My sister took her daughters uniform to get dry cleaned when dropped off it had all the Buttons. When received it had a button missing. The owner said it states in the receipt that she is not responsible for buttons Missing. She simply asked for a discount and the owner said no and that she didn’t want too or have too due to policy written in back of receipt. The owner could have at least apologized to my sister or given her a $2 dollar discount. She could of at least tried to make the customer happy. Owner chose not too. Every customer is important. My sister said they do great work. But the owner told me herself this is not the first time this has happened it happens a lot…

Considering the working and low income of neighborhood I ask if they had specials for men's shirts. She acted like I was asking for the moon. No! No! No specials!!!!! I said ooooohhhhhkkkkk? Just my personal opinion but considering how well$$$$$$ the neighborhood has given them soooo much. I thought they would like to do same for neighbors. Oh I forgot they don't live in neighborhood. Just my opinion

I dropped off a suit I planned to get married in on a Thursday, they gave me a ticket that said Saturday at 5 pm. When I stopped by a little before 5 pm that day, they were closed. Had to scramble to find an alternative. Never mentioned that I should arrive before the time listed on the ticket. Terrible way to run a business.

Returned a work shirt to us that was cut and blamed my husband for it, another shirt still had a dirty collar, and the last shirt still had yellow stains that they had tried to remove due to their fault!

I had no problems. Good customer service, that's why I keep coming back. Keep doing what you're doing.
