Bought two pairs of Sneakers for my kids at Platypus Wetherill Park, wanted to exchange one of them (still brand new) with a bigger size, a male staff member spoke to me from behind the counter with an attitude saying that we don't sell this brand even though it was sitting on the shelf infront of him and he was told by another staff member "yes we do sell them" also said "No we won't be able to swap it with a bigger size", again he didn't even move from behind the counter as i asked him to show me different brands once he can't change it with the same one, No reason for him to give customer such a bad service and attitude and no reason for him to decide an exchange or not because it's a brand new item that I'm exchanging and i end up leaving the store with a bad experience, Worst Service, Rude Staff Member

AMAZING STAFF , love the service, GREAT and clean shoes. Got 3-4 pairs of shoes from here and I loved them and so did my sister, the staff comited to help and help me find shoes. Ordered them from Canberra and they came in like 4-5 days. JUST AMAZING WOMEN STAFF (NEVER SPOKEN TO THE MALE ONES ). EVERY SINGLE PAIR OF SHOES I GET FROM NOW ON WILL BE FROM PLATYPUS 100%.

Disgusting customer service !! Train your staff cause there delivery towards customers is rude and not acceptable!! Especially from your sales rep tyla who doesnt know how to communicate like a normal sales rep!! Not stepping in this store anymore and definitely will be advising others not to as well

Horrible customer service, we went in and stood there waiting for someone to come up to us and it wasn't even crowded and when someone finally did come up to us they took forever to get the shoes we wanted and then he disappeared for the rest of our stay

Disgusting place, my brother and I went to buy shoes and all we got was attitude from the staff, they weren’t even bothered to serve or help. The company should consider employing someone who is older than 9 years.
