Be careful! This dealership is one of the worst places you could go to. The fact that the people here represent Porsche is absolutely embarrassing. (Dec13) Manika Pulongbarit is the finance manager of this dealership. It was my first time buying a car so she wanted to discuss financing with us. She said she will explain everything step by step and guiding me through this. Usually, financial managers try to sell you packages for extra stuff. Because I was new to this, she took advantage of it because she wanted her pathetic little commission. I had told her about 5 times that I didn’t want it, yet she was trying to force it upon me. We did decide on biweekly payments. With just my car payments, it was going to be $449. She kept pushing on these packages and ended up coming to a conclusion that we would do $25 extra, on top of $449=$474 biweekly. We financed for 7 years. So if you do the math (because sadly the people who work for Porsche don’t know basic math)- $25 + $25 = $50 monthly. $50 x 12 months = $600/ year. $600 x 7 years = $4200 for 7 years. We agreed that ONLY $4200 would be the extra payment for extended service, auto protection and windshield column. Manika’s words, “it’s going to be only $4200 extra on top of your car. No extra charges. And $4200 is going to include ALL the extended service, auto protection and windshield service.” Because these people work on commission, they sneakily added in extra $10 000 without our knowledge. Manika hid the numbers from us and made us sign it off. She lied to us about having no extra charges. She did not explain ANYTHING on the bill of sale which is her job. But clearly is very terrible at her job. She rushed us through the whole process. I take photos of everything, and if she had just explained everything and didn’t hide numbers from us, we wouldn’t have been in this situation. When we signed off, I asked her twice I need copies of the bill of sale. She said she would email it. I asked for a physical copy, she got “busy”. No email for the receipt. I emailed her again later that evening for bill of sale, she told me I didn’t need it. We picked up the car on dec 22. Saw the bill of sale and how wrong everything was. My parents went back the next day to talk to Manika and my parents were trying to understand where these numbers came from, she threw a little tantrum, was super rude and couldn’t explain anything to them. Neither did she apologize to them. My parents went in today (dec 30) to try to get it fixed and they basically told them because we signed it off they can’t do anything. These people are so unintelligent, don’t know basic math and they just lie to your face. I had told them that the extra charges are something we didn’t agree on, but they tried to play dumb. And when I tried to explain to them what happened, their director was like “I don’t understand where the disconnect is.” 1) the director wasn’t there that day neither does she know how to do basic math 2) Manika charged extra $4000 on extended warranty without telling us and didn’t explain her stuff properly. She said it’s your job to look at the papers, but she the one that sits there and gets paid. So much for a finance manager. They tell you one thing and the paper says something else. Manika Pulongbarit flat out lied to our face and now she is switching up her words and saying something else. I understand dealerships do these kind of things, but it’s so disappointing to see that from Porsche when they are supposed to be the best of the best. Porsche is known to be a classy brand and giving their clients a high luxury experience. I waited 10 years to get this vehicle and I’m so upset that this dealership treated us this way. I didn’t get that luxury experience what so ever. Their customer service was one of the worst services and they don’t value their clients. Manika Pulongbarit is an extremely immature, lazy and unprofessional woman I have ever met and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this dealership at all. Stay away from her and this dealership unless you are wanting to get scammed.

My experience with the GM Brad Muller was an absolute disaster and something Porsche Canada should take note of. Worst Porsche dealership I have ever dealt with for lack of communication. This based on dealing directly with the GM! I put a deposit down on a new GT vehicle and was very happy to wait for however many months it took to receive. Being out of Province I even went out of my way to stop by and visit them when I was in Edmonton, as I very much appreciated being on their allocation list. Once I was ready to trade my current Porsche in that was part of the deal (and prior to the GT arriving...something they were always open to), Brad ghosted me. A General Manager...of a Porsche dealership...I have no words. That is how the leader of the Team operates, very telling. He never returned several of my calls, nor my emails simply asking for an explanation. Instead, I was told by someone else my deposit would be refunded. Incredible way to deal with a customer and not being open as to why they were ghosting me. Most likely they had a better offer, local client etc. that bumped me (even though I was #2 on the list) But could you not be professional enough to simply tell me that? One would think this level of service would not be found at any Porsche dealership. But I assure you Porsche Edmonton has it covered for you...in spades.

Scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired and they gave me a quote. They explained that the parts that needed to be ordered need to be payed prior to booking an appointment. I agreed and they scheduled me an appointment 3 weeks later. I made plans with my work to be without a vehicle on the days it was booked. Reagan calls me two days prior to the scheduled appointment and says that they will be placing the order for the parts today and they won't be in for a week - so need to reschedule the car appointment down the road another three weeks. I told her you can't just do this to customers as they have to plan their work around this and it takes some planning. Huge inconvenience - no loaner cars ever offered. They seem extremely unorganized and don't really care for any customer service. Sold my car to never deal with them again.

I walked into the Calgary dealership, inquiring about the different specs for the 2023/2024 Macan. Although, I didn’t have an appointment eventually a salesman came to help me. ( I fully understand they're busy and was willing to wait) Long story short, his level of knowledge was minimal and he really had no interest in helping me purchase a vehicle, no contact information was exchanged until I asked if he could call me with the information. I called Edmonton Porsche Centre, spoke to Mike, he not only was able to explain the difference in vehicles, he was instrumental in assisting me with my trade-in. I purchased the vehicle over the phone! It’s worth the drive to Edmonton! Thank you, Mike for the great service.

This is a note about the Camp Lessard Ice Driving event. It was an absolute blast! The Porsche Centre Edmonton staff did a stellar job of organizing this event and making sure everyone had a great time. The cars were (of course) fantastic, and there was a wide variety of driving experiences in many different Porsche cars. I feel that my comfort level of driving (somewhat spirited), on icy surfaces has increased several levels. The instructors were all great, with clear instructions while keeping it fun and playful. An excellent lunch and snacks were included. All staff was helpful and cheerful and I would like to thank the team for making it happen in such spectacular fashion. I will, hopefully, be back.

I dealt with Joshua Couch for ordering my GT4 and took delivery a couple months ago, so all said and done for the process I spent close to a year dealing with this dealership. I’ve never bought a car from them before and yet I was treated above expectation throughout the process. i would also say Josh and his dealership were 100% honourable and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. My only regret is I wasted time dealing with another Porsche dealer before I came here (thinking a bigger dealership would be better to deal with but surprisingly the opposite turned out to be true). Thank you, Josh and Porsche Edmonton, for making my dream happen.

I would like to say the new location and building is amazing, the professionalism of the staff and quality of service that you receive is top notch. We had some trouble with our 2022 Cayenne and they were able to take care of us right away. They diagnose the problems and found what was wrong and they were able to remove the failing component and installed the new one and then double checked everything for us and made sure our ride was nice and clean for us before we picked it back up. I have nothing but respect for this dealership as they never let us down. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for something special to enjoy.

Awful dealership to deal with. We lost our key to our Cayenne and had to order a new one from them as this is the only place to get one. They ordered a incorrect key and has now taken 6 months and still no key. No sense of urgency from them at all. I have had to call them numerous times to get updates. Twice they had parts arrive and don’t even call to notify you. You can be sure to never get an apology from staff. I’ve been wanting to replace my vehicle in the near future but now will not buy a Porsche product due to how they run this place. It’s typical to hear of a unhappy client speaking to staff while waiting at this dealership.

In the summer I was here to assist my elderly father and uncle who were making a cash purchase. My dad and uncle are clearly POC, whereas I’m mixed and basically white. The financing girl basically wouldn’t stop pushing them to purchase a warranty. When we politely declined about 4 times, she straight up looked at me and said “are you their mechanic or something?” They are very happy with the car but I think this experience could have gone better without the derogatory comment. Sorry you didn’t hit your warranty sales target that day (:

They suck-----force you to purchase the options you don't really need. They wanted to sell me 3M protection and 3 year oil change for approx 5k, when i refused to buy that, they refused to sell the vehicle. When i spoke to AMVIC and told them that they can not use this unethical behavior to upsell-----they came up with another idea and said i will have to give a 30k deposit so that this vehicle is not exported. Such a mean people----
