Nice selection of products but the staff won’t greet you. I walked in today around lunch time and although there was only one other customer in the store the staff ignored me. I assumed they were busy with something so I left and came back an hour later and STILL wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help. I was standing right next to the employee and I could tell she knew I was there but she continued fiddling with a display and didn’t even make eye contact with me! Did she think I was stealing? I gave up, appalled at the service and drove to Hornsby’s What’s Cooking shop where I spent $350. The ladies there are knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely fabulous, there was this kind young lady called Hannah who truly helped and supported me when I came into the shop. She welcomed me with a bright smile expressing her happiness. She helped me purchase a kangaroo cookie cutter and it’s done a fabulous job in the kitchen. Highly rate plenty …

We rented a commercial cake tin and it only cost 5 bucks a day. Then we got sick and couldn't return it on time. Called them and they immediately said they wouldn't charge extra for us being late, and basically gave us an open ended return time! Really kind and that counts for a lot.

The staff here are AMAZING. Incredibly helpful, informative and polite. The store is beautifully organised and new products come in regularly. It's really nice to find gifts, homeware items and anything for baking/cooking.

Such helpful and friendly staff! I didnt have all the icing i needed to make a cake and they had more variety than i could have wanted given its not a special cake decorating shop.
