The worst post office in the entire Delhi. Speed Posts are marked as delivered but they throw all the letters in their dump room. They just ask to check your post in the room, like it is duty of the addressee to go and search the parcel at post office. If there has been a negative rating I would give that.

Indiapost banking part is too bad, they don't listen to customers. If you have connections inside then it's okay otherwise it's too time consuming that too unnecessarily. Even the manager is not efficient, he is the biggest time waster. Coming to indiapost's basic task i.e., post is quite better.

This has happened twice. First they didnt delivered my atm card a few years ago. And now again. I subscribed for a magazine which i didnt receive. When i followed up with the publishing agency they provided all the details that they have despatched it. This post office staff doesnt want to work.

Very poor service i dont know why postmaster is not doing anything i just need to print my passbook you want beleive i waited 2 hours 30 minutes to print my passbook in the queue only rush transfer two counters rest counters employee enjoy there shift no work just enjoy very pathetic service.

Employees of this post office behave like most egoist persons of the world. They don't reply in simple lanlanguages. They works like that they are doing Ahsaan on customers. If they don't love their work why they are serving. These types of people may take volunteer retirements.

They don’t have manners how to deal with the customer. Untrained and rude behaviour by staff. They try to open your parcel without your permission even if you tell them what your parcel contain. Don’t know how an illiterate people can open a franchise of post office.

Worst post office ever. The post man is lying that my address is not complete while thats not the case. He is doing this with everyone and not delivering a single parcel. Post office should recruit better people who dont just sit idle and eat money for free.

Even the speed post is never delivered by the post man. One has to come and collect it in person. And that doesn't solve your issue anyways, the posts that are not taken out for delivery, no one at the post office can find it out for you … ज़्यादा

Rude behaviour staff. They don't have basic manners to speak. If you ask something related to post or parcel they pretend they are so busy in there work but actually doing time pass to chatting.
