Few remarks about this: - People don't clean equipment/mats after themselves, so unless you want to dip into someone's sweat, saliva, fungus and skin tags, you better wipe your stuff before and after you use it. -Shower and restrooms were clean HOWEVER shower was cold (on hot setting, and freezing in cold!) and that's with 20 degrees outside (had snow here yesterday!) not cool -Showers don't have hooks to hang your bag/stuff, some don't even have soap stands (someone stole?) so you end up getting it wet (you want to keep it close to your shower, otherwise it might "grow legs", right?) Picture attached -Dressing rooms got NO MIRROR, AND NO HOOK. Some do have hooks, some don't. If they don't you end up putting your stuff on floor (restroom floor pretty much) Picture attached Overall pretty bad planet fitness, I hope my review will catch the right eye and they improve the bad areas.

I love how close this location is to my home and my trainer Jay is Awesome! 5 stars for him for sure because I see more of a change working with him in a few weeks than I have with the past two trainers there! Unfortunately the equipment could be better for sure! I see ropes and TRX equipment at other sites that I don’t see here that I know would take my training to the next level! Also, the music used to be a big reason why I felt at home in my community gym because there was a great range of music that rotated; if I left my headphones at home I could still enjoy myself and get excited, but now there seems to be about four old pop songs they repeat which doesn’t fit the community or show diversity at all! Some small changes and this would become my second home!

I have been working out with the personal trainer, Mr. Jason for a few months. His workouts are great and not the same all the time! I am definitely seeing more results since I changed my diet, as he has instructed me to do so many times, before. My clothes are fitting differently, and people are noticing! Thank you Mr. Jason for pushing me to do what I didn't think I could; you believe in my strength more than I do! I am getting much stronger! Mr. Jason, do you think you could have a space set up for your classes? Can we also get the heavy ropes back; get resistance bands, a sled, jump ropes, and maybe a tire for outdoor workouts since summer is approaching? :) See you in class tomorrow! I have the black card and I usually go to various Planet Fitness depending on where I am in the city. My actual home gym is the Evergreen park location, however the Planet fitness in Doty road is where I consider home. The ENTIRE staff is always super friendly. They greet everyone, help if needed, etc. The clients in this location seem to be focused on their health and working out and not using the gym as a pick up spot. My only draw back is that I wish this location had treadmills and the steppers and machined in the 30 minutes workout area like the one in Hickory Hills. Those treadmills are heaven so much of a smoother run. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff and their wonderful customer service.

I am 3 days into my weight loss journey and so far I am very pleased with my planet fitness experience in Pullman. The gym is always clean and orderly, and the equipment is very nice. More than anything I appreciate how the staff at this location have been friendly, courteous, and so helpful during each one of my visits. Frank was especially helpful with getting me prices for water bottles and towels. I recently moved to the city from Nebraska and customer service seems to be a hard thing to find in this area. Thank you PF staff for helping to make my weight loss journey a positive one.

I’ve been coming to this location on 111th and Doty Road for about 4 years and I really like it! The gym is a very good size, there are plenty of machines, the staff is always friendly and helpful and they do a good job with keeping the machines working properly. In fact they recently replaced their treadmills with new ones. I always have a pleasant experience when I come. Today My husband and I tried a session with their new personal trainer Cassandra and she was great! She was hands on and very helpful in explaining how to properly use the machines! We both really enjoyed her.

I've been coming to this club for over 2 years, I'm honestly greatly impressed with the friendly staff, they also keep the club immaculate. The Pullman club, definitely is a club that has enough machines, even during rush hour you're still able to get an adequate workout. Jessica, the assistant manager always make sure club members are satisfied and always greets you with a friendly smile. The machines are well-kept and if they are out of order it seems there quickly back in working condition. I definitely rank this club of 5 Star. Thank you Planet Fitness no judgement zone!

My wife and I have been coming to this planet fitness for 1 year Now since we moved in the neighborhood and we always enjoyed it. After they received new equipment my love for this planet fitness really increased. I recommend this location to anyone looking for an workout location that’s impartial and people friendly. Ladonna is the one I always deal with but they all are wonderfully helpful. Cassandra is the fitness trainer here. Ask for her to help you stay motivated. She’s nice and patient. Enjoy!!!!

This has been my home gym for the 4 years I've lived in Chicago. I really like the staff, how clean it is and the equipment. My only complaint is that they close early on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I think more people would want to come workout after 7pm on those days. This location has a lot of equipment and is not small or crowded. Even when there is a lot of people there, you still are able to use various machines without having to stand around and wait. I recommend this location very highly.

There are signs all over telling people to wear your mask. However several people had their masks u dear their chin. One guy didn’t even have a mask. When I lowered my mask I was promptly approached by an employee and told to pull my mask up. I have a serious issue with the selective enforcement of the mask rules by the staff that worked Saturday morning on 08/22/20. Their enforcement of the policy seemed to be racially biased. I ONLY give this location 1 star due to a very rude assistant manager by the name of Jessica. I am not posting a bad review after my first experience either. After a month of frequent visitation I have concluded that Jessica is rude and condescending. She always tells at people across the gym and never practices any sort of mannerisms. It is my opinion that it is a poor reflection of what Management should be. The facility and franchise is totally fine.

My experience at plant fitness as a 5 year member has been a great one. The gym is always clean. The staff is nice and friendly, and helpful as well. I have witnessed the morning staff keep the gym very clean throughout the day. The paper towels and the (purple plastic bottles) is stocked for the members 2 clean the equipment which is very important to me. And now, with the new equipment the organization may have reestablished it's reuptation.

Perhaps the cleanest PF around, the facility and equipment is constantly cleaned and polished. Broken equipment generally has little downtime where as other locations equipment can be down for up to a year! It’ll be good if they follow other locations where the trash receptacles have bare rolls of paper and at least 3 spray bottles. Many times you’re walking to the awkwardly placed paper dispenser only to find it empty or not working.

I and my wife joined Planet Fitness about 2 weeks ago. We see our physical fitness trainer named Justin 5 days a week. He is an awesome instructor who takes his time and thoroughly shows us how to train properly. The environment and atmosphere is very peaceful and clean. The staff is great and very caring towards their customers. I'd recommend this place to any and everyone that wants to get themselves into good physical shape.

I absolutely love coming to this planet fitness! By far the cleanest one I've been too! Other ones seem to crowded with equipment where as this one everything is set up perfectly. To top it off the staff here is awesome! Lizette is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. Very easy person to talk to. She helped me switch my membership to make this location my main one. Love this location.

I have visited quite a few Planet Fitness Clubs in the city of Chicago; My home gym is on 108th & Doty Road; in my opinion this is a better organized layout of equipment and specialty rooms. It's big, and better lit than some of the others. I've enjoyed the facility on 83rd & Stewart and also the one located in Hyde Park; the members are encouraging and very friendly with each other. That's always nice.

OMG! I have been working out with my trainer, since February of 2021. I have lost over 20 pounds with him. Well, I'm a witness to say my workout partner kenisha and I have lost weight with training with JAY. Mr. Jason is an excellent trainer. I recommend everyone to start working out with him. I believe if you really to be healthy than you will change your mindset to live and not die at in early age.

One of my favorite planet fitness to come to. They're always so clean and the staff is super friendly, especially Ishmael. They always greet you from when you walk in and tell you to have a nice work out and say bye when you leave unlike other places. This gym has many machines to workout, where there is enough machines for everyone to use. Also I like how everyone cleans up after themselves.

This PF location is the best one that I have had the pleasure of attending. They are very professional. The facility is well maintained. The equipment is in good condition. They answer there phone when you call and most importantly. They open on time! This is the only PF that I have found with early morning hours opening at 5AM M-F. The time the facility opens is very important for me.

Up here from San Antonio, TX and was having trouble with the PF app properly displaying my Black Card membership. Frank, an employee, at the fitness center was patient, professional and we worked through it. I was able to get my workouts in while I was in town. Noce to get some professionalism, patience and courtesy here in Chi-town. Those attributes are at a premium up this way. Lol!

I love the greeting you get from the staff when you walk in the building or exit. The facility is always clean and well organized. I do feel that this facility could use another stairmaster and also another fly and delt machine. Also, there are a lot of treadmills that need repair here. Outside of that I have a great workout experience here and that is because of the great staff.

Donna and Lizette are always very friendly, helpful and professional. They always have a smile, greet each member by name (Mr Cork or Ms Cork) and treat each member as someone special. In a society where such treatment is rare, they stand out head and shoulders above all others. I hope Planet Fitness management values them as much as we members do.

I visited planted fitness with a friend. Deondre was the employee that work that day. He is one the Best employees that planet fitness has. He make his customers feel very welcome when they walk through the door. He answer every question I had with no problem. He's was very attentive. I've been a member arty Planet Fitness for a few years now and have come to this location from time to time. The staff is always friendly and everything is always clean. However, almost every single machine was broken. When I visited recently the got all new machines. I was able to enjoy my without interruptions. This gives me an option to chime even I'm in the area again.

This place is great! Clean, organized, has great circulation of air never to cold nor to hot! I can stay and won’t ever get tired. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Most of the treadmills don’t work and lot of the arm and back pull down machine are out of order. This place is going down hill, good staff and it’s clean but it seems as though there’s very little care in keeping the equipments working properly. I like planet fitness but it don’t feel welcoming anymore.

I'm happy that they have that spray bottle. But they should do more about cleaning each and every machine. We just come out of the pandemic with the covid-19. That's just my opinion. Nobody want to send a machine and it's sweat all on the machine. You don't know if it's a sweat from that bottle. Or sweat for somebody's body.

Tara, Ladonna.Frank & Drew are The BEST! I’ve noticed they know regulars by name. The Pullman PF was already a very clean club ...but now since the virus, clean & sanitized are an understatement! The staff is constantly cleaning & enforces the mask rule when members get lack. I feel as safe as possible all things considered.

This was my first time back in the gym after many years (5 to be exact). The Associates working behind the sign in desk were very friendly and welcoming. The gym was clean and spacious. Not too crowded for my first day back. Locker room and bathrooms were also nice and clean. Definitely looking forward to my next session.

One of the cleanest gyms in the area. Everything is well organized and plenty of room. Great, friendly, and helpful staff especially Alex who always has a big bright smile on her face! Great atmosphere. I would like for the gym to incorporate another bench press machine. However, it is an overall good experience.

Went in to inquire about some memberships and the Front Desk Worker, Ishmael was very helpful! He showed me around the gym with a grand tour and gave me the ins and outs about this particular location. I highly suggest supporting this Planet Fitness--the workers are friendly the establishment is clean and tidy.

THIS LOCATION HAS ROPES!! Yassss! It is spacious, CLEAN, and staff members are pleasant. It is a diversified location with courteous patrons. The music played on the speakers gets you PUMPED for slaying your workout. There are plenty of machines and they were well maintained. I don't have any complaints.

I’ve been a member of this planet fitness for a couple months and I love it, extremely spacious and not over crowded. I typically go at night so I get a worker named Frank, he’s extremely helpful. Always answers any questions or concerns I have. Overall I’m in love with this location.

The staff is very helpful and handles any matters, concerns and inquiries in a professional manner. The facility is always well kept and clean. The trainer, Justin Harmon is excellent and gives complete instructions and assistance to properly and correctly do specific exercises.

I personally tried all the Planet Fitness in the area, and this location tops them all. The staff is so friendly, especially Joe. The lockroom and workout area is always clean. If you're in the area make sure you come and check this location out. You will not regret it at all.

Been to a few different Locations. Overall the Pullman location is by far the best I have experienced. The staff are professional and very accommodating especially Jessica. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to workout

Was my favorite location but this is beginning to not be the case. Too many equipment hogs who take too much time on their phones between sets. Too many people using more than one machine in intervals and as if they own this place and no one seems to care.

Loved my home gym, but lately they have been slacking on getting the stair masters fixed. We are now down two stair masters, the only ones we have. We have been down one for a month now. I filed two complaints on this issue and they have yet to fix them.

What I enjoy most about this location is the training. I love that I can get a good group workout and build relationships with other gym members or schedule one on one time at my leisure. Justin is great and you can tell he really enjoys what he does!

It's decent. I wish there wasn't so much broken equipment. Only 50 percent of treadmills work. Some key training equipment has been broken and never fixed for as long as I've been a member.
