My daughter and I went into the store around 10.15am this morning and spent around 5-10mins looking for a pair of shoes for myself… two sales assistants never acknowledged us in any way… we walked all around the store looking at shoes and picking them up with the idea of trying on to buy… never did we have any eye contact or question asked of us if we wanted some help etc… walked out in disgust, we were the only people in the store, they were at the front counter fluffing around!!!

I came into Platypus for an exchange even though I didn't have a physical receipt. The store clerk looked up my email and allowed me to an exchange anyway. She made it all seem like it was no big deal at all, when I was ready to be turned away. This is some of the best customer service I've experienced and certainly makes up for some bad experiences I've had with platypus in the past. Thanks so much to Kathryn and her colleague for being so kind and helpful!

Very Poor experience at platypus. The young girl there didn't acknowledge me at all and there was only two other people in the store, lucky I knew exactly what I wanted so her job wasn't that hard. Also the music was up so loud I couldn't hear myself think or her even answer my questions, she didn't smile once. Very disappointing.

The store had no customers and 3 workers but still no one available to help me with sizes.

Store Manager was incredibly rude and inattentive. Complete lack of professionalism.

Went there for a pair of docs but they dont stock/sell any more than eight hole.
