Worse customer service, never experienced this from any other store in Melbourne, my friend’s family visited us in setting up our new home, we ordered pizza from this store a week before and got delivered successfully, but yesterday after ordering pizza at 10pm driver and someone from the pizza shop called us asking our address I did explained the address to both driver and guy who called from the store also told them to call me if any issues, we waited until 11 pm and tried calling heaps of times to the driver also the person who call me but no response, but after sometime both of them switched off their phones we tried until 11:30-11:45 in this spam of time due to hunger one Kid fainted, as we moved to new house we were not having anything at home, as we finally decided these guys will not come had to go out at 12am and bought the food, now after waiting so long driver messaged me “ Sorry we don’t order to that location any issues please call the store and speak to the boss” — then how come these guys delivered pizza last two weeks back if they don’t deliver to this location?? Guys also need a suggestion as my friend kid Fainted waiting for so long planning to take some action towards this store please suggest me if we can, also I am planning to consult some food Victorian department to complain, Will take some action for sure!!!

Just one star they don't even deserve that. Had no option to press star to write the review. What an attitude after taking more than hour and half after given forty five minutes.Zero customer service, no manners to talk and keep on arguing. Not here for free pizzas just My kids were really hungry. We are about 15 families here in truganina order from you. I ll make sure no one orders from you anymore. If you have enough customers we have other pizza stores. Just admit your mistake say sorry and move forward. Such a pathetic attitude. Asked for tandoori paneer as I am a full vegetarian family and got tandoori chicken, unknowingly took a bite before realisation and committed a sin in my religion, god knows what is in my fate but this mistake is unacceptable, I specifically asked the vegetarian options and picked the pizza which is suitable for vegetarians such as myself and got this instead. Waiting time was a bit too long but this fault in unacceptable, I called again to see what they can do and requested to get it delivered to my home. Why should I go the extra kilometre or so for their mistake but didn't get delivery and ended the call. Won't be going there anytime soon.

it is only good for eat in or pick it up yourself otherwise you will end up with cold food. waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the delivery and when called after an hour the person said driver is just 7 minutes away called after 30 minutes than first call the lady over the phone said more 5 minutes and i told them i will not accept the delivery if its cold. The people didn't have manners to say a sorry even. they were good but i think so once business like this starts running well they forget customer service. was a regular customer until now but i think they don't care.

Probably one of the worst Pizza delivery experiences I've ever had. We asked for chips that included lamb but instead we got given bacon, which is largely ironic considering they are catering to a halal focused demographic. The food took far too long to get delivered, this has happened two times now and it's taken over an hour. Their food was also disappointing, so don't expect them to be in business for much longer. I'll never be getting pizza ordered from them again because who knows, maybe they'll break a record In worlds longest pizza delivery.

Tiny, dirty and incredibly unhygienic. The place was filthy and the service was laughable. Obviously a family owned business, and they let their kids run around the already small store getting in the way of customers. Could barely even make an order. Didn't even know if the place was open as the sign said closed. The pizza was basic, greasy and flavourless and I wouldn't be surprised if these guys didn't pass their hygiene and food safety test...go anywhere but here.

Ever seen such a business place, they took my order & charged me $15.19 and they didn’t tell me the time to finish my order (large pizza). I waited 15mins then I noticed that The master chef made mistakenly a different pizza. They not even bothered to tell me or telling sorry. I left the shop paying $15.19 with empty hands. No one bothered to stop me or return my money, I’m very very unhappy loosing my hard earned money. And I have to work all the night with hunger. Well done PIZZA PLANET, Truganina.

I’m really not one for bad reviews but the level of salt in all the food was insane. It sounds trivial, but have you ever eaten so much salt you feel like you need to counteract it with a whole cake? This is that feeling. Pizza toppings were good but bland. Chips were extremely salty and the lasagne alike. Only the top layer of the lasagne had meat on it, the rest tomato paste (hence the salt) and a very salty cheese. Place has potential, pay a little more attention guys!

This place is ok, considering it's pretty much the only pizza place in the area. I mean we don't have many options when it comes to pizza! They do a great pizza when they're good. It's very hit and miss. There have been times when their lamb pizza contains bones, and they often confuse the order and cook you up a pizza that you didn't even order. But on the odd occasion they get it right it's fantastic. Shame it rarely happens though

Stay away from this pizza shop! Ordered a parma, meat lovers and a margarita pizza. Picked up and got home 5 min later and the pizza was cold and just horrible. Next to no cheese on the margarita. The parma had grey ham which is definitely alarming! Called to speak to the manager who wouldn't even get on the phone to us and told us to lodge a refund with menu log ( we ordered from the app) absolutely feral!!!!

I would have given them zero stars for keeping my children hungry on Friday night. I have ordered a pizza at 6pm and they said it will take 1 hour for delivery. I have call them 40 times. No one answered the call. I am here posting this review at 7:50 with frustration because they would have inform me if they were late. Families please don’t spoil your friday night due to their ridiculous service.

I've been a regular customer to this pizza place for almost 3 years now. The service and food was really good with the previous management and now even better and friendlier with the new management. Their pizza is really good and tasty. Reasonable prices as well. Keep it up guys. Well deserved 5 stars.

Pizza planet is one of the busiest and tasty pizza hub in West, they do have a million variety of pizza. Along with pizza they do have some yummy ice-cream (Halal) section and on top of that they do bake cakes and black forest cake has its natural taste from their hands. You will always see delivery boys going in and out, as its famous thing here in west.

Your pizzas are always great tasting and minimalistic as they should be. In order notes, i requested a half n half pizza as it wasn't an option in uber eats app. You guys didn't have to but you still looked at my request and actioned it as a courtesy. This gesture gained my respect further . Thank you for looking after your customers. Much appreciated

50 mins delay on the food. I ordered online and the person to pick it up and deliver was waiting over half an hour over there to pick up. I even called them to cancel it, but a lady answered the phone and put me on hold, I waited on the phone for 15mins but she didnt get the phone. Poor customer service. The pizza is good though

Ordered pizza today and waited 1.5 hours. Yes it is exactly “””1.5 hours”””. At the end they just informed us that they delivered pizza to wrong adress. I called them and told that I wanted to try their pizza first time, the guy recommended me TripleT which was simple delicious. They also sell Indian masala tea and cinnamon tea. Service was really quick too. Highly recommended

Brother Mussaddiq is a gem of a person, he has a good team there and they all are good at what they do. Quick service and delicious food. I loved their menu items, so much unique items on offer. Loved their gourmet range too.

Decent. Base is soft and light so the toppings really highlight. Generous toppings, 13" large and cooked evenly without burning the base. Only our first visit and we weren't dissapointed.

I love on how thin they made the pizzas. My husband and I have different liking of saltines yet we’re agree on these pizza.

Pizza are testy, no dought. But if you go for any dill, they put very less staffing than individual. Feeling disappointed.

Pizza was great, however the only issue was the prawns which didn't taste that great or fresh. Everything else was good.
