antara 8.30pg - 9pg, saya buat panggilan, hanya untuk kepastian samada pembayaran melalui kad debit boleh atau tidak memandangkan saya tidak membawa 'cash', dua kali panggilan di 'reject', jadi saya membuat keputusan 'walk in' dgn harapan urusan dipermudahkan. malangnya, spt jangkaan .." maaf encik, untuk pembaharuan lesen kenderaan, kami hanya terima 'cash' sahaja" .. wow!! alifsyukri & ku lepuk2 raya betul khidmat korang time2 bulan pose ni ye?!! sebab itu kena angkat telipon bile orang call!!!! korang & 10 ekor lawyer siti bainon tu dua kali lima suku je, sama !!

Tak multitasking. Datang awal tapi kena tunggu lama sebab kaunter yang lain tak boleh renew insurans/roadtax. Untuk pembayaran bil kaunter laju sedangkan yang baru datang pun boleh siap cepat. Lagi satu JANGAN LETAKKAN KERUSI YANG ROSAK DI TEMPAT MENUNGGU. Sorang customer cina dah jatuh sebab tak tau kerusi tu ROSAK! Kalau terkena kat pakcik makcik yang berumur ada sakit macam mana?

Worst. I handover my parcel on Saturday. I need an express delivery from melaka to cheras. The receptionist said will be delivered in 2 days. And when i keep checking the tracking number, its shows soon but not delivered at all. If i know this will be late I wouldn’t choose poslaju.

Service is slow. They have the capacity of 10 counters but only 4 were in service despite with the number of customers in this particular branch. More improvement need for the efficiency of parcel posting service.

Posman send document to me but I working at another place and then that guy just leave,Didn’t notify me at all.After 1 week i saw the letter but is to late, my document was send back to sender.

Tempat ok. Tapi punya pekerja tak ok. Barang saya sudah sampai ke kantor pos tapi blm jga di hantar dekat rumah. Dengan alasan alamat tak jelas.

Dekat Google sepatutnya tukar waktu operasi tu kepada tutup. Ini tunjuk waktu operasi buka...bila orang datang kan dah buang masa. Buang tenaga

Very2 bad servis!!! Org x ramai tapi kena sidai lebih dari 1 jam untuk urusan renew roadtax....mmg last la aq masuk sini.
