Warning: this company sells fake shoes. It was my first time shopping with PLUS. I was looking for Salomon XT6’s (Black/Phantom) in a size 6.5, and PLUS was the only store in the GTA that didn’t have them on backorder. I decided to order the shoes from their website and pick them up in store. The transaction was pretty straight forward. Although, when I asked for my receipt, the sales associate hesitated before I got an answer. I was in a hurry, so I decided to check out the shoes in my car. Immediately, I noticed something felt “off” about the box, label and stitching of my new sneakers. I could not even believe I was legit checking *salmon's* before I even made it home. I compared the shoes I got from PLUS to a pair of Salomon’s I ordered from the Salomon website in detail. Since I'm no expert, I had the shoes authenticated by a third party. The third party informed me that the shoes I purchased PLUS - Square One are counterfeit. These fake sneakers are also final sale. PLUS - Square One will not respond to my emails politely requesting a refund. I don’t even know what to do with these now, and I’m out $250. Be careful.

The PLUS store at square one mall is surrounded by a lot of great workers! You always feel welcomed when you enter the store and they help you with whatever you need! Their definitely easy to communicate with and are very polite. You should 100% stop by their store to find some great deals and enjoy the sneaker shopping experience. Shoutout Nick for being so kind :)

i have been a reoccurring customer at Plus & i cannot express enough how great their employees are! kenneth continuously showed great customer service, he’s very knowledgeable with all the products & brands that they carry. definitely goes above & beyond than what you may expect. nonetheless, they’ll always have me as a loyal customer!

Exceptional customer service every time I've gone in, clean set up and well organized. Staff is educated on their products and then some, not to mention super polite and always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. Overall a great addition to the mall. Will definitely continue to shop here!!

My personal favourite sneaker store in the GTA! Nick was very helpful and cashed me out for multiple shoes, the buyers at Plus always have the best and most fair offers. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for sneakers in Mississauga!

This store is the best consignment store in the peel region. I came in and the employees were very nice and helpful. I got the shoe that I was looking for and was very satisfied. I will definitely recommend people to shop here. Great store!

If your looking for good sneakers, this is the place to go. Great store set up especially after the renovations, good variety and choices of shoes/apparel. Every time I go Nick provides me excellent service.

I do not recommend this store as they ripped me off by selling me fake shoes for 500$ while telling me they were real. Now i’m stuck with fake shoes that i can’t sell anywhere. Be careful everyone.
