We visited this CL on the second weekend of June 2023. The site has stunning views and was reasonably peaceful. However, we won’t be visiting again as the entry and exit is fairly tight, especially as we have an 8ft wide van. My partner did ask the owner several times if we would be able to get on ok with the width of our caravan and he said everyone gets on ok. Unfortunately, when we were coming onto the site our caravan brushed against a large hawthorn hedge which scratched the side of our silver sided van with 3 long lines, 1 of which went across the side windows and door window. We were gutted to say the least. We told the owner who promptly cut some of it down and a hedge cutter came and did it the following day. This was too late for us unfortunately. We just wanted to make visitors aware to be careful if you have a wider caravan. Also, the sat nav details that we put in took us past the entrance which isn’t particularly easy to see the sign. Such a shame as the views are beautiful.

The best site I've ever stayed on. 5 caravans and the best views ever! Owners leave you to it. Price is spot on, electric by meter so pretty cheap really. I absolutely love this place. I only live an hour away and I could spend a week or 2 here easily. No showers but we use the vans. One clean toilet on site. It's just lovely. I cant recommend enough. Dog friendly, and a pub just down the road. What more could anyone ask for. Will 100% return. Thanks

We have been returning here for about 14 years, lovely quiet, private pitches with stunning views and a shared single toilet. Close enough for Bradford, Halifax or leeds if you want a day out. The phone signal is poor and it could do with coming into the 21st century and installing WI-FI. Lovely for peace and quiet and adults only CL. Mr Waterhouse, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained CL site for members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. 5 hardstanding pitches with hook up and individual water taps. The electric is metered so you pay for what you use. Large pitches surrounded by hedges on three sides with fantastic views out towards the Dales. There's electric gates at the entrance so a code is needed to enter so it's very secure too.

Such a lovely site for exploring this area. Views to die for and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Left to our own devices but someone on site if we needed them. Perfect access to Leeds City centre or Otley, Harrogate , Bradford area. Electricity on metre but not expensive. We spent less than £4 daily and needed our heating & water heater switched on . Will definitely return

Expensive for what is not included, £20 per night, electric extra, one shared toilet with very weak flush, no shower, it is a well manicured site & the view is good, plenty of red kites soaring around. Had some lovely fish & chips at Murgatroyds not far from the site. For what was lacking we probably won’t return.

Lovely CL site amazing views and high hedges between you and your neighbours so you get the feeling that you are on your own plus electric and water hook up to each pitch what more could you want for a Caravan holiday. Must admit that there is a distant noise of traffic but will not keep you awake …

Absolutely brilliant site! Really well lioked after by the owner David. Fantastic panoramic views over Wharfedale. Fabulous sunrises and spectacular sunsets. Watch the chickens, and if your lucky taste their eggs! Rabbits, Squirrels and Red Kites are just some of the wild life.

We stayed here for three weeks due to having a refurbishment at our home. Lovely and peaceful, David the owner was very accommodating. Timmy, who was friendly and welcoming, really gave us the country feel. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic views over the valley Hedges for privacy between the pitches your own tap electric is metered but we used £4.00 in a weekend in March slight incline from the gate up to the site but we'll worth it once you get on your pitch

Probably the best views of our great county of Yorkshire you will find, what a great location it would be so unfare not to share to others places like this are so hard to find we will definatley be returning

A lovely site great views. A lovely owner helped up off the grass after getting stuck in a,freak snow storm. Would have given 5 stars but at £20 a night plus electric meter, was a tad expensive.

Excellent caravan park only 5 vans allowed this site very friendly owners 2 showers and toilets there's a very large field for the dogs you can buy fresh eggs from here it's fabulous.

Great site , bus stop right opposite, great views. Note that the facilities are limited, but that didn't bother us as we were in a motorhome and were self sufficient

Lovely small site with fantastic views over the valley. Buses stop just below the entrance to Otley and in Pool you can pick up a bus to Harrogate or Ilkley.

Said we could camp there, bit when we got there were told its caravans only! No showers or toilets and only hard standing. Great views of Wharfedale though

Love this site it's peaceful and very private and the views of the surround area is out of this world also david the site owner is very obliging

Basic CL. Water and electric at each pitch, but the toilet block is a bit of a walk down the hill. Stunning views across the Wharfe valley.

Basic site but nice, popular pub for drink and food 2 mile walk to Masham which is where the nearest shop is.
