Great customer service! We waited in line for a long time but then the ride had to close. But the person working there felt sorry for us and my girl friends and I all got a turn. We then clapped and gave our thanks, then they actually gave us a 2nd turn! Thank you so much! It was such a fun experience!

We hired the Mechanical Bull from these guys for a private event and it was an absolute hit. The team at Planet Entertainment were very easy to communicate with during the planning of the hire and the drivers were very friendly on the night. 10/10. Would absolutely recommend!!

Waste of time- very bad customer service. I was left to believe I had a booking and that they would be onsite 3pm only to learn at 3.15 they had overbooked and that they were not coming. Didn’t even try to fix the situation. Thanks for nothing

Planet Entertainment are great to work with. They're highly professional and have fantastic rides and ride attendants - very highly recommend.
