I came for here for exchanging my product which i bought from online due to sizing issue I went to this store to return. The staff was decent but the one in the counter I am telling you mate if you don't feel okay, which is very normal, then don't come to your workplace and make your customers day bad i know you are white it's natural you will look down on brown people like me,it's 2023 and its a shame that platypus promotes racism by employing this people. kindly try to treat your customers equally.I bought a bag to carry my product which was uncomfortable to carry as the shoe box was not fitting well ,when I returned my product and choose a one size bigger I asked for a bag and the guy said "I thought you had one" such a shame to platypus,you can't even give a bag to your customer,which you should be asking!you can build a company but if the customers are not happy,its should be concerning.I saw some reviews about the music being too loud and platypus replied to them saying their typical answer,I thought they might have taken some action,but I was wrong the music is way too loud. Lastly,this will be my first and last time shopping from Plaltypus and kindly platypus team don't try to reply with your generic replies to poor customer service with slightly changing the sentences

Poor customer service, no one cares about taking care of the customer Waited for 20 minutes to get a pair of shoes for a Christmas present Requested size 10 US for men, and they gave me size 11 for women telling me it equals size 10 US for men. So many staff members around the store and no one asked if I needed help, two girls were putting up prices for Boxing Day, and I asked questions as the shoes on display were on sale but I was charged full price and they didn't know what to answer. I strongly believe all the staff need more training

Just took 20 minutes for them to give my click and collect order to me- I didn’t know click and collect would take as long as delivery grrrr. I understand Black Friday in store sales are chaotic and may be understaffed but the guy who was helping me (dude with chain and dark hair) forgot TWICE, had to get reminded by female co-worker both times and then she ended up doing it anyway (shout-out to her!!). Was not a smooth experience at all :(((

Has always been lovely when we visit the store (even when we didn’t buy anything). Staff are always friendly, Tristan who helped us with shoes selection yesterday was professional and helpful, the monogramming job he done was spot on! Happy shopping experience! Strongly recommend to get your shoes from this store, free customisation on items you buy! Guarantee of a big smile on your face when you walk out the door :D

I live in canberra and have always had great service there. Today came here and oh dear it was not good. No one acknowledged me. No one even smiled. the girl on the floor was more concerned with the music being played. There was no one else so went up stairs and still no one to acknowledge me. Left still wanting to buy croc and dr martens. Would have a better chance doing click and collect in Canberra

Bunch of clowns working here Never attending customers, just chatting and talking amongst themselves. Didn’t know you could get paid for chewing each others ears off. Watched as these 3 employees ignore people in the store that clearly wanted their attention. I went to take a look upstairs and was responded with a lazy “it’s the same thing upstairs” and carried on their conversation.

Poor customer service. Manager not friendly at all ! Also they should remind the customer if they don’t take the box that’s in case they can not be refund. I think that’s something important ! Anyway don’t go in that shop but the other one in the corner, the girls was sweet and very kind and they take time with you !

Pleasant experience. Helpful staff. The blonde young lady on Friday evening shift was very attentive and friendly. It was about wrap-up time but she was very patient. Even knowing what I want is not in stock in the store, she offered me to try three different sizes of different colour. Great customer service!
