Great place to shop in. Sales assistants are always very friendly and attentive. Knowledgeable and genuinely interested with what your looking for. Will always come here to buy shoes. There was a sales assistant Lee who was terrific, thank you!

Good service! Although the shop didn't have the style I wanted, a staff named Alonzo helped me transfer the goods for free and sent them to my address directly, and he also patiently answered my questions. It's a great sneaker store to visit!

Never walked into a store before that had very friendly staff and over welcoming thanks to lee and ken who helped me this morning with my shoes I loved the service, very good with upsales and of course I will Be back for more shoes :)

After my online order was lost for 2 weeks - caitlin at the penrith store , resolved the problem calmly in 5 mins. Even tracking down the last pair of shoes in my size, in australia. Wonderful customer service caitlin!

Great experience tonight at the Penrith store. Zoe helped me and my friend buy new shoes and she was very enthusiastic and had great product knowledge. Will be a returning customer for sure!!

Good range of sports and casual footwear. Located within Penrith Westfield shopping centre which is one of the biggest Westfield in western Sydney and home to many big brands under one roof.

Staff could do with better customer service. If you don't appear young and trendy, they ignore you until they think you might buy, and it was a lack lustre effort at best.

I was struggling today and emotional about a problem with my foot but they got me thru it and I ended up with a lovely pair of shoes that fit.

Biggest shout out to Tyler. Helped me on the weekend find some great gifts. Later came in to purchase some recommendations he had for me.
