The gym is great. The music in spinning class is unnecessarily extremely loud, door wide open. Can’t even hear music of my preference from my headphones. Other branches and other gyms don’t play music to a full blast. They should consider other people’s preferences

Bad customer service ever, I canceled my membership and they did not bother sending me a message, I got a message after referring the matter to the commissioner. I do not mind publishing the email to show how unprofessional they are. Lots of nonsense on the email.

I have frequent this gym for 2 months now. I am very impressed with Edwin. During December he painted and took the greatest precautions not to mess, be in our way. I also saw him repairing equipment. He is always busy.

It is great gym and I will most certainly visit again. Was a bit crowded but generally good. Equipment really good however some only one off. Overall great gym with friendly staff and members.

Sales reps are quite convincing but I am struggling with getting my way around and establishing a training routine. Having a consultant to guide in training, not just in sales would be great.

A very clean and tidy gym. My favourite place to distress I absolutely love it there. Friendly staff machines are in great condition and well maintained. I love love love love it.

The gym isn't so well kept. And it's very very busy. Changing rooms are very cramped and the showers have a terrible odour. Not sure why it smells like wet dog most of the time.

Very good gym. Lot of good facilities and ample space. Also includes an indoor track.

It's quiet a social club and with needed basic facilities including a steam room.
