Great service and very clean facility. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and adore Nicky and Andy. Their attention to detail, and wanting to make things right and make sure you leave happy, is excellent. My acrylic nails last 5-6 weeks before having them re-done which is amazing. I will continue to be a loyal customer. :)

Had some issues with the outcome of my service the first time around, and made a call to the owner of the salon. The problems were immediately addressed, and any issues I had regarding to the manicure were fixed perfectly. The wonderful service and incredible staff are why I will NEVER be switching to anywhere else!

This has been my go to nail salon since they opened and I have always been happy with my manicures and pedicures. All of the staff are super friendly and do a great job. Job not completed.was told at the last minute that it would take over half an hour for my nails to dry. What she was really saying was she had another customer and didn't want me taking up space. I left without the polish I had picked out yet paid the same price. There are better places in Kanata.

I always book my nail appointments here at Polish Nail Bar. All of the staff are very skilled and I always leave with a perfect manicure (I’m very picky). I also appreciate how they always go above and beyond to remember their customers names and how they are doing. Highly recommend!

Had a pedicure with Nina on my first time here. She did a great job and the massage towards the end was really well done. They only had 2 nail dryers for 3 of us which I found odd. The cleanliness of the salon was really high and we tool home our emery boards which was a nice touch.

Polish is top notch! Fast yet friendly. The salon is spotless. I've only had pedicures and manicures here, so I can't comment on their other services. They do a superb job with biogel nails. Andy and Vivian are very skilled. I highly recommend this spot.

She cut my cuticle so badly that it bled and still hurts. Also, I requested for a square nail shape with rounded edges and she did that for my right hand nails but left the other hand nails round.
