I popped in to enquire whether Sassa card holders could switch to the banking system at a post office. The place was empty, save for two female staff members behind the counter discussing something and looking through documents. I rattled
3 persons behind the counter, but only one lady working. The others just sitting watching her work. While the queues are crazy long. Why? Why no client service?
