Very satisfied long time time customer. The techs who show up are very thorough and get to the root cause of the problem. Best recommendation is to get on a yearly schedule with them and have your snake your drains and traps. It will save you a lot of hassle when things eventually clog - and they will. Update: 12/8/2023 I just wanted to update mu review based on a visit a few days ago because it is not ofter you find service this good. I had them come in to clear out a bathtub that was clogging and a toilet that needed to be reseated on a new wax ring. I was ahead of the curve on the problem and told them to fit me in over the nexr few days and they contacted me by the second day and asked if they could comeover. The job was outstanding. I sort of knew the drill but all work to be done was explained ahead of time. Very efficient and thorough job. The bathroom was cleaner when the tech left then before he arrived! Highly recommend!

When your main sewer line is totally clogged, it’s a pretty horrible thing. Just when things were really looking bleak, Victor from PowerFlo shows up and boom, no more blockage. Tom was great. He was used twice- once to use a camera to find out what was wrong with the lines. The second time, he cleaned out both lines with high-powered water jetting. He would run the camera again and clean the lines as many times as needed to make sure that everything was cleared. He and his partner, both times were very professional, respectful of your property and cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and if there were any issues, they were very professional in contacting me. The prices are very reasonable and Tom never seemed rushed to complete the job. He made sure that the job was done right and he explained everything to me so I had a better understanding of how the sewage lines ran in my house. Will definitely be using them as my go-to plumbing service.

As usual, Powerflo to the rescue! Woke up to leaky kitchen sink. Thought I’d fix it myself however, nut came off in my hand when I touched it (to be fair, it was an 11yrs old IKEA nut) so, I called Powerflo & I was given a “window” of time & they arrived within 2 hours. Showed Robert the issue and he noticed that the other side ( I have a double sink) was also looking worn. We agreed that he would fix & replace brass pipes/fittings for both sides. Robert got to work & when finished, as usual, tested both sides & cleaned up afterward. Easy/peasey. This is not the first time I have used this company & I’m certain, it won’t be the last. Techs are very professional, and always take the time to explain the process, as well as an estimate of the total cost. Tech Sean recently was at my home and explained the problem as well as my options and had my drain cleared while working very neatly, with no mess. Reached out to PowerFlo on a Friday to help with a clogged drain. They said they'd be there between 3-6. I started messing with the drain in the meantime to see if I couldn't snake it and just as I managed to snake it their plumber Eric showed up a bit early. Turns out I missed the text message while I was under the sink! I felt bad about him having come out, but he was totally cool and understanding with it. I offered him a tip for coming out and he turned it down. I have to say - outstanding and professional service. Will definitely be my go to plumber next time I need service.

Best plumbing business!! We had a huge grease build up in our kitchen sink due to the previous owners of my home. Roto Roter and other other plumbers tried to unclog it but were unsuccessful. A few years ago we had a sewer line backup caused by broken clay sewer pipes. It cost thousands to repair. Since then we schedule sewer cleaning maintenance to insure it doesn't happen again. First of all customer service was excellent. Answered all the questions and gave me the time that I needed. Technician Victor unclogged sewer in 2 places in my bacement. He was very professional and he knew what he is doing. After all he vacuumed dirty water from the floor and cleaned walls. Technician Edi installed new toilet in basement. He also did a great job. Joe and another employee came out to give me a quote for sump pump installation. They were very professional and on time. Joe explained what the issue was and how he would like to address it.
