Really unhappy with the service at Bondi Junction. I spoke with Isaak regarding some trainers and he went to get them from the stock room, put them on the till and left me for 10 mins while he had a friendly chat with someone else. I had to remind him I was still waiting and I was going to leave. However I was buying trainers for my partner and I asked him 3 times they were a size 10 mens to which he even checked inside the trainers and said UK 10. I have just re looked at these trainers whilst wrapping them for my fiancés birthday and they are infact a UK 8!! I am absolutely livid that not only was the customer service very poor I have been lied to blatantly to make a sale!! I will be demanding a refund and I will never be buying from there again.

Just really bad service man, waiting and was completely ignored, asked for help was told to wait, there was four people on and just out the back having laugh, then when I left I could hear the snickering, cheers for that. I was in line with a shoe in my hand and several team members looked at me and served the person behind me. No one on the shop floor, only 1 girl. I am assuming she was the “manager”, that isn’t customer service, that is a joke. Continued to snicker behind me as I walked out.

Meant to write this review earlier, but thank you so much to the staff member who returned my JB Hi-Fi shopping that I had forgotten in the store. I thought there was no way I'd be getting it back. You guys were so friendly and enthusiastic! Super helpful as well in finding my partner a new pair of sneakers. Thanks once again legends!

Lachy is a phenomenal person to have working in your store. The customer service and experience he provided was excellent. I am totally impressed by his knowledge of the product I purchased and his ability to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Dylan was fantastic helping my son get his first pair of Dr. Martens! He was friendly, helpful and attentive - we had not actually planned to buy them that day but the service was so good that we did - early birthday gift :) Thank you!

Shoutout to Pedro who was super personable and amazing service when the store was crazy busy. Walked out with a new pair, didnt feel pressured to buy. Super genuine guy! Great range of shoes in store too and epic sale!

I needed to ring the store to see if they had a certain shoe in stock . It is impossible !! I could not contact anyone to help me . Please have phones that connect to the store .
