I have visited here for dandruff issue, they did the scan showed the dandruff is more, that's why I am here. Doctor asked me to take 4 treatment kits said it is 23k, I said I am unemployed, so I don't have that much amount, then they reduced the cost by saying some discount now it is 19k. Still, I said no I can't afford, final rate they said 15k with special discount. I took it with the money that my mother gave me for job search expenses. Tried using as suggested and followed the diet as doctor said, I followed it regularly. In result the dandruff has increased more, and hair fall has started, I am scared to use their products, so I stopped with 2nd treatment kit. I don't see any improvement with their treatment Instead more hair fall started ( before visiting here I had no hair fall even single hair, after using their products the hair fall has started). Update: I have sent the mail two day's ago, no response yet, kindly check and revert back. update-2 : No response from you after many days and follow-ups. Update-3 : so far no response from customer care or from hospital. More hair fall and dandruff increased like anything.... I would rather choose begging instead of cheating people. Update-4 : Finally you rewrite response as spam, wow great. I have all the proof that I have sent mails with all the details asked and phone details for treatment taken. People are no pray to fall in your scam. Until you resolve my problem this review keep getting updated.

Worst experience. At first when I called for appointment they said the anniversary offer is going on for Saturday and Sunday and you will have 50% discount. I rushed and booked an appointment. After going there I felt like there is no such thing as anniversary and i felt like one of the worst place that I visited ever. The ambiance was not good as soon as we enter the clinic. The staff themself not sure about their work. I feel like kids are working there. After 2 hours of await finally I got a chance to meet doctor, she counselled for 5 minutes and asked me to wait for 1.5 hours to get the reports moreover the doctor is not professional at all. I was speaking in English and she’s replying me in Telugu. Waited for a very long time and my patience got brusted. I didn’t even take my clinical records and just came out from the clinic. They are more of money minded. They ask about our profession and they proceed accordingly. They give priority to the people who are rich and I have seen it directly and it’s the reason why I came out without my lab records. Such a bad experience , waste of money and valuable time. Dear Vcare I hope you take my review and improve. I don’t mind eve if you don’t. But don’t play with people. The walls have lots of patches and spider nests. Such a disgusting place I have ever visited.

Friends dont waste your hard earn money here.....Better to do home remedy and eat healthy to look beautiful.....They suggested Green peel treatment to my wife and it cost us huge (35k) but post treatment effect was not much and doctor suggesting to spend some more money (6k) and recommending their inhouse products....Humble request if you earn with honesty spending money here is a waste....During consultation she explained one procedure (6 sessions) and made us pay the entire amount saying they will import product from abroad.....When we went for treatment procedure changed to 2 session and they didn't even show us using the product by breaking seal....suspecting using some cheap product and fooling customer as evident from the outcome.....I have complained the customer care once they respond in 48 hrs.....I will update here for everyone's benefit....otherwise, also if they don't take any action....so people should be aware of such cheats... Update : Fraudsters are now making us run to clinic not giving any solutions and my next step is to take legal action against these people....again I will provide you legal action update once I file case against such fraudsters....who looting in day light by disguising.....not just my money it's a matter of justice.....and we have stand against such fraud

Total waste of money, Package selling clinic I visited recently for dandruff (and therefore harifall) problem, they did some scalp test and took dandruff sample post which primary doctor called for consultation and so called "solution" to problem. Which was ofc a 3 Months course of activities which costed around 22k,65k and 10k. They won't suggest or let you purchase (an antidandruff shampoo) if you don't purchase their package solution. To top that when I said I just want something to get rid of dandruff my hairfall was not so much before dandruff appeared. Primary doctor started explaining how dandruff will fall in your beard and slowly spread, in sometime you'll have pimples over your face, just to sell that expensive solution to me. So, for Rs. 850(consultation) and 960 for fungal dandruff test, I have no feasible solution, none of their effective "worldclass" medicines to buy because doctor won't suggest/let you buy, until you purchase their 3M course/solution/therapy. On positive side, they got infrastructure/machines for all kind of solutions that they offer, and staff is nice too but consider only if you got that kind of money to spend.

I visited this clinic today after taking prior appointments also they made me wait 47 minutes and the doctor I met she is started counciling Me and I explained my problem Infrastructure of the clinic is not gud it's terrible and worst doctor is not professional And her staff is very much careless they don't know how to behave after consulting a doctor I got to know she is not experienced And when I ask for treatment and methods she asked me to pay 52000 and this is for reducing pigmentation and lightning up my skin they are not professionals when I sat in my car and checked with other clinics and cosmetologist they mentioned different methods of treatment and they are charging less the test they made reports are not accurate they don't focus on one method of treatment they go with multiple methods when I mentioned I already having fatty liver problem and I can't take strong dose of supplements please prescribe me lighter doctor was confused I strongly doubt her skills and their staff continuously calls and disturbed me again and again.....

Visited the place by contacting the call centre customer support. Explained the issue and concern to the agent as requested. They booked an appointment for me. Visited the clinic and had the worst experience ever. No doctor consultation was provided. The receptionist is asking for the issue. And said no treatment provided for our concern. Was taken to a room and was informed the scars will go on its own and they do not have dermatologist available to consult. It is a big insult that we faced in the clinic and it is rediculous that there is no dermatologist in Skin clinic. They mentioned we only to skip n whitening. Really disappointed. Waste of time .

I have started hair treatment in month October 2023. I consult Dr Sindhuja she suggested for 6 Biocell treatment and 6 PRP session. After 6 Biocell and 5 PRP there is no improvement. Before starting treatment i asked for hair transplant but she assure that my hair will improve without transplant. Still I have 1 PRP session left but now whenever I tried to reach them no proper response. I had a very bad experience. I had expenses more then 1.5 lac rupees. I will suggest don't go for v care . They will waste your time and money. They have recommended many products like sampoo, oil , hair growth syrem, 4- 5 kind pills but all are wastes.

I have taken the package of laser hair removal and glycosylic peel, it is tratment of 6 sessions each. For peel I saw the results from 2nd session it self and is keepbon improving dayby day i completed my 3 sessions of peel....waiting and hoping for still more improvement Laser hair removal: my 1session was horriable i couldn't bare that laser intensity at all, i told the doc that I want to discontinue, she gave the little courage to the next session now it is vay ease for me....results ok as i have done only 2session till now... I'm reviewing after 1month of my chemical peel treatment completion. Before starting the treatment i had hyperpigmentation and tan on my face. So the doctor had suggested me 6 sitting yellow peel. In my experience and the final result of the treatment it didn't meet the expectations. It was just utter waste to spend money on this treatment . My skin is turning back to the previous condition within 1 month. And i feel like more than customers concern here they're just doing business for money. Highly Not recommended.

Am going through acne treatment, I have taken only 3 settings of acne control peel and the results were amazing it was comfortable. At the beginning Doctor suggested activated follicular treatment would be enough for my hair regrowth and then at the end of treatment, she insisted to go for PRP which is a marketing strategy of vcare, don't fall for this. also their products are too expensive. I didn't get the intended results..I won't recommend this. They are also least bothered once you are out of their clinic.

Hi I am mythili. I am taking hair treatment from prabhas vcare hair clinic in Whitefield. My doctor sindhuja garu is so good at hair treatment. suggets us the exact treatment and care to be taken. Bhavya who gives treatment is soo polite and treats very well. My dandruff reduced to 10% from 80% within a week. The results are so good in May case.

I'm reviewing after 1 month. I Can say Worst treatment. First I have visited for PRP treatment. But, they suggested BIO CELL treatment. They told that I have to be there for 6 sittings and I have completed 3 sittings. Now again they suggesting PRP Treatment ( for that PRP again I have to pay) I never seen such a Worst service. I won't recommend.

This branch doesn't have tye equipment for the most of times and have inexperienced staff, because of which my family member got bubbles on the skin after the laser treatment. When asked about this reaction after the treatment they are behaving rudely. They are not service oriented and not bothered about patients.
