They revamped a lot of their products, the poutine is amazing now and the onion rings better than ever at this fast food. I really wanted to come here and edit my reply, because clearly they made an extra effort. ** Old review ** Except for the poutine, my order was excellent. No worries guys, I worked in a similar place before a bad batch of fries occurred. However, I am taking the time to write this review as the last 3 Poutines were pretty rough for over a month. Three bad batches in a row cannot be that unlucky. I don't want to be toxic, just giving you constructive feedback. Check your process with the fries, they're unbelievably hard, not crunchy or dry, just hard as rocks. The sauce doesn't make a difference; the last three times I bought poutine from Pizza Pizza, I gave up eating. I buy at least a half dozen times from you each month, and I'm a recurrent customer. I understand you're putting the best fries in the box and the rest as a poutine but there is a bare minimum to fries quality here and it was subpar for a while now. I use to order from this place on the regular, always out of stock of something, never offered once a rebate. I ordered again today, guess what, they are still out of something as simple as sauce. The only reason why I chose PizzaPizza over Dominos today was that "Jalapeno" sauce. The food service industry... it's not for everyone. One thing is for sure, Im done paying for restaurants delivery fees especially when they do mistakes with no repercussion/liability or are just incompetent owners, If you can't deliver something as simple as sauce, that you don't have to keep cold and has a huge shelf life, then don't put it on the menu. I did try to call the number to talk to someone, after 5 mins of wait on the phone to talk to someone, the music stopped as if someone answered but nobody did. To me the solution is simple if your problem is only occuring at the location serving my address, let me order from another one? When I suggested that to your staff on the phone, they told me that's not how it works. If you can't own your mistakes, you can't have my money.

I called at 10:45pm to order a cheese pizza and some chicken bites, not a complicated order. She said she was closing at midnight, as if somehow an hour and 15 minutes wasn't enough time to get a delivery sent out 8 minutes away. I ordered, gave her my address AND cellphone number (had to give it to her 3 times), and said to call when they got here. She read it back to me, all was good. I call back at 11:45 she says 'oh the number wasn't right and the address was wrong'. Then she proceeds to tell me that its almost midnight now as if somehow I didn't call an hour ago. The pizza here is good there but the girl who answered the phone had an IQ of about 40. If you can't get take out orders right, maybe you shouldn't be in the pizza business.

This used to be owned by the Hekmahnzada brothers and they probably still on the franchise. And it's expanding as well. If this was a whole new crew compared to the last time I saw the brothers and some of their family working gear. Still fast and efficient and I went to her tick early for a steak meat submarine with hot peppers solid dress. I know it's not good for me but it's just taste so damn good! I wasn't disappointed it was almost as good as when the brothers made it! The fact that this place is still open after years is a testament to the ever-changing stores and places in this square footage area stores and service places that never lasts too long but this place has.

I ordered a pizza and found a hair on it!! I made a call to file a complaint and they gave me an 18$ credit I used it to order another pizza a few hours later and there was another hair on it!!! I called back immediately and they said they were sending a replacement pizza ASAP which never showed up I waited about 2hrs called back and they then said the best they could do was give me a 14$ credit??? 0/10 would not recommend. Pizza pizza is not about their customers. They lack basic principal. They do not try to make their customers happy at. Dominos would have handle the situation better and they would have thrown in a free drink just for inconveniencing people. Ridiculous...

I give 5 star because they have top notch service. Been eating there every week for year and never had a problem until now. Today there was this random Chinese guy who couldn’t talk English or French well. That is not my reason for being mad. The guy talked to me in a very impolite way. For some reason that same day they where missing that one product I buy every time. Jalapenio poppers (; . I asked him why there wasn’t. Wouldn’t have minded if he just told me he sold em all but the guy just gave vague response and didn’t even try explaining. He was just trying to get my order the quickest possible with no care.

I've ordered pizza here from time to time and it's totally worth it. I find poutines a bit too small for the price though and they're not the best. They get 5 stars for their service, efficiency and friendliness. Recently I've started driving for Uber and that friendliness did not go away when I come to pickup food from here, even one time they gave me a free large pizza because someone didn't come to pick it up. Yes it would always be better to give it to someone rather than throw it out but still it was a great gesture which surprised and made me happy in these though times. Thank you and keep it up!

Order for pick up. Went there and gave the cashier my name. She went to check if it's ready. She then went to ask the kitchen. She didn't come back to say anything to me. I kept on waiting for another 15 mins. Another staff came to ask me what I was waiting for. Gave him the information and he checked on the rack where they put the pick up food and it was there all along. Wasted 20 mins waiting for nothing. Pretty bad service experience. The pizza was good.

Pizza pizza is good at all but there’s many other good pizza joints down an Montreal. Pizza pizza is good for when you’re just wanted to have a quick bite to eat. I highly recommend pizza pizza.

Poor customer service. When i came in to order, the employee was only responding to me in english. I would not have mind, but when I asked him why was he not responding in french he said that he did'nt speak french. Then another employee came to the counter and told me what was my problem. I did'nt like the attitude. Never bough anything there and never will, especially when i see other reviews saying they lack hygene.

Bad costumer service I bought two pizzas and made a mistake with interac machine and didn’t tip The guy was so mad and slamming the box of pizza on the table I understand that we should tip cause I work in a restaurant myself but I didn’t know that we can act like that If the costumer doesn’t tip.

I had more than one bad experience. 1) I once found a hair in the pizza and that was disgusting. I went back and they were rude but they made me another one. 2) there were mushrooms on my pepperoni pizza, I went back and the cashier gave me a lot of attitude, but still made another one. The pizza itself isn't bad though, this is why I put 2 stars instead of 1.

The food was awful. The service very disappointing. We order plant based burger ×2 and the 16 pack combo of plant based also. The nuggets were oily. The fries were crisper than chips ( over friec). When we complained we were told to complain to the head office and tell them to remove the plant bases meals. Why would we do that? But would never go there again.

It’s pizza pizza so you know what to expect. I am rating it lower based on an experience with their dairy-free cheese. I’m not quite sure what they had used but it tasted awful. We didn’t end up eating the pizza which was a shame. Their sides were good and otherwise their regular pizzas hit the spot. But just stay away from that dairy free option!

Cannot manage between people who came for pick-up and others who want to order, at crowded times. Waited 15 minutes to pick up and it was ready for like 30 minutes. Also they asked me to pay when I had already paid. Not finished yet :D, the gave me wrong size, a large instead of x-large. They should seriously revise the management team !

I placed a 100 dollar order and asked them to cut my pizza into smaller slices for toddlers and they refused. This is a simple request that I have ordered from many restaurants (and served as well, when I worked in a pizzeria) without problem. Customer service actually said "either you take it like this or cancel your order."

Ordered a Small Gluten-free pizza for $24 after all the toppings I added and this had to be the worst pizza I've ever had. Crust wasn't cooked toppings were miniscule at best. I've had frozen pizzas that tasted better. Go to pizza Bros, you'll get a much better gluten-free pizza with way more toppings for half the price.

I have been ordering pizzas for my class for years. They are very friendly and so accommodating. The pizza is delivered hot and has lots of topping. . The students are always happy. We love to order from this location. Thank you for your great service.

We used to order Pizza Pizza all the time in Toronto. They have vegan crusts, take care about allergies, remember your order from last time, etc. I could wish they had artichoke hearts and garlic oil still, or that they would add daiya cheese as an option, but those are nitpicks on otherwise lovely pizza.

Do have the halal chicken option but you have to ask them personally in the restaurant. Super clean location, excellent customer service. Bought 2 large pizza deal + wings and was sufficient for 4 adults. Wings were super good!

I ordered from this place today and it was absolutely disgusting. I asked for the creamy garlic sauce on the side and they coated the whole pizza with it, it was drenched. I literally gagged after one bite, it wasn't fresh at all. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I've been a devout customer for over 11 years but ever since the restaurant acquired a new owner, the customer service has been HORRIBLE. Among other events, once I was literally told to "hurry up & order or get off the phone". I'm appalled.
