They say that every 10 years, a relationship is ready for change or something, at least, to reinvigorate it.. not mine with Plaza, and that's where we've arrived almost to the day! They go from strength to strength, as do we by default, because they take care of every detail in a very efficient and amenable way. They are equally sensitive to both landlord and tenant, securing the path of minimum disturbance and stress. For me, their greatest triumph is in their response time, invariably by return, and therein lies just one of their keys to success, because the assurance is there long before you've had time to start worrying!
