TLDR; I don't expect stellar service from a dry cleaner, and I guess they have the leather market cornered so they can take some liberties, but I was just amazed at how poorly this place is run. I came a long way as they clean leather (and they did just fine on the items I got done which is the only reason they get more than a star or two). When I brought my stuff in they said my leather jacket would be $42, my wool coat was $18, and my other wool coat with leather trim would 'likely be somewhere in between' - which I okayed. Based on my ticket they were supposed to have my items ready by Monday, I called to confirm on Monday and the woman I spoke to said "it says in my system everything is done but I'd have to check in the back". I said thank you and waited - she hung up. I figured, whatever, she trusts her system. I arrived the next day only to be told by the guy who took them that they only did 2 of my items because the one he'd quoted as 'in between' was going to be the full $42 and he wanted to make sure that was ok (I explicitly told him at drop off that it was fine either way as I needed these warm coats for a trip). He said he called me multiple times (I got no missed calls in the past week) and I confronted him asking why the system told the woman working that everything was done and why he didn't leave a message. He basically choked up and said, "uh, uh, I think I left at least one message" (he did not). Anyway - I'll not be going back. Would rather send my leather off for cleaning than deal with them again.

I would not recommend Popos Cleaners to anyone, I only lasted one week because of all the mistakes that the employees were making. I spoke to the owner and all she did was refund some of the money said that I would receive 10$ credit which I didn’t get, & today I had to return a shirt again because it was done wrong and the owners instructions were just refund & let her know we can’t fix it cuz the person is out. I feel that the owner should have stepped up & fix the correction since it was her employees mistake instead of sending a customer away. What kind of customer service is that? So I took it to another cleaners to fix their mistake and It will be ready tomorrow.

DAY MADE. I had lighter fluid stains all over my brand new $200 suede leather jacket. Used store bought cleaner/baking soda to no avail. Spent all morning calling around town, and was either told that they couldn’t do it or referred to this place by name as the best. No other shop would accept the jacket. Finally called Pope’s, took it down, and not only were they able to remove all the stains in a matter of hours, they called me with updates while working with me to complete the job before my flight departing the next day! Enjoyed getting my coat cleaned, but equally enjoyed conversing with such a friendly and good-natured staff.

Just had my daughters brides made dress steamed here at Pope Cleaners. Spoke with a very nice person who advised to drop it off and would be ready in 2 days which was perfect timing because she needed it in 3. Dropped it off, picked it up when promised and WOW did they do a fantastic job! Every wrinkle was out and every crease looked perfect. I definitely recommend this cleaners for steaming up your nice dresses! I Haven't used any of their other services yet but I will be soon! Just going by their steam job, they are great! 5 stars all the way! So glad they were there when we needed them!

Found this place on Google not to far from me. I needed a new shirt pressed and my suit dry cleaned because I'm graduating from graduate school in 2 days. I'm leaving for Dallas tomorrow and the nice lady in the morning helped me out by getting my clothes to me earlier than expected. I've never used dry cleaners before, and they've been around since 1936. I figured they must be good. They were nice to me and that means more than anything. My suit and shirt turned out great. Thank you!

I took my letterman to get clean so my niece could now use it. I sent my husband to pick it up 4 days later, he paid for it and brought It home. When I hot home the jacket was never cleaned the sleeves were exactly the way they were when I took it . So I would never recommend this place . It was so upsetting. . Find somewhere else to take your items.

My son had a trip and needed his dress shirts folded. ...OMG! They looked Absolutely wonderful. .. folded and bagged. ..it's cost a little more but so worth it .. they had everything ready the day they promised. ... the staff I have dealt with are very friendly! They do a wonderful job. ..I would highly recommend!

Horrible! Gave me someone else's clothes. Then offered a discount!! Not. We want our clothes. We have plenty of $$. Can't be trusted when things so bad. They will not stand with nor FOR their clients. Stay clear. There are plenty of other cleaning services with far better ratings!

Awesome place to take your dry cleaning and the service is excellent. I love the atmosphere. I'll be honest due to there dedication to service I tried to be a delivery driver for them when they were hurting for employees, but I have continued to use there service.
