we wanted to continue with our order it would take another 45-60 minutes for us to receive our pizza through grub hub, have in mind we have 3 hungry boys. We will never order through Pizza Hut again!!!

These people are hacks. While the delivery was within in the stipulated time frame, the pizza was cold and they forgot the breadsticks I ordered. I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue, in which time I was able to drive there and speak to someone before my call was answered. I will not be using this establishment again. Being a part of the customer service industry, this is some of the worst I have ever seen.

Yikes - order was picked up about a half hour from closing; maybe they had already mentally checked-out. One pizza was missing sauce altogether; the other was missing the toppings. By the time this was discovered - the restaurant was closed. Really would like a refund - as the kids wouldn’t eat the pizzas that either tasted weird or had no toppings. Either way, didn’t get what was paid for… very disappointing.

Beware... you could spend $50 on ONE 3 topping pizza and breaksticks that never arrive. If this happens pizza hut will do NOTHING to make it right. I just spent 30 mins on hold on my 5th attempt to have this remedied. According to pizza hut it is door dashes fault. But door dash won't do anything because the order was placed through pizza huts website. Good luck, hope you get your overpriced pizza.

This place is embarrassingly pathetic. Ordered a pizza at 2pm on a Monday, told 1hr, called back at 3:20 to inquire. Told it was getting ready to pull up. Called back at 3:50 once it didn't show, took 3 calls because they continually hung up on me, then told me it would be 4:10 before it could be here. I asked why and a female manager said "because I got a ton of orders on this screen and one driver!"

Today, Feb 14th. I ordered a large any topping pizza at 1:07pm. for delivery. The Asian lady I spoke with stated it would be about 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes with no delivery, I contacted the store in Castleton Indiana. The manager answered, I stated my case and she replied, “We don’t open until 3:00 pm today”. I was totally confused since I had spoke to a live person earlier..

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. Waited over two and one half hours for delivery and after calling store twice had to go pick it up. Then all I ended up with was thick crust with barely any toppings. Chicken BBQ had no chicken, very minimal sauce and cheese in the center...rest just thick crust. Same with ham and pineapple on second one. Certainly will never use Pizza Hut again.

Ordered for delivery tonight, an hour goes by passed the 25-30 minuet time frame and I go to drive up to this location to see what’s going on with the delivery and food status, seconds before pulling in I get a text notification that a door dash driver is picking up my deliver order and will be dropped off now an hour and a half post order time. Stephanie she doing a great job She was in the place all around running back-and-forth between our tables and other people. Friday night and there was her and one other person there was busy taking order and doing all this job l felt bad for them. Don’t hassle to go there! They r not friendly and they don’t care about people but themselves! I worked there and I have seen employees picked the wings from the floor and frying them and sell to customers! They said it’s okay cause oil temperature over 400. Plus they don’t clean the fryer everyday! There more I want to share but for me I’ll never shop or work for Pizza Hut!

What is wrong with this Pizza Hut??? Why won't they answer their phone? Why don't they have delivery bags when they deliver? Why are they rude when they just forget half of your order you paid for. I've called the store for 3 days.

I’ve had some issues with this place. They are always late but not like this. I ordered a pizza at 8 to be delivered at 12:30 pm. It’s 1:39 pm and tracking the pizza it’s been stuck in waiting for over an hour. Then I’ve been trying to call and figure out what’s going on. Let’s put it this way I’m on my 9th call to them and no one will answer... horrible service

Going into pick up my order I met the new manager. From what I can tell she has really whipped the place into shape in the last few months, and even mentioned plans for lights and decorations. She seems to have big plans for this childhood memory of mine, and I'm glad someone like her has the bravery to step up and put in the care this old pizza shop deserves.

Very kind staff! The dining room is beautiful & clean. They have a nice size waiting area also if you don't want to sit at the tables while you wait for your pick up order. No waits to place orders & they work quick but make quality food. They put a good amount of sauce unlike most pizza huts. This is probably the best pizza hut I have had in a long time.

I ordered my pizza at 1:55, I get a text at 2:15 saying my pizza is on the way! The pizza didn’t arrive until 2:50.. so of course the pizza is cold,, the breadsticks are cold,, the wings are cold, oh and look like they were barely tossed in my desired sauce. Luckily I have a oven and bbq sauce. You guys need to do better.. it’s pizza not rocket science.

Waited over an hour for our Pizza to be deliver and we are literally across the street, Pizza was cold when we got it, Sodas were warm. My pepperoni lovers pizza had hardly any pepperoni on it. This was so disappointing , as I do carryout here all the time and love it. So when we were ordering for out store this was the first place i thought about.

The pizza was under baked and really thin. I got stuff crust and it was more crust then pizza. It was at least 3/4 crust and a little pizza and I have pictures as well. Just not pleased with quality. It was so many topping and dont get me wrong i love my toppings but not when they are not cooked. Smh. The crust underneath wasnt even done.

I ordered a pizza with sausage, but when I got home and opened the box, there was no sausage on my pizza. This is the second time in a row this particular store has messed up my order. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of Pizza Hut stores in my area, so I choose to drive the 20 minutes but now I am not so sure I will go back.

Was a carry out order on 10/08/2021. Arrived at the 20 minute designated time for pick up. When I got back to work and tried the pizza, it was under cooked, like eating ingredients on raw dough. Upon trying to contact the location 6 different times there was no answer each time to address the issue. Will never eat here again.

Worst experiences ever. Employees are rude ordered pizzas for delivery at noon. At 1:15 Still had not arrived. The pizzas were horrible when they finally arrived. The delivery lady said they would refund my money after she looked at the messed up pizzas. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no refund or apology from the store.

I tried to eat inside with my children and we couldn’t even get fountain drinks or be served there was no salad bar option or even the option like I said to be served our meal it was given to us in a to go box and we ate that at the table with bottled drinks smh not the Pizza Hut I remember as a child at all sadly.

As many have said, this location will deliver partial orders and then not answer phones or hang up when you call to get the rest of your order. I had a whole large pizza that didn’t get delivered. The only resolution is emailing the customer service department in the hopes I can get a refund.

Had 2 pizza's delivered. The pizzas had the wrong toppings. They were delivered by door dash. I was asked how I was paying. I said with cash. The door dash driver had no change for the cash, so the would get a bigger tip. Will not get a delivery from pizza hut again especially if they use door dash.

The pizza was good and of normal Pizza Hut quality. The restaurant was very used. There was a homeless guy in the corner spending as much time in the AC as he could. The one employee with earbuds actually was very good keeping the others on task as the rest seemed to struggle staying focused.

Very slow. Order over the phone for pick up. The poor girl at the front is handling the three tables in the dinning room, boxing the pizzas, trying to answer the phones, and is obviously still learning, b/c she is a bit slow. Probably not entirely her fault. Why don't that have more staff?

My experience there was horrible. I'll never go back. 10 to 15 minutes was told to me but it took almost 40 minutes before I got my pizza. I have no idea what it taste like because I was so mad I didn't taste it. I purchased it for my wife and she ate it. She never said how it tastes?

I got good service here and the time until ready was just as predicted. Pizza was as we ordered and nice and fresh, they also provided plates when I asked. The layout of the parking lot and entrance of the store is very strange. The customer entrance looks more like a service door.

No lunch buffet for dine-in customers. Limited and often overworked staff. Have had an order for a stuffed crust pizza switched to two mediums because they ran out of the stuffed crust. Owner or corporate need to address this. Any other restaurant along 82nd is a better bet.

Pizza had no pepperoni on it. No marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. The wing were over cooked and barely any sauce on them, probably because the sauce was all over the bag they handed me. No silverware. And the 2 liter drink I ordered wasn't the kind I had ordered.

It's typical Pizza Hut pizza, but the place is dark, poorly lit, and look a dirty and cluttered when you enter. I would never eat in the actual restaurant and I've only ever seen a few people doing so. They have decent delivery times and great pick up times though.

Ordered classic recipe crust, got hand tossed. They said 50 minutes for pickup, when we picked it up at 50 minutes the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for that long… breadsticks were not cut had to tear them apart. Cheese cups were barely 1/4 full.

Very slow. When I called to ask for an update, I was told to “just be patient.” My order was over 30 minutes late. I had been more than patient. When I got my pizza it was cold and not good. I tried them one more time and they forgot my drink. Never again.

Absolutely do not order a pizza from this place! Waited 50 minutes and kept being told it would be right out and it never happened...oh and I ordered a basic Larger Pepperoni...that was all. Literally do yourself a favor and pick any other Pizza Hut!

I'm sure the food is good when it first comes out. However it takes an hour and 45 minutes to get food delivered on a slow night. Use papa John's or pick up, your food will be cold if you wait for delivery.
