Going into Pop Corals was an amazing experience. The owner John was extremely knowledgeable, patient and never tried to upsell anything, great selection of corals, fair prices, healthy fish and immaculate tanks. Ended up picking up a Aussie bubble and a mocha storm clownfish, will be heading back to pick up a couple of torches.

If you live in the neighborhood I'm not going to tell you not to go there. If you need supplies from an aquarium store you will find it there. The customer service is severely lacking however. I will spend my money somewhere else. Remember, the power of the consumer lies within us, not with rude store keepers.

These guys work their butts off and it shows. It’s not easy to take care of coral and marine fishes. I was recently in there and I pick up some live rocks. The owner was able to steer me to what type of fish will survive in my tank, which was a beautiful Maroon Yellow clown fish.

Went there the other day but didn't like it at all. Horrible customer service, the manager was really rude. There are many other coral stores that are better by faaar in the area, with better prices and customer service, I recomend to go check them out. Do not come here

The guy is cool, but the things are so expensive. I bought 5 ft airline tubing, the guy charged me $6, a rigid airline tubing for $4 and a bag of live PODs plankton for $20. The pods are fined. Tubing is so expensive. So don't buy any aquarium accessories there.

Best salt water fish store in NYC!!! Store is setup beautifully!!! Tanks are meticulously clean and fish are happy!!! Staff is very friendly and don't push buyers like other stores do!!! Simply must visit store if you are looking for salt water creatures!!!
