Location of this underground parking is comfortable as it's close to old town but be aware of long waiting times to "move your car" due to huge number of pedestrians. The entrance is quite narrow (for estate car) and located just behind the bus stop which causes potential dangerous collision with bus / car / pedestrians. Be aware to take your parking ticket with you or else you may not be able to get in as you have to put this parking ticket in reader to open the door on your way back. Unfortunately not every potential entrance has a reader or is in working condition. As for parking spots... There are plenty of reserved ones or for disabled people. Due to many pillars, the existing spots are quite narrow... Definitely not "western standard".

City administration parking is €0.30 for 20 minutes. This underground parking is €1.20 for each hour. Price is slightly more than city administration but added advantages are also more. It? A underground & huge parking & also secured. City parking Is not secured.
