Honestly; I have tried Popeyes before from different branch and the chicken was very juicy snd fresh and the cajun fries was also fresh and tasty.. Unfortunately ; I had a very bad experience from the branch at Adnoc station by motor world in Abu Dhabi .. the food we ordered for dinner on May 30th 2020 around 9:30 pm tasted old , chewy and dry.. my kids had food poisoning and stomach pain snd vomited the food slthough they didn't finish their sandwiches due to taste and chewy chicken. I won't risk it again with Popeyes .. looks like first time I visited them we were lucky!!!

Every time you eat from a different Popeyes store it will never be the same taste. Today on the way home I stopped by Popeyes at the Adnoc Petrol Station Motor World. Had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Crunch Box. Chicken was crispy, fries were hot but the biscuit was over cooked from one side and under cooked the other side.

Honestly, I'm surprised that such a big company with chain branches all over the world could have such a bad service, the food is not at all how it looks in the picture and the portions are waaaay too small I'm pretty sure they won't see this but if you're looking for a nice meal to enjoy this is not it.

I think this is the worst Popeyes branch. Food is old, oily, and not cooked well. This is not the first time to have such a bad experience from this branch (adnoc shamkha).

Chicken and Chips

Need to change the packs it the chicken taste carton يجب تغيير الكرتون اللي يوضع فيه الطعام لانه يطعم بالاكل كذلك الدجاج كله زيت وهذا غير معتاد من ببايز للاسف ببايز في الامارات ليس بمستوى ببايز في الدول الاخرى بالنسبة للطعم

والله اول كان حلو بس الحين الخبز يابس و السندويشة بكبرها باردة مو حارة و طعم الاكل تغير كثير و اسعارهم غالية جدا يعني تخيل تطلب 4 قطع جداج مع بيبسي او كولا يطلع 29 درهم والله باهذا السعر اخذ وجبه من ماكدونالد و ارخص بعد

Food was good and the staff were great. However we had to wait 30 min for the meal as their system did not send the order to the kitchen. And they only found out after 15 min of waiting when i asked where is the meal!

The time says 3am but they actually close at 2am without any correction or regret. U r simply not welcome after 2am even if it says 3am... worse place to go to. I am giving 1 star as there is no option below 1 star.

تجربتي كانت جدا سيئة الاكل كان طعمه سيء للاسف توقعت يكون نفس kfc بس للاسف طعمه غير ومب حلو حتى البطاطا المقلية كانت طعمه سيء يمكن الزيت قديم ولا مب عارف شو اللي خلاني ما احب الاكل ورميت الاكل بس شربت الكولا.

Their chicken is indeed different than the competition, it’s crispy & reminds of the famous Al-Baik Saudi Arabia chain.

I ordered 2 49 dirhams buckets to get 16 pieces, but there were 8 wings and 8 normal pieces.... Very tricky and untrustworthy... Will never go there again and i will warn all the people about that.
