First of all this place has an incredible beer menu… so far so good. Then the pizza we ordered was so good too. Very friendly staff and a quaint homey feel makes this a good stop in DC for pizza. There is also outside seating but it was way too hot. Overall I’d say this makes my list of places to eat while in DC
Had a fantastic time here. The food was delicious - had some pizza and a salad. Salad was a decent portion. 12” pizza is enough to feed two people. Garlic olive oil dressing was superb! Great atmosphere. Tip - there are two bathrooms downstairs, so you don’t have to wait for the 1 upstairs to open up!
Showed up for a late night dinner after getting in from a flight. They were a little slow on ordering and bringing the pizzas but it was worth the wait! The pesto pizza was divine. Would go back just for the pesto! Our pizzas were overcooked but the toppings were perfection. More
Came here around noon on a Friday and was greeted with superb hospitality. The garlic knots were superb as an appetizer. The pizza we each got was hot and delicious. Additionally, there selection of beer and wine provided options for all. I
Very solid pizza place, more Roman style than neopolitan. Great crisp, quality toppings, excellent cheese. Impressive oven. The pies could do with a bit more sauce and the crust could use a bit more airiness and lightness for me personally,
Good local place for pizza. This is the specialty higher quality type of pizza place, as opposed to the greaselord type (which is also good, just different). Crust is light, airy, and crispy while the toppings and sauce are just enough and
We came here after we spent the day walking around the White House etc. We were tired and hungry and fortunately we got seating right away. We did have to wait a while, but it was so worth it! We just got the margarita pizza, and it was
Amazing gourmet authentic pizza. Crisp and extremely flavourful. This place has the best beer and pizza pairings I've ever experienced. Very impressed with the tastes offered and pleasant dining experience. If you're looking to try some
We were finally able to get a table at Pizzeria Paradiso after three previous attempts during trips to DC. This time the crowd was thin, although there were plenty of folks dining outside on the adjacent patio. The overall atmosphere of
This pizzeria was good overall. Pretty impressive list of beers and drafts. The annoying part was the "service fee" that they charge. 20% for dine in and 12% for carry out. And on top of that they give you multiple precalculated tip
I love Paradiso. I ordered a bottle of their cheapest wine and a 12 inch pizza and it was $97 after their mandatory 20% tip. BY MYSELF DINNER WAS $100!!!! Sorry Paradiso, I can’t afford to come back. Ridiculous More
Great place for pizza and a beer flight! We enjoyed the selection of beer and thought our pizza was a good value! The waitstaff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant wasn’t too busy on a Sunday evening. More
The pizza is great! Servers great! The 20% additional done-in fee is awful and the 12% take out fee is also dreadful! I believe it’s also illegal. I’m not 100% sure but the attorney general will know. More
Stopped in here for lunch after an afternoon of walking around. The location was not too busy for a walk-in without a wait. The service was friendly and attentive. From the dining room you get a view of
Wow! The quality and flavor of ingredients here is really good, definitely a step up above your average pizza place or Italian restaurant. Highly recommend for a yummy (but not too over the top) pizza.
Besides the service charge, which I don't agree with the pizza was good. Not much else for food selections other than a few sandwiches and salads and a very extensive beer and drinks menu.
The pizza crust is the best I have had in dc. The pizza is really good and I would recommend going for a pizza with few toppings so the under crust and cheese shine. More
Amazing pizza, high quality ingredients, delicious crust and excellent service. Very family friendly. My favorite pizza restaurant in DC More
Overall this is a good place with many options. The pizza was good and they had many different types with the possibility of
