I went to this place multiple times to buy envelopes and stamps for domestic and international post. Previously when I wanted to send a post to Switzerland with tracking, they made me buy international stamps for 7.5 eur and later they say these stamps can’t be used for tracking. I could not return these stamps immediately as they said it was non-refundable even though I bought them just then. Not going to shed more money on them anymore as they are not very professional

You have to go inside the "Service Point" store to access the PostNL Pakketpunt. I got a little confused as there wasn't a clear sign that it was actually a PostNL's spot (until you enter the store), but the person working there was very kind and helped me with my package delivery.

I went there to delivery a pack and I was obligated to buy a tape to close the package. It was paid 6.5 EUR for a tape. Inbelivable that PostNL are working with this kind of service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The owner with his son are amazing people, very friendly! I have been there twice now and I couldn’t recommend it more! I like when the services are been offered with kindness. :)
