I booked accomodation for one night. When we arrived I advised the manager we were checking in and she said no problem and she'll be back shortly to check us in. 20 mins later I am still waiting at the bar and the manager turns up and say oh sorry I forgot about you. The drinks, food and room was okay, no problems there. After we checked out and arrived home, I realised I left one of my Airpods in the room. I called and spoke with the manager, she said she would go check the room shortly and call back. 2 hours later and no call back. I called back and I was told by bar staff the manager has my Airpod and I can pickup. I organised a friend to go and collect for me and they were told they didn't have my Airpod. I called back and was told they never found my Airpod. Argh... Honestly, avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Monday Bistro Special - Butter Chicken & Rice with a pappadum & a choice of in house Beer, Wine or Soft Drink, not bad for $25! OMG, It was the best Butter Chicken I have certainly ever tasted, absolutely full of flavour, a little bit of spice but not hot. I’ll definitely be ordering that again when the special comes around. I do wish it was permanently on the new menu, please consider!

Not happy with the service for the motel, l booked a Triple room for my Daughter in Law and Granddaughter for the night. I ended up with a queen room, when we went to reception to query it we were told there was nothing they could do about it we were told that we should have rang them, why do you have to ring when you book online. I feel that if l wanted a queen room l would have booked it. I wanted separate beds for my Granddaughter as she has two babies at home and I wanted her to have a good night sleep, which obviously didn't happen. The sink tap dripped all night. The receptionist was quite rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Avoid this place at all costs. The food quality is not the best although it’s the lack of customer service is what it makes it terrible. The waiters all seem like they don’t want to be there and when you ask for extras such as sauce get told to read the signs. I also witnessed a couple next to us complain about their meat lasagna not having any meat and when they did share that with the waiters, all they did was say “sorry you didn’t like”. No effort was taken to rectify their complaint and they completely brushed it off. The couple got up and left immediately which is poor customer service. Do not go here, the food and service is complete trash.

Food is reasonably good for the price, although there’s always only a small serving of chips on the plate but the reason why I’ve chosen to write a review is because I have been here numerous times and each occasion the lady on the till in the bistro is quite rude and blunt. I think I overheard her name was ‘Kim’. Management needs to tell Kim to talk in a more polite manner to customers and at-least try and crack a smile once in a while, if she is unable to do that she shouldn’t be working in a customer service role.

Celebrated my daughters baptism here yesterday! Kim & Chef’s hosted amazingly. Outdoor Venue was great and food was delicious 1 less star because we were initially told the food will come out altogether but it actually came one by one over an hour frame which had our guests getting up every time a new dish was brought out instead of all the food laid out and guest only needing to get up once or twice.. other than that will still book here again :)

WOW, the hotel will provide you with all your overnight needs, the outside misrepresents the inside of the rooms as the rooms have evidently been upgraded. From the outside, it appears to look like a feral truck stop hotel and needs some upgrading assistance on the outside, this would also have an impact on why the volume of customer on the inside of the pub is low on a. Friday night. Inside the pub, dinner menu is extensive providing some delicious food and the decor current, team behind the bar provide great service.

Arrived at 7 went to reception I had booked a room for 4 a few weeks prior to find out they had no room for us I had two kids needing a shower and bed . After a heated discussion with reception he found us a room . We went to bistro my meal was horrible took it straight back they gave me a bowl of chips we got two hamburgers pink burgers couldn’t eat them would not recommend this place ever

The staff kept serving alcohol an offender who assaulted me for no reason. Plus they let him loose wondering around after the assault. I was trying to avoid the fight and simply waited for a taxi to pick me up. While waiting there for the lift it could have happened more chances of physical dispute if I didn't keep it cool.And guess what, no memberships to new locals but they still have discounts to old locals. What a bunch of hillbillies !

We had a party of six people eat there. We spent over $200 and found a hair in one of the meals. Once we showed them they first said it was a mushroom hair and once I said no it's not then they proceeded to tell me it was a corn hair. We left our meals and walked off. Very dissapointed with there attitude. Oh and when I was talking to the staff the chef wouldn't even come out and speak to us he just stood there and laughed

Booked a reservation for 6pm for 2 adults 2 children we arrive no table had been reserved we we're handed menus and told we can sit round in the sport bar a place not suitable for children despite this I still proceeded to place an order, the lady taking my order was rude and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. We ended up just leaving I wanted to put in a complaint but at this point seemed pointless

Always great food, very generous portion sizes. My wife loves this place for its Schnitzels alone. Kids keep themselves occupied with colouring in, puzzles or in the play area. Note: Did not use the rooms but was not going to 1 star them for that.

I have been going here for years and seen the restaurant go through different cooks and menus. The food tonight was fresh, quick and tasty however the size of the full priced schnitzel and steak seems much smaller than a while ago. Previously a chicken schnitzel was large but tonights was only small, say the size of what you used to get on a schnitzel special night!

I just recently had a function here & i couldn't fault a thing, the Service, the food all round was great. Kim from the Bistro went above & beyond with the service she provided, before, during, also after the function & the bar staff on the night were very polite & friendly. Thanks for making our special night a memerible one :)

The steak was really low grade and at $40, it really was not good enough, it was cooked as requested (medium rare) but I want a quality cut for that price. Let’s put it this way, if this steak was $20, it would probably be the right price, but I wouldn’t buy it anyway, I want the $40 steak.

Looks can be deceiving, I should have listened to the saying "can't judge a book by it's cover". My partner and I had lunch here for the first time and It was one of if not the best pub salads and bruschetta. The only negative was how close the smoker's pokies room was next to the eating area, so it smelt like smoke.

Because i was there on Thursday for lunch it took 20mins even though the place was empty when the food came even though I paid 50for the tbone my partner orded fish and got fish coctails wich cost 21 go to a takeaway

Very disappointed with the meal yesterday we have been going there for a few years in the last 6months or so the food is going down hill.We always recommended here for the best tbone steak our experience yesterday ended up us getting a refund on 3 steaks.Sad to say I will not be back.

Held our sons 21st at the hotel, all the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The staff had setup all the tables, we just had to the decorating. The food that we had organised was well timed and excellent quality. This made our evening stress free and enjoyable. More

I’d like to suggest that they update their wine list as it hasn’t changed for over 4 years. Also the food Choice is average are the portion sizes. This could be a great venue as it’s quiet and a very nice layout, but the food and wine choices are very limited.

Our dance studio had our Xmas party celebrations here on Saturday night. The event was a hit and very enjoyed by all. The food was really good and staff were just fantastic!! Thanks Kim and staff, I definitely recommend it for functions :)

Had dinner here for the first time on xmas eve and I was amazed by the size of the meals. I asked for a well done steak which wasn't cooked the way I asked but in saying that I still ate the parts I could. Will definitely be back again

Put $5 worth of $1 and $2 coins in an arcade machine and nothing happned and we weren't able to retrieve the coins. Staff seemed unsurprised but informed me I had to contact the company owning the machine.

Went for $20 chicken schnitzel and chips.Schnitzel was child portion.Orger people in our group got cheeseburgers the patty was overcooked with burnt grill marks burnt bun and dry no sauce only beef patty and cheese not worth it

Great local pub. Family friendly which is good although the food is average and has been for some time now. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to enjoy a beer, watch an event or place a bet, then this is for you.

We went on a Sunday to see what the place was like. A nice quiet pub with friendly staff. While some areas have clearly been updated, others still so age (ie the carpet). Friendly staff and nice typical pub food.

Tonight was the worst food I have ever had it was actually un eatable as a regular and a local this will propably be my last visit

I use the bottle shop regularly. Good range n good people. Knowledgeable bar staff too, they helped me with my Melbourne Cup bets two days prior to race.
