Fantastic experience, best service I've had - at any establishment - in a long time! I knew I needed at least two new tires, due to really struggling while driving on wet roads. Came into Pomp's on a Saturday around 10AM, and spoke with the friendly guy in the front. He checked every tire on my car and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed, and moreover why it was needed. His honesty, integrity, and knowledge was clear. Back inside the front office he gave me two tire options, and the out-the-door cost for each. The price was very reasonable, and a bit less than I expected to pay. He also explained the tires come with a shop warranty - and since they are open 24/7 (for repairs), if I ever find myself in trouble with my tires, I can head to Pomp's immediately. The tire tech got the tires on quickly, and I was out in under an hour. The wait was minimal, and I I just hangout in the waiting area - it's comfortable enough and has a bathroom. I left totally satisfied. The following day, Sunday, my Tire Pressure light came on. Unsure if this was due to just getting new tires, or actually low pressure, I drove back to Pomp's (this is a Sunday at around noon). Pulled around back and explained the issue to the guy inside. He had one of the tire tech's check the pressure. What really stood out is that this Tire Tech gave me a ton of knowledge on PSI, weight of tire, and expansions of tire while driving. He showed me the reading for each one, and for one that was a bit low added more air. He then had me move the car forward a bit to inspect the wheel with the low reading , to ensure nothing looked visibly wrong. I am so so impressed with Pomp's. They did everything right, went above and beyond, and genuinely care. Go to Pomp's!! Their employees, prices, and service, are fantastic.

This was maybe the 5th or 6th set of tires I purchased here? Anyway this is my preferred tire shop. I found them by chance many years ago when my son was small, maybe 4 or 5 years old (he's an adult now). I got a flat tire on Raymond Street on our way back from visiting a friend on a Sunday evening. Everywhere else was closed. This was before smartphones were a thing. Anyway, I called my friend who said to look up Harding street and about a block up was Pomp's. They were open. Anyway, I had more than one bad tire. So I bought a set. They have 2 waiting rooms. The employee working the counter that evening cleared all the chairs from one of them and kicked the ball around with my son and me while our tires were being changed. Then he gave my son the ball to take home! That was our first experience and the customer service has always been great. Currently I work nights. I'm a retail employee with crazy schedule. If I'm gonna have a problem with a tire, it's gonna be late at night when everyone else is closed. Pomp's never closes. They will always be open when I need a tire. Depending on your vehicle, they may not have as many tire options as other tire places, but I've always gotten what I've needed. They treat their customers like family here. Also, there usually isn't too long of a wait. When I stopped by the other day, I made a bet with a coworker that if they took longer than an hour, he'd pay for one of my tires. He couldn't believe that they had all 4 changed in 45 minutes! I've waited at other shops for hours waiting on tires. Not here! Anyway, I'm a loyal Pomp's customer and I refer my friends when they need tires.

Absolutely wonderful service!!! Jason from Pomp’s was amazing!! We were on our way home to Northern Michigan from Cullman AL, we’d been driving for 9 hours when one of my tires on my 2015 Equinox decided to start loosing air! We thankfully was on the outskirts of Indianapolis IN when it happened( mind you this happened at 1:00am in the morning while going thru a city we’ve never been in before!)and the tire wouldn’t even take in any air, so we were sure it was an issue with the valve stem-one company didn’t even want to look at it they just wanted to bring me a USED tire and charge me $205 but Jason at Pomp’s didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it on in and he’d get us fixed up and back on the road! We were at the shop maybe 20 minutes in total and he only charged us $20 to look at the tire, take it off, and replace the valve stem(bc the valve stem was the problem),filled the tires all up and sent us on our way! Pomp’s definitely get an A+ in our book, they were lifesavers tonight!

Fantastic service! On the return home from a weeks vacation, my family found ourselves on the side of the road on 465. We had a flat tire, a shredded spare tire and no way to get our car to a safe location. It was midnight and only one 24-hour tire business answered their phone. These guys went right to work figuring out the best solution to our situation. Despite being the only business available to help, they offered upfront and honest pricing. The man who helped us, came directly from another job and he arrived well before the quoted time frame. He delivered us a new tire, expertly and efficiently put it on our rim, and on the car. And we were safely back on the road to our destination. Can’t thank this business enough!

Excellent professional service! We were a couple hundred miles from home, early Sunday morning, with a burst tire from the prior night, a hard hit to the rim, warning sensors lit, driving on a soft donut spare, and shook up from narrowly missed being T-boned moments before by someome running a red light. They talked through everything, had the right tire on hand, well priced, assessed the rim (still good), mounted and balanced the tire, filled and stowed the spare, in about a half hour. We drove 3+ hours highway right after, no warning sensor lit, a very smooth ride. Considering our circumstances, we could not have had a better outcome. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Called them because we had a flat tire on a commercial vehicle and were stranded. They said 2 hours. At 3 hours we called them and asked for a timeframe they said another 60 minutes...6.5 hours later still nothing and the guy hadn't even started to make his way to us. Unacceptable! We canceled the service. If you cant help people just say that! To leave people roadside for almost 7 hours and it's not winter with wrecks all over the place, but it's a sunny 90° day- it's Unprofessional and the worst experience I've EVER had with a roadside company! I give grace where grace is due, but these people deserve NONE! NEGATIVE 20 STARS

We were towing a boat through Indianapolis when a tire and bracket broke on our trailer. We called around and the only place we called with kind and helpful people was Pomp’s Tire Service. From Stephanie who answered the phone to Jeremy who was so kind. Even though they weren’t able to fix the trailer, Jeremy let us keep the boat there until we could make arrangements to have it transported. I would never hesitate to call this company again. Their customer service was 5 star and we appreciated them being so helpful and accommodating! Kindness from someone goes a long way when you’re having a bad day. Thanks Pomp’s!

I have been here for two and a half hours, they just started patching my tire and putting one new one on. As for the nighttime, slow service. Overheard attendant answering phone tell a person who was stranded on the side of the road and didn't know where they where.... 'what do you expect me to do, drive all of 70 to find you?' So rude and inconsiderate of the person who was stranded on 70. I used to recommend this place, I have been coming here for years. Sad to say it may be time to stop. I am still here... now working on 3 hours. The woman right in front of me in line has been gone for an hour and a half now.

Let me tell you that we are not from anywhere in Indiana and had about 300 miles to drive to our destination when we noticed our low tire alert on our vehicle. We were actually in a rental car and didn’t pay for insurance so I had to see about fixing a tire with a nail in it. The only place on a Sunday evening that was able to help us was this place. This place was very friendly, got the job done quick for all the cars they served that night, and it was done for a reasonable price ! They take cash or cards ! This place is big enough for 18 wheelers too ! 24 HOURS - 7 DAYS A WEEK !! Strongly recommended !!

Jason! Is a great guy i called and asked how much for a tire and eta for road side, he said 3 hours. Then calls an hour later and said hell get me taken of, said a tire guy will be gettin a tire for me and be on his way. Definitely gonna be sending some guys out to them if they need any tires done while in the Indianapolis area. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Peice for a recap tire and the roadcall and everything almost 600$ t-a travel stop wanted 891$ definitely gonna be using pomps way more! 100% recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend due to the excessive fees, poor communication, & laziness of the worker. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a used or new tire prior to the tire placement. They slapped on what they wanted. My bill ended up being over $500 dollars for a new drive tire (recap) 2 valve stems replacements and whatever other fee they could tax me on. I calculated the bill and it literally makes no sense to me. With the trucking industry in basically a recession I am disappointed in companies that get over on truckers.

24 hours tire service! I called this morning at 730am with a low tire. They got me in line right away and helped me with a tire patch. There can be a line but I got in today when all the other places I called were too busy/short handed for days. Luckily I was able to go here and get serviced today in less than two hours I was done. Had them fix a flat on a trailer. 3 days later tire flat again. Called them again. Guy that came out found that rubber grommet in tire inflation system was missing. And still charged me for another road call … one flat repair cost over $400 My verdict- avoid if possible. Update. After I'd posted my review I received a phone call from the menager and he was able to resolve my issue and issue a refund. I was very pleasantly surprised by the way it was handled. Thank you.

These guys were a huge help to us!! We were on our return home from vacation when our tire blew, luckily we were within 20 minutes from this place. While they were busy they were able to work us in with little wait and get us back on the road quickly. Very friendly and polite. Made our experience of the tire blowing at 8 pm on Thursday 2 hours away from home on an 8+hour return trip home with 3 young children much more pleasant than it could have been!

Absolutely terrible in everything they do. I will never go back. Took a wheel and tire to them to replace the tire. They bent the wheel in 2 spots and never said anything and just covered it up. When I called them and confronted them for over an hour, they claimed they looked at the video and they never hit the rim and would not do anything. Not only did we lose a brand new tire but now i have to replace a wheel to. Never again will they get my money.

They do good work it's just a little slow . Glad they're open 24/7 just make sure that you have the time to wait. If there's 2 or 3 car in line its going to be a while till they get to you. No appt. Needed it's a first come first served kind deal. Definitely would go again this was our 2nd time there. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They also have road side emergency services as well.

I hit a chuckhole a little before 6 am and cut the sidewall. That little air pump that comes with cars anymore was not going to cut it and I really needed to get to work today. Pomp's tire was recommended when I called a coworker about it. Clark had me back on the road and I got to work about 7 am! Not the cheapest experience, but to have a service like this available when I needed was very valuable.

We were traveling on Christmas Day when we had a flat tire just outside of Indianapolis. After a few desperate phone calls we were so thankful when Pomp’s picked up the phone. They saved our Christmas by arranging for roadside assistance and replacing our tire. The staff was so gracious and understanding. Thanks so much to the men who gave up their Christmas so we could have ours .

During coffee hour, someone announced that a car in the parking lot had a flat tire. Roadside service ETA was 55 min. Two fellow parishioners had cigarette lighter- powered air compressors, tire inflated, and sent me to a 24/7 Pomps. In a few minutes, I was headed home. I wasn’t the only customer, but the speed and customer care were top notch and much appreciated!

The service here was excellent! We were 8n and out in less then an hour. We had a camper tire blow out on interstate 65 near Indianapolis. We were able to get a new tire and rim with labor for $207. Went in yesterday for a tire repair on my flatbed wrecker. I want to Thank Odis Service technician that repaired my tire. The first guy didn’t have the right tool and when Odis came in he had the right tool take my tires off. I work at Eli Lilly across the street and everyone there told me how great this place is. And I never figured I’d need them so soon, I hit a pothole and destroyed the tire. Fantastic service. We had the car towed to Pomp's at about 8:00pm, so we were out of options. They were quite busy for the time of night, and still got us in and out in about 30 minutes. They have a nice lounge if you need to wait and free Wi-Fi, which was unexpected. Nice staff, great work, reasonable prices.

We were traveling from St Louis back home to Michigan on a Saturday evening. We found them open 24 hour to fix our tire that was loosing air. They couldn't fix it but changed it to our spare tire and charged us nothing. There were very friendly and helped us in our time of need. Great place and great people!

Flat tire just as I get off the interstate! Tow driver advised me to call ahead to make sure they had my tire, which they did. They even took the time to show me the old tire and advised me what to do to prevent further damage to the new tire and my care. Highly recommend them!

They have an awesome service call guy named Mike! Had a semi trailer tire repaired, got there earlier than the eta, and changed the tire in 10 minutes..can tell he's a worker and not someone who tries to avoid it! Pomps better keep him around,good help is hard to find.

These guys were great. Got a flat on my way to Nashville on a Saturday night. Tire needed to be replaced. These guys are open 24 hours. I was literally there for 10 minutes and they had the tire replaced and I was on my way. Definitely recommend this place for tires.

I should give 5stars for the staff who actually fixed my tire. He was hard working, professional and helpful. The Morbidly obese guy who was at front desk on Sunday was very rude, unprofessional and grumpy. He shouldn't be at front desk. He cared less for me.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to get my rv tire changed and when it was finished, my rv had trouble starting. The guys there helped me change the battery, fix some stuff under the hood, and gave me a jump start for free.

Love this place .... been going here for approx 20 some years. The staff is great, the inside is clean, they have free bottles of water in a fridge. Quick work and done with smiles!! Would recommend going here for tire repairs.
