I got a Tom Borwne short-sleeved knit dry-cleaned at Plaza cleaner. The knit has been a month since I got it for my birthday. As you can see from the first picture, it was a new product, but the patch was stained like that, and the fourth line of the arm was also stained, so I asked them redone it. They returned it to me after dry cleaning again, and when I checked it, they just exchanged the patch for another one like the 2nd picture and the arm part is still unresolved. I complained to them about this, and they told me that the patch is genuine and that it doesn't matter if I just wear it. When I asked for compensation, they continued to react in a way that they were not at fault. Their communication method and customer service seem to be the worst. If you are going to dry-clean expensive clothes, please read my review and judge it well. I recomend don’t waste your money, time and emotion.

I was looking for a decent laundromat in Astoria or LIC as I wear linens and wools quite a lot throughout the year. I found this place on a google search- there was a 50% off promotion going on, their website was clean, and also I liked their delivery service so decided to give it a shot. Because it was my first time, for me it was not clear how to leave my stuff at the lobby (wish there were a step by step guideline for the first-timers) so I had to ask them. Also I think they should get us the total price first before making the payment even though the prices are mentioned on the website. It took couple days longer than I thought but service in general was good. I had a lot of items dry cleaned and they were packaged really nicely when dropped at my apartment. I think I’ll use them again next time. (Please do more promos!)

This place is a scam. I recently set up a laundry pickup and instead of asking me what services I want they bumped me up, apparently, to the priciest options across the board (instead of asking) and somehow - no delivery date noted, I had to call and ask for when they planned to return my clothes - my 40 lb max order came in at $132. That’s insane. I will never be using Plaza again. If you like throwing money away and want to have someone who’s happy to take advantage of you and give you no idea when you’ll get your clothes back (to the point where you have to call them and ask !!!!! ) then by all means, get your laundry done here. Good luck waiting to get it back.

Plaza Eco Cleaners is the best dry cleaning service I've experienced in the last 15 years. They're service is quick, reliable and consistent. The packaging is good and they don't cheap out. They communicate with me via text which makes it very efficient and easy. If I have a special request for rush service they always accommodate. The BEST part is they dont break my shirt buttons!! and if they see broken buttons they will go out of their way to locate similar or exact buttons to replace them. Most dry cleaners have no regard for the expensive shirts and they just crack or all the buttons. Pricing is very fair and its organic! They even gave us a free lint roller!

Excellent dry cleaners with even better service. I used to use a cleaner write across from the townhouse I lived in. Decided to try Plaza Cleaners because they were organic. Extremely happy with the change. Even though I have moved a bit further into LIC, they come to pick up my dry cleaning every Saturday, without fail, as pre-scheduled. If there's anything ever wrong with my items (for example, an ink stain on the shirt) they text me a picture and ask if I would like further treatment. They catch tears, buttons missing, etc. and always fix the problem, usually with no extra charge. Could not be more pleased.

These guys know what they're doing... I always come home late and usually I have to spend my weekend time to doing my regular stuffs. After I try this place, I can save a lot of time. All I have to drop laundry bag to my doorman when I go to work, they are waiting for me cleaned and pressed at the front desk 2 days later. I think their price is fair compare to other cleaners I used around the LIC. However, I am getting more service for free. Long as they can keep up the same service, I recommend to try their service. Definitely you can save some time and effort.

Convenient, expensive and very poor job. I come in with about 50-150 of dry cleaning at least once a month and I always got my clothes back with stains. The first few times I just got them out myself, then I actually mentioned something to one of the gentlemen there that completely ignored me and changed the topic. Another time I brought it in for a re-do becuase enough is enough and here I am again washing stains off myself. They clearly don’t check the clothes for stains. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Convenience is not enough.

It's amazing when you can text your dry cleaner and they're responsive about your garments. I brought an old coat for dry cleaning, whose metal snaps are constantly eating through the thread and falling off. Lo and behold, the snaps come off while they were cleaning it. I was so impressed that they took a photo, texted me to let me know it happened but they retained all the parts, then even repaired the coat when I came to pick it up. Incredible service and attention to detail—will always bring my clothes here now.

Had a great experience, and went there with a pretty wide variety of things to get done. Dry clean a wool blanket. Fix the hem that had come loose on the bottom of a pair of pants Fix the pockets of a winter jacket Taper and hem three pairs of pants. Went in, friendly greeting, the tailor started measuring and making adjustments according to how I wanted the pants to fit, and was really accommodating. Picked it up later that week and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The service is fantastic, the price is low, and my clothes come back to me as fresh as they can be. They were recommended to me by a colleague, and I’ve been using them ever since. Whatever they do to my shirts especially must be magic! They come back to me as if I had just purchased them yesterday. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, and they’re very attentive to special requests and details. Give them a shot, and I promise that you won’t regret it.

First time using Plaza, best dry cleaner I’ve ever experienced. Dropped off a couple pieces that seemed beyond cleaning; white, delicate, intricate, lace covered in makeup and spray tan, came back PURE WHITE, I honestly couldn’t even believe it. Also had a vintage velvet blazer cleaned and buttons fixed, they stitched all the little tears which I didn’t ask them to do but it so appreciated. Excellent service, everything looks brand new. I’m so pleased.

Plaza Cleaners did an amazing job with tailoring my dress. I called on a Saturday, was fitted that day and was told the tailor would begin working on the dress on Tuesday and I would have it delivered to my door by EOD Thursday. They told me on Tuesday afternoon that the dress was already finished! The dress fits perfectly and I’m so impressed with the quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Plaza Eco Cleaners is my favorite dry cleaner and tailor. I’ve had two gowns altered there and both turned out perfectly. They were very transparent about the alterations they could make to my gowns. Their tailoring exceeded my expectations and at such a reasonable price, too. My dry cleaned garments always return better than brand new. Their service, attention to detail, and fast turn around times can’t be beat. Definitely my go to in LIC.

Plaza cleaner is the best dry cleaner and tailor that I have found in NYC. The service is great and the people are friendly and professional. Although I do not live in LIC I still continue to use plaza cleaners as my dry cleaner and tailor because of their outstanding tailoring/dry cleaning service. Wow! I just used Plaza Eco for the first time. I live on the Upper West Side and they picked up and delivered. They texted every step of the way! Incredible! My clothes look great and I feel better about less chemicals. Next time I think I'll give them a garment bag because I still feel bad about the plastic wrap!

Went in with some pants that don't fit and they informed me the pants didn't fit and I should return them. I asked for them to alter them and they said they don't do alterations and don't do measurements

Goto wash n fold delivery Service. Use them all the time. Pick up in the afternoon and usually deliver next day. Everything is extremely clean and folded tightly. Can not recommend more.

Had my down jacket dry cleaned here and then got back with this stain in several places. Not sure what is it but couldn’t get rid of it myself.
