Ordered today on DD, expecting something amazing - and boy was I wrong. Asked for no BBQ sauce, burger covered in it. Asked for cheese, no cheese, despite saying there’s lettuce, unless it was a serving for a microbe, I couldn’t find any. Pickles included? Yes, 1.5 pickles, the size of a 5c piece. The patty? Dry, and had the appearance it was cooked twice. Foul. Chips seemed fresh, only Saving grace, until you taste the cheese sauce, which tasted like nothing. The lack of care, preparation and to be honest, flavour was atrocious. There are plenty of plant based restaurants popping up, so competition is fierce, this place gave no effort to even make it into the game. Probably time for a revisit on quality control

Absolutely disgusting- do not support this careless business. Ordered through Uber Eats tonight and they had thrown everything in the bag- drinks, sauces and burgers. The sauces exploded and covered everything. Chips weren't in the order either. Tried to call twice but no answer. I wouldn't answer the phone either if I served customers food like that, there would be a lot of complaints.

The indian guy was very rude and uninterested, my hamburger was uncooked and cold, I asked him to fix it, he said “i can't” worst hamburger experience. I will not eat again.

The best plant based burgers I've ever had. 100% would recommend! Very accommodating for custom orders also!
